Blanca Republic

-Blanca Republic.
A country that has been created some while ago. Originally a group of monks having distanced themselves from the Citadel and then recieving some following by a military group that mostly specialized in using Heart. Settling up in the unoccupied northern lands, they developed their own nation, focused on the following of the Ten Aspirations, ten Flow entities which embody some sort of virtue, or at least help people achieve something.

[History] The Blanca Republic was originally a small monk settlement, formed by refugees from the Citadel, who disagreed with the various ethical codes of the nation. They were ostracized to an off section of the nation, and kept under watch as a result of their various protests. It is said that, in an event known as the "White Morning" ten representers of this faction, fought their way through hundreds, or even thousands of guards, and made their way out of the Citadel's landing, through the woods, into the north together with their followers. These ten "leaders" founded the nation, each representing one Aspiration. Eventually, they stepped back, and decided to elect a council of wise men to lead the nation. The wise men themselves, opted for a monarchy, and an esteemed family of the faction, the Blancas were made kings. Eventually, decades after, the monarchy was deemed a wrong choice, and this, was taken out of power, for a more republican approach. The Blancas still held power nonetheless. The original ten warriors founded the White Legion, still to this day, the nations army, and still to this day, lead by ten members, each representing one of the Aspirations.

[ Economy ] Having mended their relationship to the Citadel, the Blanca Republic trades various metals as well as agricultural products which cannot be found , unfortunately, in the fertile Fortress Plain. They also allow various Citadel members to study Heart at the nations military academy. Thus, this is another nation which is
semi-funded by the Citadel, yet they do have their own fair share of industrial complexes.

[ Politics ] The republic is lead by a president, as well as a prime minister, where the later has the strongest role. The once noble families of the former royalty are often found to still be in power, yet they do not have absolute amounts of it. Nonetheless, a recent trend has been the involvement of the Legion in the nations political affairs, leading to the role of the president, growing. This has caused various instabilities, such as a recent lockdown of an industrial complex, due to various disputes pertaining administration and military funding between the military and government.

[ Military ] The White Legion is one of the strongest armies in the world. Trained to have a strong physical standing, expert combat training, as well as complete obedience, not to mention very respectable average intellect and general well maintained psychological state, if all armies were made of men, fighting in their own ability, the Legion would have already trampled over all other factions. They are expert users of heart as well, spearheaded by their Ten Generals, paragons of a field of Heart, as well as devout followers of an Aspiration. Their weapons are not as advanced as those of the Citadel of Conglomerate nonetheless.

[ Powers ] Heart is used almost exclusively. Body finds great use as well, together with Mind, albeit somewhat less so. Soul and Vision are the less seen.
