#2. Contact them saying you got a pair of their headphones/earbuds as a birthday gift and they
recently stopped powering on/stopped working.

#3. They will ask for pop. Tell them you don't have it as it was a gift.
They will say that they will need item pics in that case.
Simply scrape some off ebay/google and remove all photo data.

#4. Give them your address and info.


They should ship you out a replacement of whichever product you chose!
