[font face="times new roman"][font size="5"]In the year of 2017, a vigiliante organization was founded by Marine Sergeant Jedidah or, Jed "Tank" Williams. The reason Jed was called Tank was because he drove a tank for a while, and blew up a ton of insurgents. He eventually then met his  fellow Marine Corporal Robert "Drum" Hanks. Roberts nickname will be explained later. Jed, was growing bored of the military, eventually getting out, and returning to his hometown, New Bloxton As he was strolling home, he encountered two men attempting to assault a girl, and he shouted, but the men pulled out knives and rushed him. Jed was prepared for the situation, or so he thought, but there was another man that came out of nowhere, behind his back, with a knife wielded. Jed was supposed to be well, screwed, but Robert Hanks came around the corner with a huge GlockDrum, Jedidah "hitting the deck" and diving, as Robert Hanks emptied an entire drum into all three men. The girl ran away a long time ago, when Jed was at knife point, as it was a distraction for her to escape. Jed was on the ground, looking around at the three bodies, as Robert then interrupted his staring by talking "Hey, you okay?" and Jed quickly turned around, on his back, Robert offering his hand, with a GlockDrum in the other. Jed took his hand, got up and said "Damn! That's a big ass gun! How'd you get it?" Robert smiled saying "I'll explain later. Now, I owe you a drink for ripping your jacket." Jed looked at his jacket "Well, atleast im alive. Now about that drink?" The two would chuckle then, heading to Roberts home. Robert would ask Jed if he was new around New Bloxton, Jed replying no, explaining how he's been on tour and just got out, as a Sergeant. Robert would raise an eyebrow, stating that he was a Corporal. The two would keep talking about the army, then Jed bringing up how the crime in New Bloxton is terrible, and how he'd wish the police would actually put more hard work in actually cleaning the city up. Then Robert would say "Yeah They really gotta clean the city up better" then a "lightbulb idea" would pop in Jeds head, him saying "lets do it! I mean, I know how to shoot a gun, we were both in the military, well trained. Let's clean this city up. Also,. imma need a gun. [/font][b style="font-size:x-large;"]We can start a alliance of vigilantes called the... Night Jackals. As crime happens more in the night, we pounce on crime more at that time, usually when the NBPD isnt looking at that time.[/b][font size="5"] Robert would approve of this idea, taking him to a gun dealer he knew, Robert getting him his two signature firearms, a .45 M1911 and a 9mm Glock 17. After Robert got him his guns, Jed told him he had a friend somewhere around New Bloxton, that he would contact to help with the vigilante faction. His name was Nick Mazo, joining as a Jackal for the union. He had questionable sources for guns, getting them occassionally, as he was quite paranoid, discarding a gun after [/font][b style="font-size:x-large;"]"use"[/b][font size="5"]. The vigilante faction is still looking for members today, preferably having their own weapons.[/font]

[b style="font-size:x-large;"]All Jackals only go after criminals that commit  serious felonies. [/b][font size="5"] Vandalism is excluded. Murder, Robbery, Assault, Assault with a deadly weapon (melee weapon), Vehicle Homicides, Kidnapping, Rape, etc.[/font]


[b][font size="5"]Some criminals may be taken to the farm and used to work. [/font][/b][font size="5"]Night Jackals use this money for firearms and equipment. After they have proved their usefulness, they are killed off.[/font]

[font size="5"] Hyena- Unarmed members that report serious criminal activity like drug, gun dealers, etc to the Night Jackals[/font]

[font size="5"]Jackal- Foot soldier for the Night Jackals. Lowest rank.[/font]

[font size="5"]Wolf- Monitors the Jackals and keeps them in place. Does the same activities as the Jackal, but just monitors them.[/font]

[font size="5"]Lieutenant General- Does everything the General does, but is under him.[/font]

[font size="5"]General- Controls the entire organization with the Lieutenant General.[/font]

[font size="5"]Night Jackals do not go after "low crime" such as vandalism, or small time crimes. We consider that a waste of our time and only harm or go after people that are a serious threat to the community or drug dealers.[/font]

No "handoffs" are made.[/font]
