Reaper: Hello everybody, it's September 4th, 2010, my ass has been sore since this morning, and this is Ready, Set, Play!
*Intro follows*
FallDown: I'm not going to ask you why your ass is so sore, and frankly I don't think anyone else wants to know... WELCOME to Ready, Set, Play! Be warned; Some of the things on this show might scar you for life.
Reaper: Believe me, I'm already Scared. Anyway, you were informing me about Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood?
FallDown: Yeah, I told you that the game will have a Multiplayer Beta exclusive for Playstation 3 users.
Reaper: Great, I love my PSTripple, how do I acquire this beta you speak of?
FallDown: All you have to do is pre-ordered the game. The beta will begin on September 13th as announced by Ubisoft.
Reaper: Oh really? So what is the multiplayer in Brotherhood like? Is it like Halo?
FallDown: Uh... No.
Reaper: Do they have AK47s? Laser Pistols?
FallDown: No you failed abortion, it's going to have the same gameplay mechanics as the regular Assassin's Creed games, BUT you will have to hunt down other players before they hunt you down and kill you.
Reaper: So it's like hide and seek? Golly that sounds fun.
FallDown: It sure is, now as I recall you had something to say about Dead Space 2?
Reaper: Yup. Dead Space 2 developers are nice enough to release comics to give you a backstory of the game and some mini prequel PSN games, if you beat those, you get 4 items for use in Dead Space 2. The real deal is around the multiplayer that was announced, you'll be able to play Necrophiliacs vs Soldiers online!
FallDown: Necrophiliacs? Are you sure you're not talking about NecroMORPHS? You know? The enemies in Dead Space.
Reaper: Wha? Necromorphs? I was talking about Necrophilia-- oh wait... wrong game.
FallDown: Alright, do me a favor. Please, Tell me when the prequel game and the comics come out. Then, I want you to go see a doctor who can help you set your head straight.
Reaper: All in good time, friend, all in good time. The game is coming out January 25th, 2011. The prequel mini game will be out in December, along with the comic book.
FallDown: Now that's great, I just hope it won't be as scary as the first one because it made me pee myself.
Reaper: God my pussy is so big.
FallDown: What the hell are you talking about?
Reaper: My cat, he's such a fat ass and eats allday, but anyway! I do know that there is a lot of Team Fortress 2 happening right now!
FallDown: How much is "a lot"? Is it as much as the mass of your fucking cat?
Reaper: Close! But not as much, however it is still a lot! The polycount pack is going to be released to the public which will feature an update for classes like the Scout and Soldier. Along with that update, we finally get trading.
FallDown: Trading? I can already imagine half of the Team Fortress 2 community spending $500 on 25 copies of Team Fortress 2, just so they can use the Achievement unlocker and craft all their weapons to get metal and trade it to their base account. *cough*Don't try this at home kids*cough*
Reaper: That's a good idea, but sadly I already bought 50 copies so my idea is better! That's not all though, did you hear about that l33t pr0 contest that just started?
FallDown: What? The Highlander Tournament?
Reaper: Yeah, it's a tournament for the public, even Valve employees will play there.  However, Gabe was not able to participate, because his fingers are too big for the keyboard and he would end up tabbing out of the game when he tried to crouch or strafe in circles when trying to go forward.
FallDown: That sounds like it's fun, but sign ups are over so I guess the only thing you can do now is spectate and cry about how you won't be getting an in-game medal for participating! When is all this happenign though?
Reaper: This month! September is the month for all those TF2 events and the Highlander tournament started, but god knows when we will get the update. The problem is that we live in Valve Time.
FallDown: So. I heard that Gabe Newell just started work on Half-Life 2: Episode 3. Why did it take so long you may ask? Apperantly someone took his box of donuts and he went on a rampage in the office, they had to repair 2 floors, one of them being the offices of the development team for EP3.
Reaper: Wow! That's terrible.
FallDown: I know, 14 victims were wounded and had bite marks on them.
Reaper: Those must have been good donuts... BUT ANYWAY! Left 4 Dead is getting a DLC soon. Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 will be getting The Sacrifice DLC, which will feature Bill's death from L4D1.
FallDown: Really? Does the update also include an VAR?
Reaper: What in God's name is VAR?
FallDown: Valve Anti-Rage. You're banned for a week if you rage quit from more than 5 games in a row.
Reaper: I hope they do, because that way the game may finally be worth trying to play in Versus mode all the way to then without the enemy team leaving because you made it out of the safe room alive. I forgot to mention that they will also release a comic about it and they will port No Mercy to Left 4 Dead 2, along with the old survivors being playable, I also forgot to mention that my cat has just ate all of my food supplies and I am most likely to starve by the end of this week.
FallDown: Unfortunate. You should get a tread mill.
Reaper: Why? I'm perfectly fit.
FallDown: Not for you, it's for Siegfried
Reaper: Good idea, if he rolls around enough on it he'll lose enough weight to actually stand up. The damn cat won't be like a roller pig anymore and will have the strength to stand.
FallDown: Anyway, when is all of this Left 4 Dead awesomeness happening?
Reaper: Um... let me see. Should be in October! Remember though, Valve time is not a myth so it can take longer.
FallDown: Let us hope it is not.
Reaper: Now it's time for some fan mail! I got a couple of emails from 2 young men having techical and game questions.
FallDown: Alright who is the first sender?
Reaper: The first question comes from a man named "The Jive Brother", his question is "Su' gon! Gizza mah flav'd goom ina flib flab slim! Uh sid ta ginna muh floobie doob an'a criba crazz! Fo so big daddy Duke"
FallDown: What the fu-? Speak English damn it.
Reaper: I speak some "Jive", he is asking about the latest news on Duke Nukem Forever and when we can see it happen.
FallDown:  Duke Nukem Forever. I heard recently that It's no longer vaporware! 2K is showcasing it at PAX and it's near completion. We'll see the game on the shelves in 2011. Isn't that great news.
Reaper: That sure is great, after 13 years we'll see if it finally lives up to the hype.
FallDown: True, but now Now how am I supposed to tell jokes like "The New FPSB Layout Update will coincide with the release of Duke Nukem Forever", which is clealry a joke meaning it will be NEVER.
Reaper: I don't know about that, guess you'll have to find some more vaporware.
FallDown: So who is the next letter from?
Reaper: The next one is from Shockwave. He's asking "My graphix card is no good. i play css but i lagg, where can i dl new graphix card and stop lagg? plz i dunno why i lagg but i no want it no more.
FallDown: Oh, I've had that problem before. The solution is to delete system32 and get a Mac. Well, that is it for the day! On the next episode we will review whatever the hell we feel like reviewing.
FallDown: I feel like watching a movie, what should I watch? I feel like watching a vampire movie.
