OIPRD follow up plus 2nd claim

Yes I have found the incident number Incident number #23-133117 Incident number #2023-100180 I am in the middle of filing another claim and using these incident numbers from my first  OIPRD claim i made if the numbers are incorrect i please let me know so i can search for the screen shot / recording with the file number, I had only just settled into housing November 6th 2023 after being homeless in Oakville basically squatting in sheridan school trying to figure out how to navigate my situation. I look forward to your response.
