  14. Login with the apache user on the Webportal Proxies
  15. Go to the apache bin directory /appl/pse/apache22/bin
  16. Stop apache with the following command: ./apachectl.webportal stop (wait a few seconds so that apache closes all processes)
  17. Then start the second script ./apachectl.webportal.outage start
