Kaito: A spirited young athlete that's training to be an astronaut. Popular and well loved by everyone in school. Secretly dying and needs help coming to terms with the end of his life.
Shinguji: A cool intellectual that comes from a very traditionalist family. Has a deep interest in anthropology and human culture, to the point of being president of a club dedicated to it. Actually a serial killer that aims to kill 100 girls for his dead sister. You can't help him.

BAD ENDINGS

Saihara: After dismissing his problems coldly during a fight, you go to his house the next morning to find him hanging from the ceiling fan.
Amami: He becomes a cold, cruel businessman with no compassion or love for any of the women he dates, exploits and dumps.
Ouma: His vagrancy, pranks and lying catch up with him, and he's caught by the police and jailed with two hardcore criminals he tried to prank to show off. He's found in his cell in... a bad state.
Hoshi: He can't get past his grief and he's convinced that his dead loved ones need him more than his alive girlfriend. He kills himself over his parent's graves.
Gonta: As you failed to instill self-confidence in him that he's more than a brute and can't be a gentleman, he completely falls apart and kills you completely accidentally during an intense discussion.
Kiibo: He was so disappointed by you and feeling so unloved that his CPU does a hard reset, and he forgets everything about you and what you two went through together.
Kaito: He dies, feeling like he was never really loved back and all his efforts to help you better yourself failed when you reject him and his ideals.
Shinguji: You're the 100th victim for his sister, and killed gruesomely for her. He's never caught by the police.

Better Gonta route:
Gonta is very gullible and does not know his own strength, which makes him a bully target. It all comes to a front when he is duped by one of his "friends" (which could be Kokichi, but could be a DICE member or just a faceless normie if you'd rather not have Ouma be a villain) into doing something absolutely stupid which ends up hurting you accidentally and almost breaking your hand. This makes Gonta run away and sequester himself out of shame and fear of hurting you again. You have to find him and convince him that it's not his fault, accidents happen and he can still be a gentleman.

Also note that in Gonta's route the sex scene is purely optional as he will not initiate sex of his own accord, you have to convince him he will not hurt you and eventually that he can be a little rough with you and that you can take it. He panics when he breaks your hymen and sees you bleed.


Girls:

Kaede: Your attractive, popular, and especially talented best friend. An up-and-coming pianist! She feels overburdened by the expectations placed on her and needs someone who can put her mind at ease.

She secretly runs an escort service where she designs costumes for associates and their clients who want to roleplay specific roles. Wants to get out of the business and find true love.
Tenko: Your sporty athletic friend from elementary school who always keeps you at an arm's distance due to reasons unknown. Supportive to a fault. Has lost trust in all men due to her father's strict upbringing. Secretly desires someone to prove her wrong since she still finds boys attractive.
Maki: That one lonely, dark, and moody girl that sits in the back of every classroom. Is the subject of many rumors and is avoided by all the other students. She moonlights as an assassin to keep the orphanage she grew up in afloat. Is overburdened with painful secrets and needs a shoulder to lean on.
Himiko: A young magician and often a target for the school's bullies due to her strong beliefs. Actually really lonely and needs a friend.
Miu: Famous, well-regarded genius and creator of many odd and mostly useless inventions with some knockout hits. Is very outspoken and a slave to her own desires. Uses her lewd exterior to hide her sensitive, easily hurt emotional side and wants someone to treasure her for who she really is.


the R18 scenes!

Kaede: Vanilla filth. BAD ENDINGS (Bishoujo edition)

Kaede: After saying the wrong things and hurting her feelings before the big show, she cracks halfway through and the show is panned. Her career tarnished, she runs away from home and is never seen again.
Kirumi: Sensing you're using her to selfishly live like a king, she suddenly leaves, detailing a note to Shuichi as to how his selfishness made her realize that she had more worth as her own person and thanks him.
Angie: After getting on her father's bad side, he restricts Shuichi from ever seeing her again and has him blackballed by the town as being one with the devil, forcing him and his parents to leave town due to harassment.
Tsumugi: Unable to save her from a life of crime, she is finally forced to sell herself into prostitution. Shuichi runs into her years later, a hollow shell of herself and living as a streetwalker, begging for a quick fix and upon recognizing him, breaks down into tears and curses Shuichi for ruining her life.
Tenko: Unable to convince her that he's not a predator, she warns Shuichi to stay back or he'll regret it. Upon taking another step forward, she places a powerful kick into his skull and places him into a year-long coma. Tenko is sent to juvie and then tried in court, getting five years of community service. When he finally wakes up, he finds out he is now paralyzed from the waist down.
Miu: Unable to control herself and her own inner rage after she finds out he cheated on her with a business rival, she bludgeons Shuichi to death with a wrench before taking her own life.
Maki: Unable to deal with the dark feelings consuming her, sets off on a rampage against her assassin's cult, gunned down in a blaze of glory. As Shuichi is the only known link to her change in behavior, he is quietly taken care with a bullet to the brain.
Himiko: After losing her confidence during an audition taping for Danganronpa's Got Talent, she runs away crying and is kidnapped by a strange man with bandaged hands and a facial mask. She is never found again.
