  9. it is a neighborhood of Rome that used to be a poor area but that now become very fancy still keeping ALL the pitoresque and there you can find a lot of interesting restaurants

  21. - carciofi alla giudia (or alla romana)
  22. - trippa alla romana (interiors of cow)
  23. - coratella (guts of cow and lamb)
  24. - saltimbocca alla romana
  25. - pasta cacio e pepe
  26. - pasta amatriciana
  27. - pasta carbonara

  29. trippa and coratella (or also liver dishes) are very very typical... assuming you like those kind of things, I hope so beucase it would a pity missing them.

  31. avoid pizza... you can have it at the franciscan well as good as in rome.
  32. and avoid restaurants too close to the colosseum, they are turists traps. (edited)

  35. - colosseum
  36. - piazza navona

  38. all the above are pretty "musts" but indeed one must see them :slightly_smiling_face:

  40. another nice spot is the Pantheon, with the square, it is a gorgeous ancient building (HUGE!) and there are a few restaurants around. (edited)
  41. if you're interested in arts and have enough time to queue up, of course Gallerie Vaticane, but check in advance because the queue could be hours
