  1. Person 1: To perceive pain, you must feel pain... occasionally we must endure anguish as a requirement to know. we must fall to our knees in agony to develop our mind... We need to lose in conduct to gain because life’s grandest lessons are received through pain... One must learn drastic suffering, in order to appreciate genuine harmony.
  2.
  3. Person 2: I disagree with your last sentence, why should the level of suffering perceived be connected to the greater understanding of harmony? Great harmony can be achieved without drastic suffering, drastic is never good.Music is a tool for survival
  4.
  5. Person 1: Oh, I used a thesaurus and added a random keyword :')..... But regardless of that! Harmony is something we as humans naturally take for granted if we didn't earn it/live throughout a time without said harmony, and I presume you can think up moments that fit into this category. -- Now, to answer your question: I think harmony is like glass... It's something that's there, but we don't always notice it's there... At least, not until the glass shatters- But if we look at the right angle, we can notice beams of light reflecting off of this glass, and realize this harmony is there without cracking the glass, but many people will take the words of those who've shattered their own glass for granted, and end up spending some time building up a new window...
  6. Also, if you look towards a girl who was born to a rich family, it's possible she'll grow up thinking "Me" and become upset when people don't get her what she wants.
  7. ^Someday this girl will come to the realization the world doesn't resolve around her, and that she won't always get what she wants in life, and I feel the drastic part in this, is the realization of said moment.... Whereas on the other hand, we'll find a poor girl who's born into a family that can't afford much. From an early age this girl is 'statistically'(Yeah fuck you >:v... I'm feeling lazy so Instead of thinking up an argument, I'm just going to use statistics because they're accurate xD) going to be much kinder than the girl who was taught 'I get what I want'.
  8. ^In both stories, the top and can suffer to have their eyes opened about harmony... For the rich girl, idk... For the rich girl it's about realizing she should be kinder with those lower in life, and for the poor girl it's to realize she should be kinder to those who mock her for being poor. -- And, I know these are shitty examples, but it's really easy to think about reasons, so I think you should be able to too! :D
  9.
  10. Person 3: Person 1 You have a very limited way of perceiving the world.
  11.
  12. Assuming is easier for the rich. Assuming all rich are corrupted. Mentality of a system comu... consumist.
  13.
  14. And the opposite for the poor. Judging. Condemning from a limited point of view.
  15.
  16. As well as justifying suffering.
  17.
  18. Suffering means “there is a problem that needs to be solved”. ‘Pain’ is there to indicate that one should strongly take care of the ‘wrong’. It’s a survival mechanism, not an idol. Problem - solution. We don’t nurture the problem. We learn from it. And try to/solve it.
  19.
  20. Swallow immature kiddos.
