  17. Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected. Due to his Demonic Heritage and the effect when mixed with human blood it gives him quite the resistance to magic, instead of spells being outright canceled it's more of their effectiveness is either none or little.

The skill it's self in basics makes Nero immune to anything that would influence his will or would attempt to change him it also makes through influence or pulling into something along the lines of a 'Reality Marble' or 'Bounded Field' he gains a natural resistance to the effects of said things in other words 'I reject your reality... And Substitute my own!' this is the blood and nature of the Sparda line it's self the rejection of fate as Sparda rejected his fate of being a mere lieutenant by the Demon Mundus's side and become a Legendary Hero in the eyes of humanity and a savior to them to the point of even gaining his own religion. Thus much like Sparda, his child and later grandchild followed the same path, this naturally grants him immunity to Mental Interference Magecraft and the ability known as 'Devil Trigger', to essentially reveal the Inner Demon and unleash the user's true strength, it also a representation of the skill 'Hybrid'.

  24. At Rank A, it is essentially in the realm of predicting the future. Through this ability, it is possible to negate the penalties inflicted by visual and auditory interference to a certain extent, being able to naturally control the flow of combat and to second guess moves that someone might make, It gains a bonus against Demonic related enemies, even in numerous numbers the skill is quite useful.

  27. Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.

  30. A skill for those that hunt demons and the supernatural, at higher ranks allows one to identify creatures related to the dark arts or anything that could be classified as 'Demonic' with no issues and gives parameter modifiers when fighting such things. Nero is an expert at Demon Hunting and hunting down creatures that are well not natural, even going as far as to be able to defeat his own father a Son of Sparda.

  33. Devil Breakers: 'Arms Ready for Any Job' - B+
  34. The Devil Breaker is a specialized artificial appendage that has numerous different types of which Nero is able to use. Each Devil Breaker connects to the base of his arm, making them easily replaceable. The base Devil Breaker contains the Wire Snatch ability, which behaves exactly as the Snatch moves from the Devil Bringer, it pulls small enemies onto Nero but pushes Nero onto larger enemies. This move is available by default even if Nero has no Devil Breaker part equipped.

  36. All types contain one "Break Away" move that instantly breaks the arm, however, this Break-Away move can allow Nero to evade certain enemy attacks. Another way the arm breaks is by getting hit while performing any Devil Breaker attack or using a charged Devil Breaker attack.

If one is to break in combat Nero must wait for the engagement to end before he can use it again, the list of Devil Breakers Nero can use are as follows, when using the Devil Breakers however Nero cannot use the Devil Bringer as it becomes sealed off, when not using the Devil Breakers and using the Devil Bringer, the Devil Breakers become sealed off the only time this is not the case is when Nero is in his Devil Trigger state.

  40. Overture: 'Successor to the Devil Bringer':
  41. The first Devil Breaker built by Nico. An orthodox weapon compared to the other arms, damaging enemies with electric bursts. Its name is derived from this straightforward functionality. It is a user-friendly Devil Breaker with average power and takes out weaker demons in one hit by creating demolishing shockwaves.

  43. Gerbera: 'Shockwaves that rock the Heavens'
  44. A Devil Breaker that launches shockwaves from its petal-shaped complex reverberatory furnace. The recoil can be used for instantaneous movement, and converging the shockwaves makes it fire a high-output energy beam. Beautiful design belies tremendous firepower. Provides airborne movement and piercing beam attacks. Good against strong flying opponents, perfect for maneuvering around the battlefield easier and to unleash a massive beam that can pierce through most defenses easily.

  47. Rare demonic minerals give this Devil Breaker jet propulsion power, packing incredible destructive force behind each blow. The arm can detach to fly around autonomously, during which Nero can ride it. Slam into demons in this mode for even more damage.

  50. Nico tried to recreate Nero's lost demonic arm, resulting in a powerhouse capable of throwing enemies with devastating force. This brute strength comes at the price of reduced durability, but the chance to toss around massive demons is well worth it. Throws vary according to the enemy.

  52. Ragtime: 'Manipulator of Time'
  53. This arm was crafted from special materials obtained from a powerful enemy. It creates special force fields that warp and slow the flow of time enemies caught between them. It is convenient for taking on multiple enemies or for slowing down an enemy in order to gain an opening and attack them or dodge an incoming attack.

  55. Tomboy: 'Weapon Augmenting Device'
  56. An arm crafted for really one purpose utter chaotic destruction, Tomboy can charge Blue Rose, increasing its fire-power. It also enhances Red Queen allowing Nero to perform new, stronger actions with the sword, to put it simply it is essentially Mana Burst (Flames) at A rank being embedded into both weapons, however this comes at the issue of the attacks being quite chaotic and uncontrollable of where the flames may spew, perfect for crowd control and for destroying anything with his sword or gun.

  58. Helter Skelter: 'Steel-Piercing Power'
  59. The helix of sharp metal gives this Devil Breaker incredible penetrating power. Spreading its blades to pulverize unlucky foes, utterly rips through flesh and armor easily.

  62. This beauty was crafted out of demonic metals taken from Gilgamesh, unfurling into a metal whip of impressive strength, it transforms into a whip that shreds and slices anything that comes near Nero when used, it also allows him to pull or pull himself toward enemies at a farther range.

  64. Mega Buster: 'Old Faithful'
  65. A weapon that recreates Mega Man's legendary Mega Buster. Boasting a unique silhouette, it's designed for long-range attacks, it's great for confusing the enemy and the user itself. "What the hell is this thing exactly Nico?"

  67. Sweet Surrender: 'A Helping Hand'
  68. A Devil Breaker that can be used to restore Nero's health, the Sweet Surrender has no offensive capabilities, and will break if Nero is damaged while attempting to heal, when activated it'll begin to heal all of Neroes wounds slowly things like basic cuts or a bruise go away far easier, the Breaker, however, was designed to give massages and even Vibrates.

  70. Pasta Breaker: 'Buono!'
  71. A Devil Breaker that makes pasta extra easy to eat. Created by Nico for clumsy Nero from Helter Skelter and Punch Line parts. Aside from the easily recognizable revolving fork on the end, the Pasta Breaker has no particularly useful function in combat. When used, it rotates the Devil Breaker order.

  73. Gerbera GP-01: 'Demonic Brush With Brilliance'
  74. A special Devil Breaker inspired by the legendary creator Shoji Kawamori. Fires shockwaves from its five fingers, which can be controlled freely on the ground or in the air. Functionally similar to the standard Gerbera, otherwise it is simply Gerbera with a different shade of paint.

  76. Red Queen: 'Sword of The Descendant' - B
  77. The Red Queen is a sword belonging to Nero It is a customized version of the blades used by the Order of the Sword and designed by Agnus. It is not a Devil Arm, but its unique construction makes it just as powerful. It has an ornately etched base and appears to be modeled after the German Großes Messer, but its most unique feature is that it has been specially customized with a motorcycle-like gear shift which, when pulled, sprays a flammable propellant across the blade and opponent, greatly increasing the power of its blows. This system, known as "Exceed", can be revved up to three times, and can be released either in one incredibly powerful strike, or three separate stinging blows. This system is also strong enough for Nero to be able to use it as a jet. This and several other modifications make the Red Queen nearly impossible for anyone but Nero to wield, to an extent one could say it is the embodiment of Nero himself as a sword and despite not being comparable to a Divine Construct it is able to match blows with the Yamato a Demonic Katana which can cut through Time and Space.

  79. Devil Bringer: 'Demonic Arm of the Descendant' - B+
  80. The Devil Bringer was Nero's right arm and the physical manifestation of his demonic power. The arm possesses superhuman strength, which it can also manifest through a larger, spectral arm. It is also capable of absorbing items of power, such as the Yamato The most notable feature of the Devil Bringer is, of course, its unusual ability to summon a larger, spectral arm. This arm can do feats of supernatural strength, which Nero often uses to his advantage when fighting demons. Nero regularly uses it to move and throw objects much larger than him, a technique that is known as Buster. The arm can also be used to pull objects towards Nero, or him towards them instead.

  82. The Devil Bringer itself also seems to be highly durable, which when combined with its strength makes it very useful for blocking attacks. So far, the only thing that has successfully damaged the arm is the Yamato, an extraordinarily powerful Devil Arm known for being so sharp that it can cut through "anything it touches". Not even the Rebellion, which can block Yamato's strikes, was able to harm it, although this is due to Dante underestimating Nero at the time and thus didn't use enough strength with his sword; later on Dante shows he is able to match and even overpower the Devil Bringer with his bare hand, easily blocking a punch from Nero and pushing him back with a casual push. Urizen, despite being in a weakened state, also proves capable of easily surpassing the arm enough to rip it off Nero with little struggle. Nero does not wield any weapons with his Devil Bringer aside from Yamato, but he does channel energy into Blue Rose with it. The claws are sharp enough to leave marks, but Nero never uses them intentionally.

  84. Although the Devil Bringer is constantly glowing, the strength of the glow appears to be linked to several factors. Those include how much focus Nero is putting into it (or how much energy he channels through it), Nero's own stamina and emotional state, and presence of some important objects (like Dante or Yamato). It goes out completely only once when it is stabbed by Yamato, which also had a profound effect on Nero himself.

The Devil Bringer is able to absorb items and use their power to grant itself new abilities, this could range from a Noble Phantasm or even something as simple as a Mystic Code, one would not be able to notice that Nero has this arm due to its human-like appearance, however, seeing as the arm can be sealed way to use his Devil Breakers, it is clearly not a normal arm but a spectral one that can take the physical appearance of human arm.
