Phases

Offer is based on a cooperation agreement for a period of minimum 3 years in which to define, among other things, three phases:

Phase 1
lasts three to four months and assess to deliver web application for desktop and mobile screens. We would provide the necessary resources and you will have flexible working schedule from home. The first stage ends at the launch date of the web application.

Phase 2 would take one year after web application go live date. During  this phase we will develop application software for abndroid, ios and windows mobile platforms. In this phase, the web application that has been launched during Stage 1 should be creating profit. After three or four months after starting Phase 2 you could cash out from the companies profit share, owning still the company net worth share.

Phase 3 would last for two years and it would be focused in the maintaining and improving through the entire IT resources. After that, contract will end and you will make a sale of your shares to the shareholders. The value you should be receiving in this sale should be equivalent to the given percentage of the assessed company net worth (at the time of sale) minus the sum of the cashed out profit share you have already received in US $.

I can not offer you a fixed fee. Your share is expected to be in proportion to a percentage ownership of each equity member and by the company that owned it. Minimum of 3 years of your engagement with the company in total is a contractual obligation.

Of course the first three years are the first most important for the development of this company and therefore those who are with the company during this period will have the greatest privilege to participate in services development that could be exposed to reaches new profit frontiers.

I decided to leave a permanent and well-paid job of the IT Manager at the British Council in 2011 and since then I am working on this project. During this time I was able to join all necessary resources in one meaningful circle supporting our minimum viable service.

What I need now is to bring into the project the great development team who want to be in the company long term. The completion of all applications resources will prepare tools for the company to run and start making money.
