  2. Cleric has a lot of top heavy builds limiting hybrids and fun.

  4. Cleric has many builds where it is common to have to use 4 or 5 abilities bc starting main dps.

  6. Cleric is the least played class in PVE and PVP.

  8. Cleric needs explaination on dmg types and buff types. E.G. Fev strike buffing elemental dmg, Icy blow buffing elemental dmg but the buff icon says air and water; Buff types like Healer's blessing and Caregiver's blessing. If it were to have a note like, 1 blessing per and then legendary gives 2 like primalist would be easiest.

  10. In general, needs to be rewarded for the damage loss of holding a shield or make the shield even better. As other classes tank tank without a shield and still do the same content as someone with a shield. Maybe Shield only runes/orbs etc.

  16. Cleric 65 punishing strike mastery is not soul neutral. It is forcing people to use druid for the damage bonus. Other classes have soul neutral options. Should be off GCD just like other classes. Think about this, how can a defiler ever have enough time to use soul stream or punishing strike without losing dps?

  32. Summary: Defiler needs less dots or faster ways to get them up for world and dungeon fighting. For raiding it needs consistent dmg with a reason and time to cast the DDs like Somatic Desecration.

  35. Unstable Transformation lasts 1min with 1min CD ala Dervish. Reduces global CDs. Take away the no CD on Explosive Rage. Reduce the damage reduction. Having defiler have the form out longer will drive people to purchase the soul as it would be unique.

  37. Combine the "Bond of" spell line. Why does Bond of pain have 1min CD?

  40. Casting Somatic Desecration increases speed of next dots ticks. Defiler's base DD that is barely ever used.

  42. Defiler self heals are nerfed in pvp but the life to takes to cast these spells stayed the same. Needs fix.

  46. Consider giving Beacon AOE taunt. I am a huge fan of defiler and the beacon.

  48. Legendary Pain Transmission should apply rage dots on every target it hits. As currently it doesn't hit hard and legendary just makes it give 5 rage stacks instead of 1.

  50. Legendary Rage Extraction: Tack on an increase 5% dmg to this.

  52. Legendary Aggressive Avarice: should heal group or at least self and beacon. Maybe beacon should receive all heals the cleric gets.

  58. Idea for later time- defile corpses to increase dps, defiler has an ability to burn all corpses near him/her for a damage boost. 30 sec CD stacks 5 times lower in the tree. Lasts 5min

  86. Unbounded Obliteration needs to be on par with Condensed Obliteration. As right now, even if there were 10 mobs, most Cabalists may keep up Condensed Obliteration bc of the free bound fate.

  88. Dark water should always hit more than one target imo. Like a 3 target attack.

  90. Cab needs an ability to consume all affects on the monster for burst dmg so it has some option for ST dps.

  95. Legendary Fev strike does not give the bonus dmg it should.

  97. Natural Force needs to be on the player and not the monster. Maybe Natures edict buff needs to be on player and consider making it just a buff with no strike. So it would be more like the RIftblade, which is really where this souls should go.

  99. All life abilities now give Natural Force.

  101. Why is Natural force so high into the tree when the abilities to spend them are so far into it as well? Why not make it a base druid mechanic?

  103. Natures Censure is 36 points into the tree and no one wants to use it/has time/has stacks of force.

  105. Trickster's bolt needs something like a movement speed or Dot effect attached to it. Something to help the fact Druid is not as good at range.

  107. Resounding blow needs to increase Pet's damage as well.

  109. Pet's dps is so low, it isn't even noticeable.
  110. Tank pet can barely tank. Healing pet can barely heal etc.

  118. This soul is barely played. I use it when ten boxing sometimes but with a strong group, why would you?

  120. It needs the capability to deal damage or heal. Right now Tactbard demolishes it and Defihealer replaces it.

  122. I think increasing every emblem's damage and giving them a good damaging spam ability that heals the raid on hit would be a good solution.

  124. Played without 41 points, no one uses emblems and things bc of the sheer amount of time it takes to get all of your abilities out there. This may be an issue resolved by making cleric 1sec GCD like Prim/War/Rogue. It says a lot when core abilities are being dodged.

  128. Needs a lot of changes. Simple fix is to reduce all the cast times. Making it easier for things to be instant.

  132. Most of the talent points only affect Fire spells. For hybrids to exist, these early points need to be neutral dmg increase.

  134. Rune of return doesnt have the same time frames as other spells just like it.

  138. Needs to be closer to what Liberator is.

  140. Needs overall mana cost reduction.

  142. Needs to be made easier as it has too many abilities for the time given.

  144. Reduce CD on Monsoon. I know some people will be like, why? But imagine using a warden vs the ton of other healers who out heal them, with fewer buttons and no mana issues.

  146. Warden needs more work but it along with Runeshaper, Sentinel and Puri need a complete overhaul.

  148. An easy fix would be to just make everything on Warden heal more by 15% or so.

  151. Bare minimum needs to be closer to what Frostkeeper is. Which means it needs more mobility and more ability to heal besides shielding.

  153. One idea would be to make Legendary Ward of Fire heal more on main target, and splash healing to 5 people around them. Not overhealing.

  155. Ward of Fire needs to be cast when moving, or at least have a mastery for that.

  157. Fire wall should do something besides just dmg. Maybe it should cleanse targets inside of it or maybe heal them? After all, puri is healing with fire right? It's really far into the tree too.

  159. Healing flare sort of seems out of place on Puri, as it is not mentioned a single time by any talent. Not a single one does anything for it. This is an ability that needs to have something affect it like a mastery point or have another spell buff it.

  163. Puri has a lot of points that increase fire dmg. Why not make Soul Brand a dmg ability that gives mana back?

  168. Sentinel-
  169. Needs to be closer to what Warchanter is. Warchanter is amazing. Probably the most fun healing soul in the game. Cleric is the class that is supposed to heal and i realize Sentinel is FTP but if we could get close to Warchanter, the game would be better for it. Ability wise right now, it more resembles a gimp version of Physician.

  171. This would have to be done by emulating some of their spells, like Stand Tall and others that heal you and someone else with abilities off the GCD.

  173. Legendary Bolt of Light healing part should last one minute.

  175. What if Sentinel got mana back when healing a target without over healing? Not exactly as cool or easy as Phys or Warchant, but at least they could have something to get mana back while healing. Resource management barely ever comes into play when healing with the other classes and souls.
