  1. =============================================
  2. Armand Jean du Plessis, or Cardinal Richelieu
  3. =============================================
  4. Class: Saber
  5. Catalyst: Summoning in France, a copy of ‘The Three Musketeers’
  6. Alignment: Lawful Evil
  7.
  8. Parameters:
  9. ---------------------------------------------
  10. Strength: C
  11. Endurance: D
  12. Agility: D
  13. Mana: B+
  14. Luck: C
  15.
  16. Class Skills:
  17. ---------------------------------------------
  18. Magic Resistance: C
  19. At this rank, spells D rank and bellow are nullified, and all spells in the area are reduced by 2 ranks. A rank obtainable only because of the Sanguine Sacrament.
  20.
  21. Riding: D
  22. The Servant is capable of handling several types of mundane animals and vehicles with moderate skill. They can attempt difficult maneuvers, but are unlikely to succeed.
  23.
  24. Personal Skills:
  25. ---------------------------------------------
  26. Territory Creation: B+
  27. At this rank, creation of a "Cardinal Palace" becomes possible. This workshop generally can be the size of a building, self-sustaining, reduces the cost of all spells cast by the servant by half, increases mana regeneration by 40%, and warns the servant of all intruders within the workshop. In addition, Caster’s Eye for Art skill increases by three ranks within the Territory (to A+).
  28.
  29. Eye for Art: C
  30. This servant has a deep love of art and has spent much of their life dedicated to it. If this servant sees a Noble Phantasm possessing artistic anecdotes they have a 50/50 chance of being able to guess the noble phantasm's true name, material composition, and concept of creation. They also possess a small chance of realizing its history.
  31.
  32. Incitement: A
  33. A skill that functions as the acquisition of the words and gestures to lead the citizens and the masses. Especially, when employed against an individual, it functions as a sort of mental attack.
  34.
  35. Planning: A
  36. A skill that denotes the ability to plot and foresee events. If enough time is given prior to an event, the Servant can meticulously plan out things that will occur. This results in a greater potential for success shown as the temporary increase in all parameters, equal to two ranks.
  37.
  38. Noble Phantasms:
  39. ---------------------------------------------
  40. La Plume: The Scourge of God, My Sword of Conquest
  41. Rank: D
  42. Type: Anti-Unit (Self)
  43. Range: Self
  44. An opulent longsword with a handle and pommel in a traditional French style. It is a simultaneous crystallization of Saber’s skill as a war commander and of his capacity to manipulate the masses. While wielding this sword, he is able to make any checks toward any of his parameters default to the rank of his Mana statistic instead.
  45.
  46.
  47. L’Eminence Rouge: My Eyes Will Find that Which Damns All
  48. Rank: A
  49. Type: Anti-Mind
  50. Range: 3 Kilometers
  51. A normally passive Noble Phantasm that manifests as a constant psychic attack on his enemies. It is a barely detectable attack, and one whose purpose is to discover and exploit psychological weaknesses in even the most strongly shielded minds. While a target suffers from this Noble Phantasm, they will feel an insect-like grating in the back of their mind. Once a psychological weakness is made known to Saber, whether by the effects of his Noble Phantasm or through external means, it will be made manifest as an actual physical phenomenon that can be damaged by anyone. This will manifest as a symbolic representation of the weakness. This representation is made of a blood red crystal, though it is indestructible since all damage done to it is done to the target’s mind. The damage the embodied weakness causes scales depending on how much personal connection the target has with it. Damage done to it by the target manifests as emotional pain, but by confronting the weakness it can be destroyed permanently.

  59. =============================================
  60. Nimrod
  61. =============================================
  62. Class: Archer
  63. Catalyst: An ancient pelt from an extinct creature
  64. Alignment: Lawful Evil
  65.
  66. Parameters:
  67. ---------------------------------------------
  68. Strength: A
  69. Endurance: B
  70. Agility: C
  71. Mana: D
  72. Luck: D
  73.
  74. Class Skills:
  75. ---------------------------------------------
  76. Independent Action: B
  77. The Servant is capable of remaining in this world for two days without an established contract. Also capable of living on for a short period of time after suffering extensive damage on his spiritual core.
  78.
  79. Magic Resistance: B
  80. Grants protection against magical effects. At this rank, spells B rank and below are nulled, and all spells in the area are reduced by 2 ranks.
  81.
  82. Personal Skills:
  83. ---------------------------------------------
  84. Clairvoyance: C
  85. This skill grants a superior visual perception. Supplements long-range aiming and increases dynamic vision. At this rank, they are also capable of keeping track of fast moving objects within a range of 4kms.
  86.
  87. Heresy: A
  88. The ability to reject Divinity and replace it with your own desire. This drops the ranks of any Divinity skill an opponent might have by 2 levels. A Divinity skill with an original value below C rank is immediately nullified.
  89.
  90. Territory Creation: C
  91. At this rank, creation of a "magic territory" becomes possible. The territory is usually self-sustaining, grants a 30% reduction cost to all spells cast by the servant while within the territory, increases the mana regeneration of the servant by 20% and warns the servant of all intruders entering their territory. It is centered around a Ziggurat.
  92.
  93.
  94. Noble Phantasms:
  95. ---------------------------------------------
  96. Migdal Bavel: The Primordial Hubris of Mankind
  97. Rank: B
  98. Type: Anti-Team
  99. Range: Up to 2 Sq. Kilometers
  100. Requires the establishment of Archer’s territory. This Noble Phantasm will cause all attempts to produce Thaumaturgical effects to perform some other random effect rather than the one intended. As well, should there be any alliances between two or more Masters who enter the range of this Noble Phantasm, their speech will be warped as to anger each other, cause strife, and lead to general disarray and miscommunication. As well, after enough time, Servants may find that their “shell” will have a delay in responding to their thoughts.
  101.
  102. Tzayad Lifney Yahova: Mighty One of the Earth
  103. Rank: C
  104. Type: Anti-Unit
  105. Range: 5 kilometers
  106. A Bow representative of Archer’s prowess in hunting and his rebellion against God. The arms of the weapon can extend to add power and distance to arrows. The bow’s arrows also deal extra damage based on the level of an enemy’s unmodified Divinity skill. The bow is made of an ancient looking wood with golden accents. It is decorated with extravagance.
  107.
  108.
  109.
  110.
  111.
  112.
  113.
  114. =============================================
  115. Nzinga Mbande
  116. =============================================
  117. Class: Lancer
  118. Catalyst: A shining blue crown
  119. Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  120.
  121. Parameters:
  122. ---------------------------------------------
  123. Strength: B
  124. Endurance: C
  125. Agility: A
  126. Mana: D
  127. Luck: E
  128.
  129. Class Skills:
  130. ---------------------------------------------
  131. Magic Resistance: C
  132. The ability to cancel or diminish the effects of magecraft used against oneself. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether. At this rank, spells D rank and below are nulled, and all spells in the area are reduced by 2 ranks.
  133.
  134.
  135. Personal Skills:
  136. ---------------------------------------------
  137. Innocent Monster: C
  138. An attribute possessed by Servants whose history and existence have been distorted by the monstrous reputations they accrued across the course of their life and thereafter. As a consequence, the Servant's abilities and appearance have been rendered to conform to the specifications of their legend. Nzinga was believed by Europeans to be a sadistic murderer and a misandrist. As such, as a Servant, she exudes an aura of unnerving fear specifically around men, which only minorly affects her Master (this does not affect female Masters, of course. If her Master is male, this does not take effect so long as he has a positive relationship with Nzinga). This “fear” can be described as a natural, instinctual fear, like that a mouse would feel in front of a lion.
  139.
  140. Innovation: A
  141. A skill that grants modifiers leaning more in one's favor the higher the opponent's rank in Divinity or Mystery, or the more that opponent is a Heroic Spirit who is a guardian of the establishment.
  142.
  143. Military Tactics: B
  144. The servant can assess battlefield conditions quickly with limited information and enact simple strategies without needing to plan. Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing with an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.
  145.
  146.
  147. Noble Phantasms:
  148. ---------------------------------------------
  149. Ntinu-Nkento Na Zulu Ya Menga: Authority Unparalleled
  150. Rank: D
  151. Type: Anti-Unit
  152. Range: 5 Meters
  153. - Anti-Unit - A heavily decorated yet still traditionally styled barbed spear. It is the crystallized representation of Lancer's desire to keep her people free of European tyranny. The weapon will defy any statutes placed upon it, including those placed on it by conceptual weapons. It remains as a “fixed point”, and is almost like the weaponized concept of “resolve”. Besides this, it is simply a sharp spear; it has no other special “Noble Phantasm-like” characteristics.
  154.
  155. Kingundi Dia-Yuma: Your Rulership Revoked
  156. Rank: B
  157. Type: Anti-Unit (Self)
  158. Range: Self
  159. A passive Noble Phantasm. Should Lancer defeat another Servant in combat (whether with someone else or alone), she will tear out their spiritual core and consume it. This adds a significant portion of the Servant’s power to Lancer. The stronger the Servant is, the more power she will add to her own. This does not rely on how strong the Servant was when they died, but how powerful their legend was. In essence, Lancer consumes their fame and appropriates it for herself.

  168. =============================================
  169. Trieu Thi Trinh
  170. =============================================
  171. Class: Rider
  172. Catalyst: Summoning in Vietnam / A torn piece of a Golden Robe
  173. Alignment: Chaotic Good
  174.
  175. Parameters:
  176. ---------------------------------------------
  177. Strength: B
  178. Endurance: B
  179. Agility: C
  180. Mana: B
  181. Luck: D
  182.
  183. Class Skills:
  184. ---------------------------------------------
  185. Riding: B++
  186. Almost all vehicles and mundane animals can be handled with consummate skill. Maneuvers that should be borderline impossible can be performed with some effort. All vehicles and mundane mounts can be pushed even beyond their limits.
  187.
  188. Magic Resistance: D
  189. The ability to cancel or diminish the effects of magecraft used against oneself. . Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether. At this rank, spells E rank and below are nulled, and all spells in the area are reduced by 1 rank.
  190.
  191.
  192. Personal Skills:
  193. ---------------------------------------------
  194. Mold Breaker: B
  195. A skill that encompasses the effects of Charisma and Nature of A Rebellious Spirit. The Servant will replace any instance of Charisma below or at the Rank of B with their own. They are also unaffected by Charisma of rank B or lower. A symbol of Trieu’s refusal to be anything but a glorious war leader, and her rejection of every other walk of life.
  196.
  197. Uncrowned Arms Mastership
  198. Arms Competency not recognized by others due to various reasons. All of her skills and stats appear a degree lower than they actually are, until her name is revealed. Due to the influence of the patriarchal Confucianists, Trieu’s history and legend withstood several attempts to wipe it from the annals of history. Even with this influence her legend lives on, but the existence of this attempt gives Trieu this skill.
  199.
  200. Bravery: C
  201. The ability to negate most mental interference due to pressure, confusion, or fascination.
  202.
  203.
  204.
  205. Noble Phantasms:
  206. ---------------------------------------------
  207. Voi Tau San Bao: Never Bend Your Back to Anyone
  208. Rank: B+
  209. Type: Anti-Army
  210. Range: 160 kilometers
  211. A Divine Elephant, possibly a violent manifestation of Ganesha. Its movement causes intense localized storms to appear in its wake. It is covered in ceremonial-style golden armor that provides a surprising amount of defensive capabilities. Its charge is able to knock down sturdy buildings. When it trumpets, the storm around it increases to localized-hurricane level. It is both a symbol of her army and of her favorite mount, the elephant.
  212.
  213. Sam Set Cua Que Huong Toi: A Golden General’s Defense
  214. Rank: C
  215. Type: Anti-Unit
  216. Range: 1 meter
  217. A set of incredibly sharp twin swords with golden decorative work along the blade and on the hilt. There are holes in the lower halves of the sword blades. Within those holes are ever-shifting purple masses of crystals. These constantly generate electricity which bleeds onto the swords. When the swords hit, they are followed by the clap of thunder.
  218.
  219. Hung Khong Chet: Even in Death, Never Surrender
  220. Rank: B
  221. Type: Anti-Army
  222. Range: 1 square kilometer
  223. This Noble Phantasm activates when Rider dies, as long as she has not spent all of her mana reserves. Using the remaining mana reserves as a catalyst, Rider creates a deathless bounded field in the surrounding area. There, as little more than a formless spirit, Rider calls up the dead that swore to protect Vietnam under her banner, and those to whom she served as inspiration. These proud spirits will converge upon an enemy for as long as Rider’s remaining mana lasts. After this Noble Phantasm ends, Rider will finally “die”.

  229.
  230.
  231. =============================================
  232. Johannes Gutenberg
  233. =============================================
  234. Class: Caster
  235. Catalyst: A block of movable type from his workshop
  236. Alignment: Lawful Good
  237.
  238. Parameters:
  239. ---------------------------------------------
  240. Strength: C
  241. Endurance: C
  242. Agility: C
  243. Mana: A
  244. Luck: EX
  245.
  246. Class Skills:
  247. ---------------------------------------------
  248. Territory Creation: B
  249. Gutenberg recreates his workshop, creating a territory suited to his paper-weaponizing combat abilities (a printing workshop, of course).
  250.
  251. Item Construction: A
  252. Gutenberg is able to make a perfect replica of any book that ever existed, exists, or will exist, as long as it was a physical object at one point. Computer records, unless printed, do not count.
  253.
  254. Personal Skills:
  255. ---------------------------------------------
  256. Word Drinker: B
  257. Akin to a form of “Revelation” that only works against Heroes who are especially accurate to their source myth. The further a servant is from their most common legend, the weaker the “Revelation”. The more famous the servant, the easier it is to reveal things like parameters and skills.
  258.
  259. Innovation: EX
  260. Grants modifiers leaning more in one's favor the higher the opponent's rank in Divinity or Mystery or the more that opponent is a Heroic Spirit who is a guardian of the establishment. Thanks to it, Caster boasts an absolute advantage over Heroic Spirits and Noble Phantasms with Divinity and Mystery. However, it has no power over Heroic Spirits of the modern era with little Mystery.
  261.
  262. Pioneer of the Stars: A
  263. The unique Skill given to heroes that became turning points in the human history. All difficult voyages and challenges which are considered "impossible" turn into "events that can be realized".
  264.
  265. Noble Phantasms:
  266. ---------------------------------------------
  267. Mazarin Bible: All The World’s Wisdom - Anti-Unit -
  268. Rank: C
  269. Type: Anti-Unit
  270. Range: 20 meters
  271. A holy text with infinite pages, providing a creative reservoir for Gutenberg's attacks. Each page is a beautiful rendition of holy works, in fact, the book itself is a compilation of them; It is not simply Judeo-Christian in nature. The pages can contain information lost to the ages or arias heretofore undiscovered.
  272.
  273. Prometheus Galaxis: A New Star Scattering Darkness
  274. Rank: EX
  275. Type: Anti-Purge
  276. Range: ∞
  277. The crystallized concept of humanity’s desire to consume more and more knowledge. What was once held solely by the high is spread out to the low. It is the weaponization of everything that Caster represents: the free spread of knowledge and through it the evolution of man. In using this ability, Caster directly channels the power of Alaya into himself, thus allowing him to directly control the Counter Force independent of the Beasts of Alaya, and then drive that force into an opponent. The power of this Noble Phantasm rises in response to destructive deeds committed by the opponent towards the planet or humanity. It makes the Planet concentrate a very large amount of mana into his body to form a “shield” that protects against world-rending attacks.

  284.
  285.
  286. =============================================
  287. Locusta of Gaul, or Locusta the Poisoner
  288. =============================================
  289. Class: Assassin
  290. Catalyst: A Roman mortar and pestle
  291. Alignment: Neutral Evil
  292.
  293. Parameters:
  294. ---------------------------------------------
  295. Strength: D
  296. Endurance: C
  297. Agility: C
  298. Mana: E
  299. Luck: B
  300.
  301. Class Skills:
  302. ---------------------------------------------
  303. Presence Concealment - C - Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying. The rank of presence concealment drops considerably when preparing to attack. However, this condition does not apply to poisoning something. Since Locusta mainly uses poison, the concealment drop during attack isn't that important.
  304.
  305. Personal Skills:
  306. ---------------------------------------------
  307. Item Construction: C
  308. The skill to manufacture items of magical nature. Since Locusta specialized in poisons during her life, she can only craft poisons. These poisons, however, are as powerful as they are made to be in legend.
  309.
  310. Battle Continuation: B
  311. A skill that permits her to turn up again no matter how many times she's defeated. Locusta was well known for getting out of prison somehow each time she got in. It generally had to do with important Roman officials bailing her out for use of her skills. This time however, it is almost like the world bailing her out each time she’s gravely injured.
  312.
  313. Imperial Privilege: C
  314. A skill that allows other skills to be temporarily acquired (as long as they are below the rank of Imperial Privilege) at the insistence of the owner. Locusta was greatly favored by Nero for her skills, and she was able to taste a bit of the privileges she took part in daily.
  315.
  316. Noble Phantasms:
  317. ---------------------------------------------
  318. Mefitas: Goddess of Death, Heed My Call
  319. Rank: A
  320. Type: Anti-Matter
  321. Range: 100 meters
  322. Mefitas is a flask of poison Locusta can manifest independent of her Item Construction skill. It is a poison that could only be properly be described as “silently carnivorous”. An object splashed with this poison will be consumed by it, leaving not a trace. A person splashed with it, or who ingests it, will not realize they have been consumed until notified by an outward source. A Servant hit with it would be digested to a mere head attached to a Spiritual Core, without even the slightest realization that they’ve been consumed. The only defense one can have is to expel the poison using prana (if not digested) or to last until the prana that fuels the poison runs out. The time period it takes for Mefitas to stop existing is dependent on the Master’s own magical ability. Upon being spilled on another Noble Phantasm, Mefitas will not destroy it, for it cannot destroy a legend, but will degrade it and lower its stats indefinitely. This can only be fixed through the death of Locusta, or the destruction of the poison flask. As an additional note, Locusta is capable of removing the poison’s “silent” property at will to instantly make the victim aware that they have been poisoned.

  327.
  328.
  329.
  330. =============================================
  331. Julius Caesar (Alter)
  332. =============================================
  333. Class: Berserker
  334. Catalyst: A Hatred of Rome, A Broken Gaulish Spear
  335. Alignment: Chaotic Mad
  336.
  337. Parameters:
  338. ---------------------------------------------
  339. Strength: B
  340. Endurance: A
  341. Agility: C
  342. Mana: C
  343. Luck: E
  344.
  345. Class Skills:
  346. ---------------------------------------------
  347. Mad Enhancement: A+
  348. At this rank, the Servant gains a rank-up for all parameters and two-rank up for Strength and Endurance. All sanity is lost. All skills that can be learned or require a keen mind are sealed while this skill is activated, and Noble Phantasms become difficult to use.
  349.
  350. Personal Skills:
  351. ---------------------------------------------
  352. Sadist’s Constitution: A
  353. A skill that augments one's aggression in battle. It appears to be a positive skill, but the longer its owner stays in battle, the more their abusive disposition will grow, causing them to lose their usual composure. It's possible to say that this is just one step short of the skill that causes Berserkers to go insane. The more one attacks, the stronger one becomes, but on the other hand, one's defensive abilities drop. With the added disadvantage of unconsciously lowering one's chances of escape.
  354.
  355. Monstrous Strength: B
  356. An ability possessed by monsters and beasts, temporary boost of the Strength parameter at the price of their humanity for a time limit determined by the ranking of this skill. By tapping into their inhuman aspect, the Servant can gain two ranks up to Strength for several minutes once per day. In doing this, Berserker begins to shed some of his human shape and begin to loosen his form, thus leaking shadowy smoke that tastes faintly of iron.
  357.
  358. Mana Burst (Shadow): D
  359. The Servant can imbue their attacks with cold all-consuming shadow, increasing their attack power. Mana expenditure is inefficient, and the Servant will exhaust themselves rapidly if they use it frequently.
  360.
  361. Divinity: D
  362. The Servant has a streak of divinity, either through ancestors or being favored by a god. At this level the servant costs slightly less to maintain, and alterations to the world have a slightly reduced cost.
  363.
  364. Noble Phantasms:
  365. ---------------------------------------------
  366. Angau Coch: Throne Taker
  367. Rank: C
  368. Type: Anti-Unit
  369. Range: 1 Meter
  370. A red greatsword that looks like a twisted Gaelic interpretation of a Roman gladius. Strikes made with this weapon reverberate through the bodies of those it hits, quickly causing disorientation if too many hits connect. This weapon possesses Crocea Mors’ (it’s predecessor and original form) benefits to close quarters combat, but lessened by two ranks.
  371.
  372. Agheu Glas: Law Breaker
  373. Rank: C
  374. Type: Anti-Unit
  375. Range: 1 meter
  376. A grey greatsword that looks like a corrupted Gaelic interpretation of a Roman gladius. Strikes made with Agheu Glas leave wounds that quickly begin to fester, threatening to consume the wounded if they do not quickly receive healing. This weapon possesses Crocea Mors’ (it’s predecessor and original form) benefits to close quarters combat, but lessened by two ranks.
  377.
  378. Alesiae Trucidatio: Watch as Your Nation Crumbles
  379. Rank: B
  380. Type: Anti-Army
  381. Range: 30 meters
  382. A Noble Phantasm that crystallizes the event of Berserker’s army defeating the unified forces of Gaul in a single combat encounter, despite all apparent odds. Berserker is able to pour out the shadows that compose his form and solidify them until he becomes a massive spiny amalgamation of ghastly soldiers and umbral flesh. This abomination drags itself along the ground and uses its countless arms and weapons to attack. Angau Coch and Agheu Glas are kept within the mass and can be fired out. They retain their normal effects. Since Berserker is wreathed in so much shadow-flesh, it becomes significantly harder to kill him since the outer shell and layers have to be torn away first.
