  1. SUNDAY, WEEK 3 /4 DAY 11 1/2 BEGIN
  2.
  3.
  4. FUCK THAT'S LONG
  5. >Holy shit you're drowsy.
  6. >The sound of birds chirping, noise from downstairs, plus the sun's light wakes you up.
  7. >It's morning alright.
  8. >You drape your left arm over your eye to protect your sight from the sun's invasive rays.
  9. >You're having trouble willing yourself to get up, the 2 ponies that are laying on you is ridiculously comfortable.
  10. >One is missing.
  11. >Based on where you feel them laying, you deduce it's Pinkie that's not accounted for.
  12. >White horse nuzzles her head into your chest, scraping her horn against your shirt lightly.
  13. >The arm you draped over her is also asleep.
  14. >She's really warm, and combined with the blanket and the sun, you're starting to feel a little overheated.
  15. >But it's just so damn comfy.
  16. >It is now your life goal to get 20 of these ponies and just let them lay over of you like a big pony blanket.
  17. >Put that on the bucket list.
  18. >You yawn.
  19. >Well, sleeping in one time wouldn't hurt.
  20. >The smell of something delicious drifts into your nostrils.
  21. >Now that you think about, you did hear a lot of clinking and clanking and other noises coming from downstairs.
  22. >And you still do.
  23. >Breakfast?
  24. >Breakfast!
  25. >You're now awake.
  26. >You slowly shimmy out from under the two ponies to the empty side of the bed, careful to not wake them.
  27. >This would be impossible if Pinkie was still there.
  28. >A minute later, you're free.
  29. >You silently celebrate to yourself for your accomplishments, when Rarity gives a disgruntled snort.
  30. >Aw, she must miss you.
  31. >Lovingly, you gently rub Rarity's head.
  32. >A hoof shots up and knocks you hand away.
  33. "Wha-?"
  34. >Did she just smack you?
  35. >But Rarity is still sleeping.
  36. >The apparently asleep Rarity 'hmphs' before cuddling into the bedsheets.
  37. >You run the back of your assaulted hand in confusion.
  38. >Apparently she can get mad in her sleep as well.
  39. >Eh, she'll get over it.
  40. >Yawning again, you stretch your arms while heading downstairs to the source of the delectable smell.
  41. >You take notice that you have a stubble, your hair is messy, your shirt is loose and hanging, you must look like a mess.
  42. >But you want your goddamn food.
  43. >As you approach the source, a cheerful humming is heard among the sounds of pots clanking and food sizzling.
  44. >You lean against the doorway to the kitchen.
  45. >Pinkie's mixing a bowl while pancakes and other miscellaneous food items cook on the stove.
  46. >Her back is to you.
  47. "Watcha makin?"
  48. >You see Pinkie jump slightly, but she quickly regains composure.
  49. >"I didn't know what you all preferred, so I just made a little bit of everything." She said, still stirring.
  50. "I think I'll enjoy whatever's made, as long as it's cooked by you."
  51. >Pinkie giggles cutely.
  52. >She places the bowl on the table and begins washing off the spoon she was using.
  53. >"Still, I've made pancakes, and I'm making waffles, french toast, hashbrowwwwwaaa---"
  54. >During that last word, she turned to look at you.
  55. >The spoon fell to the ground with a clink as her mouth widened.
  56. >The noise coming out her mouth couldn't be heard by the human ear, and her nose actually starts to bleed.
  57. >Why though?
  58. >You look down at yourself, and look back up at Pinkie in confusion.
  59. "Is this really that attractive for you?" you say, while scratching your head.
  60. >"Aah- I.. uh.." Pinkie says, slowly backing up.
  61. >Her rump bashes into the stove, knocking over a frying pan over and onto her head.
  62. >"Aaah! I'm cooking like a waffle! Oh the irony!" Pinkie yells, running in circles in a panic.
  63. >You act quickly, grabbing the wannabe rodeo clown off Pinkie's head.
  64. "Pinkie, are you okay?"
  65. >She seems to assess her body damage before smiling.
  66. >"Yep, I think the french toast protected my head."
  67. >Speaking of which, Pinkie has a piece of your wasted breakfast sitting on her head.
  68. "You've got a thing right there." You say, pointing to the hairy toast.
  69. >She looks up, and her tongue shoots out of her mouth and wraps around the tasty hat like a tentacle, bringing it into her mouth.
  70. >Pinkie chews for a moment, then speaks.
  71. >"Needs more cinnamon."
  72. >Pinkie turns around and gets back to cooking without another word.
  73. >That just happened.
  74. >Guess she's just playing it off cool.
  75. >"What's all the commotion about?" Rarity says, coming down the stairs in a bathrobe and freshly washed hair.
  76. >You go out to meet her halfway.
  77. "How did you shower that fast?"
  78. >"How didn't I?" Rarity says while raising in eyebrow, a smug smile adorning her face.
  79. "What?"
  80. >"Huh?"
  81. >What.
  82. >You shake your head.
  83. >This isn't going anywhere.
  84. "Never mind that, Pinkie just had a little kitchen accident."
  85. >"Oh no!"
  86. >Rarity races into the kitchen, you following.
  87. >"Are you okay dear?"
  88. >Rarity mushes Pinkie's cheeks together with her fore hooves.
  89. "Imbth ohhkey Rarithdy." Pinkie says.
  90. >"Are you sure? No bruises or blemishes?" Rarity says, looking over Pinkie's head, checking for any damages.
  91. >Pinkie leans back to get out of Rarity's grip.
  92. >"Just fine! The french toast saved me!" And she smiles brightly.
  93. >"You know, it's things like that that really make me love you." Rarity says, giving Pinkie a little kiss on the nose.
  94. >Pinkie blushes slightly, then gets back to work.
  95. >Why didn't you do something like that?
  96. >Shame on you Anon.
  97. >"Breakfast ready in five." Pinkie calls out.
  98. "I'll go wake up Maud, you set the table Rarity."
  99. >Rarity nods and heads to the dish cabinet, while you head upstairs.
  100. >Once upstairs, you hear the shower running.
  101. >Maud must already be awake.
  102. >You're about to knock when you hear a faint something else.
  103. >Putting your ear up to the door, you recognize it as singing.
  104.
  105. -Rocks are for you and me-
  106. -Rocks always fill me with glee-
  107. -Though they make me feel so euphoric-
  108. -It still has the goddamn metamorphic-
  109.
  110. >It's certainly... interesting.
  111. >It sounds more like poetry than singing, and it honestly could be, it's so monotone it's hard to tell.
  112. >You've heard enough for now.
  113. >Knocking on the door, the singing stops.
  114. "Breakfast soon, hurry up."
  115. >Silence for a few seconds.
  116. >"Okay."
  117. >Was she embarrassed?
  118. >No, impossible.
  119. >But maybe...
  120. >But probably not.
  121. >Although...
  122. >The door the bathroom opens, and you freeze.
  123. >You make eye contact with Maud, who has her hair wrapped in a towel.
  124. >"I'm done."
  125. "I noticed."
  126. >You cough awkwardly.
  127. >"It's ready!" Pinkie yells from downstairs.
  128. "I'll be downstairs. Hurry down yourself." You say to Maud.
  129. >You quickly exit the scene.
  130. >You've spilled enough spaghetti that there's almost no point in having breakfast.
  131. >Almost.
  132. >Food is being served by the time you reach the kitchen.
  133. >You take your seat at the head of the table and patiently await to be served.
  134. >Maud comes down shortly afterwords, and takes her seat across from you.
  135. >Pinkie's on your left, Rarity on your right.
  136. >You take the first bite.
  137. "Mmmm! Amazing as always Pinkie."
  138. >Pinkie smiles before digging into her own breakfast herself.
  139. >"I have to agree Pinkie, it is quite edible." Maud says.
  140. >Way to show your enthusiasm.
  141. >Gold star for trying.
  142. >"What do you have planned for today Anonymous?" Rarity asks.
  143. "You know, I'm not really sure."
  144. >You take another bite, and swallow, giving yourself time to think.
  145. "My house is pretty much clean, save for the kitchen."
  146. >"Can't you think of anything new and exotic?"
  147. "I've already made you do everything a normal servant would do. And then some."
  148. >"I'm happy to do whatever you want Nonny." Pinkie says enthusiastically.
  149. >There's that warm feeling again.
  150. "I love it when you use that pet name."
  151. >"Really?"
  152. "Yeah, and I don't even remember when you first called me it. I need to think of one for you." You say while rubbing your chin with your free hand.
  153. >"I'm an official judge of pet names," Pinkie bumps a hoof against her chest in pride, "so I'll be able to say if what you call me is good."
  154. "Ponk"
  155. >"No."
  156. You raise an eyebrow, "Pinks?"
  157. >"Eh, 5 out of 10"
  158. You clench your fists together, "How about Bubblegum?" and explode your hands outwards when saying that last word.
  159. >"Nadda."
  160. "Adorable?"
  161. >"No- oooh."
  162. >Pinkie throws a strawberry at you, hitting you on the nose.
  163. >"That was pretty bad." Pinkie says, though still smiling.
  164. >You laugh, but a sudden realization hits you.
  165. "Where the hell did you get a strawberry?" You say, laughing again.
  166. >"Oh, you know."
  167. >...
  168. >These ponies aren't giving you any answers dammit.
  169. "Fine, I'm calling you strawbs from now on."
  170. >"4 out of 10."
  171. "Okay, you know what, how did you even become 'official' anyway?"
  172. >"I vote to end this conversation." Maud says.
  173. >"Agreed." Rarity and Pinkie say in unison.
  174. "I'm still calling you strawbs."
  175. >"There was a vote, Anon." Rarity whines, almost cutting you off.
  176. "Fine, fine... White horse."
  177. >Laughtrack.mp3
  178. >Pinkie is stuffing herself full of a large stack of pancakes when Rarity speaks.
  179. >"We still don't have any ideas of where to go."
  180. "Maud, care to chime in?"
  181. >"We could go somewhere nice."
  182. >Nice? Maybe you could do that.
  183. "I suppose if we aren't restricted to the house, I could take the three of you to something I found."
  184. >Pinkie's eyes widen at the vague words, like talking about a sweets store around a child.
  185. >"Where is the thing ya found?" Pinkie asks, slamming her hooves on the table, bouncing all of the dishes and cutlery, leaning towards you.
  186. >You rest your elbows on the table before speaking.
  187. "We'll have to go on a little hike." You say as you tap your fingers together.
  188. >"Is that really a servant thing?" Rarity asks.
  189. "No, but it's either that or clean the house."
  190. >"It's just somewhat strange."
  191. "If it makes you feel better, I'll give you both," You gesture to both Rarity and Pinkie, "extra work to do when we get back from the hike."
  192. >Rarity gets hit with a strawberry on the forehead.
  193. >Where is Pinkie getting these strawberries from?
  194. >"So how'd you find this thing Nonny? What even is it?" Pinkie is giving you almost her full attention.
  195. >The milkshake she got from somewhere is also occupying her.
  196. "I was out on a run when I got lost in the forest. I found a clearing, and it lead to a natural path, where I found something. As for the latter, you'll see when we get there."
  197. >"I can't wait until we go." Maud says at stoically as always.
  198. "Clearly." You tease.
  199. >"Running you say? Speaking of which, how's it going?" Rarity asks.
  200. "What do you mean?"
  201. >"You know what I mean. Your body, how are you keeping track of it?"
  202. "It's gotten a bit harder since the gym's been out of commission, but luckily my little exercise room is good enough. It is lacking a couple things though."
  203. >"Like?"
  204. "Just heavy stuff, making building power and strength a bit harder than normal. But I've still kept them up to par." You say, and you pat your arm muscles, much to Rarity and Pinkie's delight.
  205. >"I would like to see this exercise room." Maud pipes in.
  206. "I'll show you after breakfast."
  207. >"So just how powerful are you really?" Pinkie asks.
  208. "I dunno."
  209. >"What? How do you not know, you've gotta be super strong!" Pinkie punches the air a few times.
  210. "I don't know how I would know exactly."
  211. >"What about that power tester thingy we used yesterday?"
  212. "You don't remember what that said?" You question.
  213. >"I wasn't really paying attention."
  214. >God dammit pink horse.
  215. "How the fuck does that even measure it?"
  216. >"Language Anon." Rarity says.
  217. >They really are avoiding how it's measured.
  218. "Anyway, I believe I got something around 140."
  219. >"Ooooo." Pinkie says, leaning back in her booster chair
  220. >They are tiny horses after all, and you're a big man.
  221. >For you.
  222. "'Oooo'?"
  223. >"That's pretty good Nonny."
  224. >You look at Maud and gesture to her.
  225. "But she got higher than me."
  226. >"I've seen Maud punch through solid rock, Anonymous."
  227. >That contest was fucking rigged.
  228. ====Changing the style of speak for this conversation====
  229. >Maud: "It wasn't that tough of a rock."
  230. >She's trying to divert attention from herself.
  231. >Rarity: "It was still a big rock." Rarity says, placing her hooves a large distance apart to show how large it was.
  232. >Maud: "I've broken tougher."
  233. >Rarity: "Then how does that make what I claim have any less impact?"
  234. >Maud: "I could have gotten weaker."
  235. >Is she trying to spare your feelings?
  236. >Pinkie: "But Maudy, I've seen you punch sedimentary rocks to dust!"
  237. >Maud: "Those are the weakest rocks, don't you remember?"
  238. >Pinkie: "O-oh? Must have slipped my mind." She laughs nervously, before sliding back in her chair.
  239. >Maud: "I hope you haven't forget all of mothers teachings."
  240. >Pinkie: "Pssh, parties are where it's really at." She waves a hoof in the air dismissively.
  241. >Maud: "Rocks are exciting as well."
  242. >Maud throws a pebble on the table, and everyone's eyes go to it.
  243. >Everyone stares at the still pebble for several seconds.
  244. >Maud: "Wheeee."
  245. ====Changing the style of speak to less lazy one.====
  246. "Alright, I'm ending this conversation."
  247. >You stand up, bored of all the rock talk, and place your near cleaned off plate on the counter.
  248. "Pinkie, Rarity, both of you clean up. Maud, comes upstairs when you're done."
  249. >With that, you leave them be.
  250. >Maud comes upstairs after several minutes, and you take her to your exercise room.
  251. "This is it. It isn't much, but it's mine."
  252. >A couple punching bags, a couple weights, shin-pads and boxing gloves rest against the wall, a padded floor, etc etc. Overall a semi-advanced home gym.
  253. "I'm not sure what you wanted to see, but here you go."
  254. >"I want to see you exercise."
  255. "What? Why?"
  256. >"I want to know if you're doing it right."
  257. >Seems legit.
  258. >Whatever, no loss to you.
  259. >A couple minutes later, you're pumping iron while Maud sits and watches.
  260. >Watching her out of the corner of your eye, you see she's very intent at staring into your soul.
  261. >She's unblinking, watching every action you do.
  262. >Maybe she really is evaluating you.
  263. >After a couple sets, you sit up.
  264. "So? See anything wrong?"
  265. >"No. I have to go downstairs."
  266. >As she turns away, you see a small stain of wetness on the bottom of her dress.
  267. >You sit up on the bench.
  268. >Was she sweating too? Why?
  269. >Wait a minute...
  270. >She spilled the drink on the couch...
  271. >And the friggin vibrator explosion...
  272. >And she cleaned the chair...
  273. >And she was in alone in a room with a pleasured pony...
  274. >And she has a stain of wetness after seeing you working out...
  275. >And...
  276. >And...
  277. >AND...
  278. >The exercise room swings open, the door slamming against the wall.
  279. "FUCK!"
  280. >"Eep!"
  281. >A figure drops out of sight behind the doorway.
  282. "Hello?" You lean over slightly to get a better view of the door.
  283. >"H-Hello Anonymous." Rarity steps into view.
  284. "Hey Rarity. Sorry about that, whaddya need?"
  285. >"It's fine, and I was just wondering what we should pack."
  286. "Pack?"
  287. >"You know, for the trip."
  288. "It's a short hike."
  289. >"Still, we must be prepared."
  290. >You don't really think any of you need anything, but...
  291. "Just pack whatever you think you'll need."
  292. >Rarity brightens up.
  293. >Ruh roh.
  294. >"Of course, thank you Anonymous!"
  295. >Rarity trots off to do god knows what.
  296. >Well shit, what now.
  297. >...
  298. >You sniff yourself.
  299. >Shower time apparently.
  300. --Windows movie maker transition later--
  301. >You're in the shower.
  302. >And now you have time to think.
  303. >Today is the last day to get Maud to break.
  304. >Everything you've tried so far has failed, but you can't help but feel you're missing something.
  305. >Oh well.
  306. >With all your failures in mind, you suppose you'll have to give plan X a separate purpose.
  307. >After cleaning yourself, you step out of the shower and start drying yourself.
  308. >Instinctively, and because you forgot you had guests, you carry the towel instead of wrapping it around yourself as you open the bathroom door.
  309. >When you open the door, you find Pinkie and Rarity there, both of their eyes illuminated by Rarity's magic, hooves between their legs.
  310. >They're eyesight immediately goes from your head to down lower.
  311. >You cover your privates with your towel.
  312. "So."
  313. >"YOU CAN'T PROVE ANYTHING!" Pinkie yells, before bolting it, Rarity racing after her.
  314. >Fucking ponies.
  315. >Sometimes literally!
  316. -Transition because segways are hard-
  317. >You're Anon, you're dressed, and you're packing for the short hike.
  318. >You don't want to, but everyone's doing it, you just want to be popular.
  319. >By packing, you mean you're putting a couple things in a small satchel.
  320. >Some may call it a man purse, but you call it handy.
  321. >Ironically something you probably won't be getting while carrying one.
  322. >Regardless, you think of some stuff to put into the bag.
  323. >In case someone gets hurt, you put a small med-kit into one of the pockets.
  324. >It has a couple band-aids, some gauze, nothing overly weighty.
  325. >You probably won't need it anyway, right?
  326. >In the kitchen, you grab a few water bottles.
  327. >Hail hydra.
  328. >At the last minute, you decide to get plan X and put that in as well.
  329. >The box plan X is in fits nicely into the satchel, meaning the precious thing inside will not bounce around.
  330. >This is all you'll need you imagine.
  331. >Barely weighs a thing.
  332. >You grab a pair of hiking boots from your closet and head downstairs.
  333. >You plop down on your couch when you notice the distinct lack of ponies in the area.
  334. >It appears only Maud is left.
  335. "Where is everyone?"
  336. >"They went home to pack."
  337. >You shake your head.
  338. "That's completely unnecessary, but whatever."
  339. >You throw your bag on the table and rest your head against the back of the couch.
  340. >Maud's eyes glance from your satchel to you with a judging look.
  341. "Don't be a hater."
  342. >"Why not a saddlebag?"
  343. "Because I walk on two legs."
  344. >"I could carry your stuff for you."
  345. "Unnecessary."
  346. >"What are you bringing?"
  347. "Just some essentials, what about you?"
  348. >"I was hoping to gain some inspiration for a little hobby of mine, so I brought some things."
  349. >Things?
  350. >Guessing her hobby would be rock related, you don't question it.
  351. >Would she be carrying stones?
  352. >That would be counter productive for a hiking trip.
  353. "Just remember to travel light."
  354. >"I know."
  355. >Right.
  356. >20 minutes later, Pinkie comes back carrying a basket.
  357. "I don't recall saying you guys could leave."
  358. >"How else would we pack what we needed?"
  359. "What do you even need to bring in the first place?"
  360. >"I brought some picnic things, it'll be delicious!"
  361. >Eh, fine, you can accept that.
  362. >Almost half an hour later, Rarity comes back as well.
  363. "Jesus Christ, really?"
  364. >"Who?" Rarity asks.
  365. "Never mind that, it was just a negative reaction to all the things you're carrying."
  366. >Rarity has several wheely bags filled with stuff and things.
  367. >Way to perpetuate to the stereotype.
  368. >"Are you saying I can't bring all of this?"
  369. >You cross your arms.
  370. "That's exactly what I'm saying, thank you for picking up on that."
  371. >"A lady must always be prepared Anonymous." She places a hoof to her chest proudly.
  372. "Tough shit, this isn't the scouts."
  373. >You throw her a small bag, and she catches it with her magic.
  374. "You shouldn't need more space than this single bag."
  375. >She eyes the bag for a moment.
  376. >"This truly will be the hardest decision of my life."
  377. >You roll your eyes, then go back to your position on the couch.
  378. >At least you would, but Pinkie has taken your spot.
  379. "That's my spot."
  380. >"There's the whole other couch."
  381. "But," You put your hands to your chest, "it's my spot."
  382. >Pinkie flops on her side and sticks her tongue out, taking more of your precious couch space.
  383. >This means war.
  384. >You raise your hands over Pinkie and start wiggling your fingers.
  385. >"What are you doing No- Nonny!"
  386. >You hands attack her sides, tickling her.
  387. >Pinkie begins giggling like a madman and squirming like a worm in response to your assault.
  388. >"Nonny, stahahaha!" She tries to say in between laughing.
  389. >She rolls around trying to get away from you, but you put more pressure on her.
  390. >Pinkie tries to pat away your hands with her hooves, but your quick enough to dodge her.
  391. >In response, you tickle her armpit (hoofpit?).
  392. >Pinkie laughs even more, and louder, desperately trying to get away.
  393. >But you won't let her win.
  394. >"O-okay Nonny! Bwahahaha! You win! Please stop!"
  395. >You hesitate for a moment, and she uses that moment to scurry further down the couch.
  396. >She wipes away at her eyes, still giggling lightly, and her face red.
  397. >"That wasn't very fair Nonny."
  398. >You let out a satisfied groan as your sit down in your spot.
  399. "I don't know the meaning."
  400. >"That's funny, me neither."
  401. "What?"
  402. >Just then, somebody tackles your side.
  403. >Your fall to the side, and flip over with your back to the couch.
  404. >Maud stands over you, a feather tickler in her mouth.
  405. "Where...?"
  406. >With one swift moment, she somehow manages to rip off your shirt with her hoof and begin tickling your sides.
  407. "N-no!" You say as you begin laughing.
  408. >It doesn't take long for you to come to your sense and grab Maud, overpowering the small pony.
  409. >You sit up as you hold Maud away at a distance.
  410. "Did you really think that would work?"
  411. >She nods.
  412. "Well you're wr- Ahahaha!" You begin laughing as Pinkie tickles your side with the feather tickler from behind.
  413. >You instinctively seize up, falling on your back and holding your arms close to your body so they can't get to your side.
  414. >With your arms busy, the two ponies are free to tickle you.
  415. "Ahahah- Pinkie n- AHAHA!"
  416. >They're relentless in they're assault, the stimulation barely giving you time to breath.
  417. >You roll to the side onto the floor with a thump, bringing Maud down with you.
  418. >Landing on your stomach, Maud lands on your legs.
  419. >You're left for a second to catch your breath before Pinkie jumps down onto your back, holding you down.
  420. >Now helpless, you're at Pinkie and Maud's mercy.
  421. >"I have no mercy!" Pinkie yells, before tickling you.
  422. "Stop! I- AHAHA!- Can't breathe!"
  423. >Realizing they aren't slowing down, it's time to go on the offensive.
  424. >Completely disregarding the laws of physics, you lift your legs under Maud up quickly, launching her into the air, with enough angle on it to put her on the couch.
  425. >While Pinkie watches in awe, you reach up and grab her backlegs, then stand up.
  426. >She gasps in surprise, dropping the feather tickler she was holding in her mouth onto the floor with a light clicking noise.
  427. >Pinkie hangs in the air against your back, you holding her up.
  428. >You drop her on the couch on top of Maud, putting Pinkie into a disoriented pony pile.
  429. >You lean over the two of them.
  430. "My turn."
  431. >"Am I interrupting something?"
  432. >God dammit.
  433.
  434. Writers Note:
  435. I think I've fit nearly every single general idea into this story.
  436.
  437. >You turn to Rarity, grabbing your hands behind your back.
  438. "I was just giving them a heartfelt lecture about the benefits of cardio for oxygen intake."
  439. >Rarity pauses for a moment, trying to compute your bullshit.
  440. >"Okay, anyway I'm done."
  441. >She holds up a bag as big as your torso.
  442. "The bag was not that big before."
  443. >"What do you mean? Of course it was. Don't plan me for your mistakes, Anonymous."
  444. >She sticks out her tongue.
  445. >Fuck you it's my mistake.
  446. "You know what, that's fine, because you're carrying it."
  447. >"W-what? B-but t-t-t-hat-"
  448. "T-T-T-TODAY JUNIOR!"
  449. "H-Huh?"
  450. >You cough.
  451. "Sorry. But seriously, lots of stuttering going around recently."
  452. >"I'm not sure what's come over me. I don't usually stutter."
  453. >Rarity droops a little, breaking eye contact.
  454. >"I think I can perhaps leave a few things behind..."
  455. "That's the spirit. Once you're done that, we can go."
  456. >10 minutes later, you're all out the door.
  457. "It doesn't seem like you left behind that much."
  458. >"Trust me, everything in here is absolutely necessary." Rarity says, the large bag on her back weighing her down.
  459. "If you say so."
  460. >You take the 3 of them to a trail entrance down near the Everfree forest.
  461. >The fresh air and refreshing atmosphere makes the trip calming, and the sights are complimented by beautiful flowers and shrubbery, tall trees of many kinds and the large bluish gray mountain background.
  462. "This trail goes down a safe part of the forest, but we will be making a slight detour to a more unsafe area. We shouldn't have any problems though."
  463. >"We'll be safe as long as you're here Nonny!"
  464. "If that makes you feel better, feel free to think that."
  465. >"I'm sure the four of us could smash whatever came across us!" Pinkie declares, punching her forehooves together with a resounding clack.
  466. >Surprisingly violent.
  467. >"Where are we going?" Maud asks.
  468. "We're heading up the mountain."
  469. >Looking up, you see the small mountain you mentioned earlier in the distance, climbable without any equipment through a semi-hidden pathway.
  470. >"All the way up there?" Rarity groans, hunching over slightly.
  471. "It's not as bad as you think."
  472. >"If you were lost, then why did you go up the mountain?" Rarity asks.
  473. "I wanted to get up high to gain my bearings."
  474. >"What about the mountain makes it so special you absolutely have to show us?" Rarity asks, putting emphasis on the 'have'.
  475. "First answer this question," You raise your finger, "have any of you ever climbed it?"
  476. >Silence.
  477. >You lower your finger.
  478. "Do you know anybody that's ever climbed it?"
  479. >More silence, the only noise being from the crunching of twigs and leaves against the dirt trail.
  480. >Pinkie eventually pipes in.
  481. >"We did climb a mountain one time to confront a mean old dragon, remember Rarity?"
  482. >"Yes, but that was a different mountain on the other side of town, and it was also a lot bigger.
  483. "If you climbed that, you shouldn't have any trouble climbing this one."
  484. >Rarity sighs loudly.
  485. "There is something special about the mountain, and that's all I'll say for now."
  486. >"Against my better judgement, I'll trust you Anonymous."
  487. "Why thank you Rarity." You say snarkily.
  488. >You continue on the trail without much talk.
  489. >A little bit of walking later, you stop everyone.
  490. "Okay, we're getting off the trail here."
  491. >"Here? Are you sure?" Rarity asks.
  492. "Positive."
  493. >"How'd ya get lost before Nonny?"
  494. "I wasn't really paying attention, and if you can see here," You point to the direction you need to go, "the floor here is somewhat spaced out, with the grass being slightly worn away. I thought it was the trail at the time."
  495. >"But the grass being worn would mean someone else has also used this." Maud says.
  496. "That's right, and I don't know who that may be. Regardless, this little opening slowly becomes less and less of a trail until it's just forest, which is how I got lost."
  497. >"Which would mean the likelihood of them finding out where the mountain path is low."
  498. "That's right Rarity. But I've gone through here enough times that I know the way without a path."
  499. >"Is it THAT special?" Pinkie says, getting more hyped by the minute.
  500. "It is to me, without a doubt."
  501. >"Okay, lead the way Anonymous." Rarity gestures with a hoof, giving a sarcastic bow.
  502. "Oh you're just TOO kind Rarity." You respond.
  503. >The 3 ponies following, you lead them down the hidden path towards the mountain.
  504. "The path is fading out, keep close."
  505. >The 4 of you brush sticks, branches and bushes away as you make your way through the forest.
  506. >"Ugh, I'll need a pedicure after this."
  507. >Ponies need pedicures?
  508. "It'll be worth it, trust me."
  509. >After a while of closing in on the mountain, you hit an opening.
  510. "This is the clearing I was talking about."
  511. >The mountain is a minute long walk away.
  512. "We can walk-up right there." You point to the base of the mountain, where an uneven protruding walkway lies.
  513. >The four of you are now at the bottom of the mountain, right at the entrance to the walkway.
  514. "It's wide enough so we shouldn't have any troubles. It's not too much longer now."
  515. >"Let's go, I can't wait to see what the surprise is!"
  516. >Pinkie starts bouncing up the walkway, the rest of you following behind.
  517. >You're not too far up the mountain before Pinkie asks you a question.
  518. >"Nonny, can you carry my basket for me?"
  519. "What for?"
  520. >"It's kind of heavy to carry in my mouth."
  521. "Oh fine, but you owe me one."
  522. >You grab the handle of the basket from Pinkie, slightly irritated at the uncomfortable somewhat saliva covered handle.
  523. >At least you won't have to carry anything else.
  524. ---
  525. >A quarter up the mountain, you're currently carrying everything on your back.
  526. >The satchel smacks against your side with each step, while Maud and Rarity's bags rest against your huddled back, your arms securing them, and Pinkie's basket resting precariously on top of the bags.
  527. >"You're such a gentleman Anonymous."
  528. "Yes, I'm amazing aren't I?"
  529. >At least there's nothing else to carry.
  530. ---
  531. >Halfway up the mountain, you're carrying everything and everyone.
  532. >You hold Pinkie and the basket in your arms. The satchel is still being carried on your shoulder, while Rarity and Maud rest on the tied down bags on your back.
  533. >You're hunched over, grunting, teeth gritted, sweating, your legs bent as you slowly ascend the mountain.
  534. ===Changing Style Again===
  535. >Rarity is laying stomach down, feet kicking and elbows resting, holding her head up like a teenage girl on the phone.
  536. >Rarity: "So what do you think he's going to show us?"
  537. >Pinkie: "I bet it's a secret cave."
  538. >Pinkie has to yell to get heard from the 2 ponies on your back.
  539. >Your poor ears.
  540. >They're even talking like you're not there.
  541. >Rarity: "A secret cave?"
  542. >Pinkie: "Yeah, with tons of treasures and traps inside!" Pinkie shakes her little hoovsies in the air.
  543. >Maud: "I like the mountain. It's rocky." Maud is resting on her back, throwing a rock in the air and catching it.
  544. >Rarity: "So you think it's going to be a cave, and Maud thinks it's going to be a rock."
  545. >Pinkie: "Yup! That about sums it up."
  546. >Rarity: "Well I personally think it's going to be something gorgeous."
  547. >Pinkie: "Let's say whoever's the closest gets 5 bits from the other two."
  548. >Rarity: "I could get behind that."
  549. >Maud: "You hoes don't stand a chance."
  550. >Pinkie and Rarity are unable to respond as you explode with laughter at the sudden competitive words from Maud.
  551. >You drop to your knees from laughter, Rarity and Pinkie still rendered speechless.
  552. >Maud is in a state of confusion as your laughter starts to die down.
  553. >Eventually, you are able to compose yourself well enough to stand up again.
  554. >Anon: "Wha... What?!" You manage to say inbetween laughs.
  555. >Maud: "Is that not how ponies talk during contests?"
  556. >Anon: "No! No it's not! Why would you even...?"
  557. >You interrupt yourself in another sudden laughing spree.
  558. >Once you finally calm down, your face red, your mouth in a retarded looking wavy closed smile, trying your hardest not to laugh, Rarity speaks.
  559. >Rarity: "Maud, Anon is correct, it is quite inappropriate to use those words."
  560. >Maud: "Oh."
  561. >Anon: "By the way, Rarity is the closest."
  562. >Rarity: "Ha! Take that!" She points at Maud in triumph.
  563. >You guess Pinkie was just too much work to get too.
  564. >Pinkie: "Oh pooey. I'll win this back eventually Rarity."
  565. >Rarity: "Yes yes, I'll worry all the way to the bank."
  566. >Jesus Rarity.
  567. >You didn't know she was competitive either.
  568. >Rarity: "Can't slow me down, can't break my stride, can't-"
  569. ===Less lazy mode===
  570. >You stop her inane ramblings as you release the binds holding up the bags on your back, as well as dropping Pinkie and the basket on the ground.
  571. "I need a break. My back is killing me."
  572. >The bags fall on the ground with a thump, and a smashing sound from Rarity's bag.
  573. >The two ponies fall harmlessly onto the bags.
  574. >You sit down, take a deep breath, then flop down on your back.
  575. >"Are you really that tired?" Rarity asks smugly.
  576. "I'll let you be the pack-mule next time. Then you can ride that high-horse all day long."
  577. >To tell the truth, you have been slacking a bit.
  578. >This is your punishment.
  579. >All that means is that you've got to try even harder.
  580. >You feel a sudden surge of confidence, and the need to get moving.
  581. >You sit back up, and take a look at your surroundings.
  582. >There's a slight sharp rock protrusion above you in the mountain, giving you a small amount of shade.
  583. >The dusty, dirty greyish ground dirties your pants and hands, and presumably the back of your shirt.
  584. >Looking over to your side, Pinkie and Rarity are starting a game of tic-tac-toe by making markings in the ground.
  585. >Behind you, Maud's examining a rock.
  586. >Examining the bags, you notices a teapot sticking out of Rarity's bag.
  587. >Either she really did expect you to carry her stuff, or she has an addiction to tea.
  588. >You'll choose the latter, it's better for you that way.
  589. >Maud's bag has a bunch of papers sticking out of it that flew out when the bag hit the ground.
  590. >Glancing back at her, she's still messing with some rocks.
  591. >Crushing a rock with a bigger rock.
  592. >Weird.
  593. >You decide to sate your curiosity and investigate her bag.
  594. >Pulling out the papers, you notice the amount of words scribbled on them.
  595. >Are these... poems?
  596. >The paper is filled with scribbled out stanzas, bolded stanzas, notes and comments like, "like this one," and "pebble tier".
  597. >You decide to read a few of them.
  598.
  599. -Rocks, are all so rocky-
  600. -Rock candy, tastes worse than pocky-
  601. -Take them I must, to atone-
  602. -For pelting non-believers, with large stones-
  603.
  604. >A comment is next to it.
  605. >"Need's improvement."
  606.
  607. -Staurolite, andalusite, sillimanite, garnet-
  608. -The last of which, a beautiful scarlet-
  609. -olivines, pyroxenes, sometimes even boric-
  610. -They're all related to the GODDAMN METAMOR-////-//
  611.
  612. >The last part is too scribbled out to read, but you can gather a great amount of anger went into writing that.
  613. >Another wouldn't hurt... right?
  614.
  615. -Rocks like limestone and granite-
  616. -Are what make up this whole planet-
  617. -They outnumber even us, moreover-
  618. -I awaait the day that they finally takeover-
  619.
  620. >Jesus.
  621. >They are thousands of these, and this is just in her saddlebag.
  622. >Why does she-
  623. >You freeze, and your heart stops for a moment.
  624. >Maud is standing behind you, you can feel her warmth she's so close.
  625. >"These poems are about rocks." She says quietly.
  626. >You stifle a gasp at her words.
  627. >Maud brings her muzzle right up to your ear, easy to do on your sitting down figure.
  628. >Your arms are shaking in fear, you're sweating heavily, your breathing is audible and shaky, and your eyes are wide with terror.
  629. >You close your mouth tightly as she speaks.
  630. >"They're all about rocks." Maud whispers.
  631. >It takes all of your will not to scream.
  632. >Your mouth is still shut tight, you didn't even realize you weren't breathing.
  633. >Maud slowly, almost seemingly floats back away.
  634. >You swallow, then let out a gasp for air.
  635. >You drop the poem papers on the floor, before hurriedly shoving them back in Maud's saddlebag.
  636. >Jumping up, you announce to everyone that we're heading off.
  637. >During the process of gathering all your supplies up, you make eye contact with Maud.
  638. >You stare at each other for a spell, and she slowly licks her lips.
  639. >Breaking eye contact, you finger a cross onto your chest.
  640. "Please jeebus."
  641. ---ANYWAY---
  642. >The four of you are currently making your way up the mountain side.
  643. >You're still carrying all of the luggage, but at least you are't carrying the ponies as well.
  644. >They added about an extra 60 pounds, combined.
  645. >Seriously, they're very light.
  646. >Still, you aren't straining quite as much anymore.
  647. >Pinkie comes up to walk beside you.
  648. >"At the other mountain there were dragons," She gasps, "what if there's a dragon at this mountain?" Pinkie says.
  649. "I seriously doubt that."
  650. >"Are you sure? Dragons can be quite sneaky, and sleepy!"
  651. >Pinkie is way too hyped.
  652. "Once we get there, you'll see for yourself.
  653. >"Okay..."
  654. >...
  655. >"How about a song?" Pinkie says.
  656. >Ruh roh.
  657. "About what?"
  658. >"OOOOOOOH 99 bottles of cider on the wall, 99 bottles of cider..."
  659. >Screaming internally.
  660. ---
  661. >"1 bottles of cider, take one down, pass it around, 0 bottles of cider on the wall!"
  662. >Oh my, is it actually over?
  663. >Maybe there actually is a god.
  664. >Is that heresy to say under a sun god like Celestia?
  665. >Maybe you should find out before-
  666. >"0 bottles of cider on the wall, 0 bottles of cider,"
  667. >How is she still continuing this?
  668. >"go to the store, buy some more, 99 bottles of cider on the wall!"
  669. >FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK
  670. >"Pinkie dear, I think that's enough."
  671. >Rarity, my lord and saviour.
  672. >Fuck the sun god.
  673. >"Okay, fine..."
  674. >Pinkie stays quite for a moment.
  675. >"Are we there yet?"
  676. "Yes."
  677. >"Are we there ye- wait what?"
  678. "I said we're already here."
  679. >And you were.
  680. >Not having any of your shit today, Pinkie.
  681. >You drop all the luggage on the ground, much to Rarity's dismay.
  682. >Taking notice of the surroundings, you want to make sure nothings changed.
  683. >The floor is covered with small tufts of grass, but mostly dirty.
  684. >A large patch of grass rests near the right corner of the cliff-side, where a tall pine tree resides, giving a nice amount of shade over the edge of the cliff.
  685. >To your left, a steep hill where the thick mountain continues on for a bit longer, before eventually hitting it's peak.
  686. >Just how you remember it, not that you really expected any change.
  687. >While the 3 of them examine the area, you head to the edge of the steep mountain cliff, motioning for the ponies to join you.
  688. >The cliff points away from Ponyville, as if pointing you in the right direction.
  689. >"So what was this great trip all for?" Rarity asks.
  690. "Look for yourself."
  691. >You tried to look cool standing at the edge there, but in truth your face was cringing and eyes squinting at the cold wind flying past your face.
  692. >You restrain a shiver as the 3 ponies trot up next to you.
  693. >The 3 ponies are struck with awe as they take in the view presented to them.
  694. >You see the forest for what it should be, without any hint of unnatural tampering.
  695. >The colourful forest blankets the earth in front of you, the orange, red, yellow and green leaves still on the trees showing signs of early autumn.
  696. >Many tall purple, blue and pink flowery plants with yellow insides rise above and rest on the trees, giving almost a rainbow of colours.
  697. >A shining still river stretches across the landscape, disappearing and reappearing under the cover of the forest.
  698. >The thick leaves capture almost all the light from the golden sun in the background, most likely leaving little to see while actually in the forest.
  699. >Presumably, the sight wouldn't be nearly as pretty if you were down there.
  700. >The sight, combined with the reactions of the ponies, made you felt warm, and happy that you could share this place with people you deem special.
  701. >For such a dangerous forest, it's quite beautiful.
  702. "Was it worth it or what?"
  703. >"It's stunning, I've never seen such a gorgeous view in person before."
  704. "I guess you've never been on a ride with a Pegasus, and these views must be second nature to them."
  705. >You take notice that Pinkie has a tear rolling down her eye.
  706. "Pinkie?"
  707. >Out of nowhere, Pinkie jumps up and hugs you.
  708. >"Thank you for showing us this."
  709. >Rarity, and even Maud join in on the hug, and you return it.
  710. "I love you guys too much to hide this from you."
  711. >Pinkie breaks the hug and wipes her eye.
  712. >"How about some food?" She holds up the picnic basket.
  713. >Same old Pinkie.
  714. >"I'd love some, I'm absolutely famished." Rarity says.
  715. >Pinkie lays out a red and white checkerboard blanket at a safe distance from the edge.
  716. >She takes of a variety of treats, snacks, and desserts.
  717. >Or an average Pinkie meal.
  718. >And a sandwich for you, because of your diet.
  719. >How considerate.
  720. >For once, the chatter is but naught, the only noise being the wind brushing past your ears, the buzzing of insects and the chirping of birds.
  721. >Pinkie sits in your lap while Rarity and Maud cuddle up next to you.
  722. >A lot of crumbs coat Pinkie's hair while you all enjoy your food and the view.
  723. >Although, all good things come to an end.
  724. >All the food was finished, and up on that mountain side, it was getting a bit chilly, even while cuddled up to the 3 ponies.
  725. >You all decide that it's time to pack up and go.
  726. >While gathering all your things, a noise grabs your attention.
  727. >It sounds like faint, large, angry stomping against the dirt floor.
  728. >You drop what you were doing and investigate the noise, your curiosity getting the better of you.
  729. >The noise leads you to the walkway you came up on, where the sound only increases in volume.
  730. >The walkway circles around the mountain, so you have no clue what it is until it rounds the corner.
  731. >And then, it won't be that far away from you.
  732. >The stomping gets louder and louder.
  733. >"Anon, what are you doing?" Rarity calls out.
  734. "Stand back for a sec, okay?"
  735. >Was there really something up here after all?
  736. >It sounds too big to be a pony.
  737. >The sound is close now, and the thing making that stomping must be really heavy.
  738. >You feel your heart beating fast, this doesn't feel right.
  739. >Finally, the thing shows itself.
  740. >A full grown, 10 times the weight of you, pissed off and hungry manticore rounds the corner.
  741. >Oh.
  742. >As it comes into view, your eyes widen, and you freeze.
  743. >It notices you, it's piercing eyes only increasing your fear..
  744. >It's also evaluating you, and it seems to like what it sees.
  745. >The manticore lets out a low growl before you bolt it the other way.
  746. "We need to move right now!" You yell in panic.
  747. >"What? Why?" Pinkie asks.
  748. >You think they get their answer as they look behind you and see the beast slowly making it's way up the walkway.
  749. >It stops right before the path expands into the cliffside, knowing it has it's prey trapped.
  750. >You run to the edge of the cliff, stopping unsteadily, and look down.
  751. >Not getting down that way.
  752. >"What do we do?" Pinkie asks, nervous and scared.
  753. >She keeps glancing between the starving manticore and you.
  754. >"I think the manticore just needs a woman's touch, it worked last time." She says as she bounces her hair with her hoof.
  755. "Rarity, if you go over there, it will fucking kill you."
  756. >"Anon, no need to be so harsh." She says, taken aback.
  757. "Well excuse me if I don't want you to be dinner!"
  758. >Maud remains silent, unsure of what to do.
  759. "Maud, get over here right now."
  760. >The 4 of you get backed into the edge of the cliff.
  761. >You all have a staredown with the manticore, either side waiting for the other to make a move.
  762. >The manticore acts first.
  763. >It lets out an ear shattering roar, and you put your hands over you ears in attempt to save your poor eardrums.
  764. >The mountain shakes, but not from the roar.
  765. "What now?" You yell over the shaking.
  766. >On the other side of this cliff, unbeknowst to you, is a hole in the mountain.
  767. >Inside, something slept, and it's awake now.
  768. >It crawls out of the hole, and climbs it's way over the mountain side, and into your view.
  769. >A medium sized dragon pokes it's head over the peak of the mountain.
  770. >You've got to be fucking kidding me.
  771. >"See! I knew there was a dragon!" Pinkie says.
  772. "Not really the time to say 'I told you so', Pinkie."
  773. >The dragon claws its way up and rest on the peak.
  774. >Pinkie and Rarity get closer to you, hoping for some form of protection.
  775. >Maud is eyeing the dragon.
  776. >Or rather, the mountain the dragon is resting on.
  777. >The dragon is a blood red, with a golden stomach and head scales.
  778. >Powerful large red and near transparent wings are on it's back.
  779. >It's large, black claws dig into the mountain, loosening up the rocks.
  780. >It eyes of the 4 of you, and the manticore, apparently viewing it's breakfast.
  781. >The manticore is unfazed, its hunger making this a do-or-die situation.
  782. >The dragon roars, its scream could be heard from miles.
  783. >You try to back up more, covering your ears to try to get away from this torture, but there's nowhere left.
  784. >Its roar loosens up the rocks even more, and it's clear a landslide is imminent.
  785. >You take a moment to take in what has occurred in the span of 5 minutes.
  786. >Jesus fucking christ.
  787. >"Anon, do something!" Rarity cries.
  788. "What do you want me to do? I'm just semi-muscular, I'm not superman!"
  789. >"Who even...?"
  790. "Supermare- who the fuck cares, we have other things to worry about right now!"
  791. >"What do we do?" Rarity asks.
  792. "Banana Split! Let's blow this popsicle stand! Kumquats, I don't know; whatever, let's go!
  793. >"We can't, the rocks will crush the town!" Pinkie says.
  794. "The rocks will crush us!" You counter.
  795. >"Rock do not mean us harm."
  796. "Seriously not the time Maud."
  797. >"The manticore is still blocking us." Rarity says.
  798. >Shit.
  799. >"We won't be able to get by without losing at least one of us." Maud says.
  800. "Well, it was nice knowing you Rarity."
  801. >"Hey!"
  802. >"Nonny, I like jokes as much as the next pony, but this isn't the time."
  803. >Pinkie and Rarity are grabbing onto your legs, shaking.
  804. >Maud is still watching the mountain, her brow now furrowed.
  805. >How do we get out of this?
  806. >This manticore has been especially patient, now that you think of it.
  807. >On cue, the manticore takes a single step forward, still hesitant to see what you'll do.
  808. >"This is it!"
  809. >"We're going to die!"
  810. "AAAAH, I'm screaming too!"
  811. >The manticore finally starts to advance, slowly but surely.
  812. >The dragon starts to act as well, being the trigger which lets the rocks fall.
  813. >And Maud is emitting some kind of lightning, for some reason.
  814. >This is the end.
  815. >You kneel down and pull the two ponies into a hug, giving an effort to comfort them.
  816. "If we don't get out of this, I just want you to know, you were both my favourites. Everyone else was kinda bland."
  817. >A large boulder is rolling down the mountain right at you.
  818. >You squeeze your eyes shut, waiting for the inevitable.
  819. >"Nobody hurts my Pinkie!"
  820. >Your eyes pop open at the yelling that somehow overpowered the rolling thunder of the falling rocks.
  821. >Maud stands on her hindlegs, still emitting that strange magical lightening in a more intense form.
  822. "Maud?"
  823. >"I won't let you!"
  824. >She takes a page from the Pie handbook and rockets from her spot and accelerates in record time without any help.
  825. >She shoots up at the large boulder rolling towards you and punches it, splitting it in two.
  826. >Pinkie and Rarity are looking up at her spectacle as well.
  827. >"How is she doing that?" Pinkie wonders.
  828. >"Could it be a magic surge?" Rarity says.
  829. "No, I think this is her version of that magic overload thing!
  830. >You stare at her power in awe, and a little bit of envy.
  831. "Whatever it is, there couldn't have been better timing."
  832. >Maud flies past the broken rock, destroying any more rocks on her path towards the peak.
  833. >The dragon, sensing the danger coming towards it, takes off into the air.
  834. >Maud rams into the somewhat flattened peak, sending chunks of rock flying.
  835. >A couple spare pieces slam into the dragon, making it emit another thunderous roar.
  836. >Maud turns downwards, punching the top of the mountain down, turning every rock she hits into dust.
  837. >She continues to flatten to mountain, any rocks escaping merely pebbles, effectively ending the rock slide.
  838. >A spare boulder from the start of the landslide slams into the manticore, sending it spiraling down the side of the mountain.
  839. >Maud effectively took care of 2 of the 3 problems.
  840. >That still left the dragon.
  841. >It still floats overhead, and with the Maud covered in a cloud of rock dust while destroying the mountain, the dragon turns it's attention to you three.
  842. >It comes down closer to you, and breaths a furious fire stream at you.
  843. >Acting quickly, you grab the two of them, one with each hand, and dive out of the way.
  844. >The fire put much of the grass and the tree on fire, turning the tree into nothing but a crisp husk of it's original beauty.
  845. "You son of a bitch!"
  846. >You grab the tea kettle from Rarity's bag and throw it at the dragon.
  847. >"No! Not my tea!" Rarity says, raising a hoof after it.
  848. >The kettle flies uselessly under the dragon, falling down into the carnage and destruction below.
  849. >Damn.
  850. >It roars explosively once more, before flying away in a rush.
  851. >Smoke from the fire starts to fill the air and drifts over to you, burning your nostrils, and you cough and struggle to get away from it.
  852. "*cough cough* Is it over? *cough*"
  853. >"Yeah, I think so." Pinkie says.
  854. >"No, wait!" Rarity points down to Ponyville, "The dragon is heading for town!"
  855. "Dammit, this isn't good."
  856. >Pinkie jumps up.
  857. >"No! All my friends are going to get hurt because of me."
  858. "No, this wasn't our fault, but we need to help."
  859. >The floor starts to crumble beneath you.
  860. "Oh what now?" You complain.
  861. >You see that Maud is still forcing the mountain back into the earth.
  862. "We need to get out of here right now, or we'll fall with this mountain!"
  863. >"I'm coming Ponyville!" Pinkie yells, before jumping off the side with the charred tree and sliding down.
  864. "We could have gotten out of here the whole time?!" You say, exasperated.
  865. >"No time for complaints Anon, we need to go!"
  866. >Rarity jumps down after Pinkie.
  867. >Ah dammit.
  868. >Trying to save something, you grab your satchel and jump down the cliffside just as the floor crumbles.
  869. >The ride down isn't exactly fun, the 'slide' is rough and bumpy, scratching at your butt and back painfully, tearing your clothes.
  870. >It's also just steep enough so that you go down terrifyingly fast.
  871. "AAAAAAAAAAAAA" Is all that's heard as you speed down the mountain side at ludicrous speed.
  872. >The 'slide' changing slope abruptly to be a little more flatter, and you flip over and roll down the mountain on your side.
  873. >AAaaAAAaaaAAAaaaAAAA"
  874. >It gradually changes slope until you eventually come to a stop on flat ground.
  875. >Somehow, your satchel remains undamaged.
  876. >You groan, and pick yourself up just in time to see something white sprint towards the direction of the town.
  877. "I know I'm going to regret doing this, but..."
  878. >You stand up, sore all over, a particular sharp pain in your side, and starting run-limping towards the direction of the town.
  879. ---
  880. >The forest is dark, light rays shine through in very few places.
  881. >You trip over roots and plants, cutting yourself several times on thorns and getting slapped by rubbery branches.
  882. >Through much tenacity, you break through the edge of the forest to the outskirts of Ponyville.
  883. >By the time you're free, you pants have tears with visible cuts, and your shirt is reduced to nothing more than a rag clinging onto you for dear life.
  884. >The dragon is hovering overhead at the moment, watching the town.
  885. >You run as fast as you can to where the dragon is located.
  886. >Many ponies are running around in chaos, and all of the town guards are preoccupied with evacuating the citizens.
  887. >You make your way to the dragon.
  888. >While on your way, you run past buildings set ablaze, the crackling of fire seeming almost like laughter, as if the fire is enjoying it's destruction.
  889. >Scorched, coal black remains of houses already burnt to a crisp also line the way, with sparse few houses spared.
  890. >You nearly trip over fallen over pieces of burnt wood, and the heavy smell of cinder and ash fills your nose.
  891. >Ignoring the destruction, you finally make your way over to the dragon.
  892. >You duck behind a building that hasn't fallen just as the it breathes fire down the street in front of you.
  893. >Luckily, it didn't get anything but a stray fruit stall.
  894. >Looked like an apple stall.
  895. >Ha, fuck Applejack.
  896. >Small amounts of fire are strayed across the streets, and some ponies carelessly run across the heated floor in panic, screaming.
  897. >You peek over, getting a good look at the dragon.
  898. >Now that you have a size comparison, it's not that big compared to the average dragon, about the size of a regular pony house, but still large enough to reek havoc.
  899. >Where are Pinkie and Rarity?
  900. >Or for that matter, literally anybody else of the main 6.
  901. >You suppose the dragon isn't high on their priority list.
  902. >Regardless, you need to get the dragon out of Ponyville.
  903. >You run around to face the dragon with the least amount of town to the outskirts behind you, and yell to get the dragons attention.
  904. >It had landed beforehand, so you look for the nearest throwable object.
  905. >Picking up a baseball, presumably dropped from a panicking colt, you whip it at the back of the dragon's head.
  906. >It bounces off with seemingly little reaction.
  907. "Hey! Over here!" You wave your arms in the air, trying to make yourself as big as possible.
  908. >The dragon turns to you, recognizing you instantly, and begins making its way toward you.
  909. "Yeah, that's it. This way!"
  910. >You begin making your way towards the edge of the town, looking over your shoulder to make sure it isn't getting distracted.
  911. >Luckily, it SEEMS all the ponies have run to the other side of town.
  912. >Unluckily, the dragon is gaining on you quickly, and your limp isn't helping.
  913. >Even without a limp, it would be hard to outrun a dragon.
  914. >"Stop right there criminal scum!"
  915. >A little white colt runs out from behind a ruined building, wearing a plastic guard helmet and carrying a toy sword.
  916. >You stop running and turn towards the dragon and colt.
  917. >You little shit.
  918. >Fucking kids.
  919. >"Get out of this town you overgrown lizard!"
  920. >Menacing.
  921. >Expectantly, the dragon turns towards the colt running towards it.
  922. >The colt swings at the dragon, but misses miserably and the dragon effortlessly grabs it.
  923. >The now-panicking colt struggles, but it's completely trapped in the dragons grasp.
  924. >Without thinking, you rip off your torn and useless shirt and throw your satchel on the ground.
  925. "Come at me bro!"
  926. >Your limp is temporarily not a problem as you run towards the dragon.
  927. >Unfortunately, little foresight doesn't pay.
  928. >The second you get close, the dragon backhand swipes at you, sending you flying back pathetically.
  929. >The violent breaking of glass combined with the cutting of flesh troubles your mind as you fly into shelves, landing yourself in a mangled mess of glass, plastic shelves, and flower pots.
  930. >You land on your back, your legs held up by a fallen shelf, covered in dirt and broken pottery.
  931. >Apparently you're in the flower store.
  932. >Your chest is in incredible pain after such a simple swipe from the dragon that the thin broken glass cuts seem subsided.
  933. >Fuck you're tired.
  934. >Debating whether or not to get back up, the colt currently being held by a vicious dragon decides for you.
  935. >You don't know this colt, but chances are if you let him get eaten it won't be very fun for the family and friends of the colt.
  936. >Or your image.
  937. >Hey, gotta have ulterior motives
  938. >The smell of flowers fills you with warmth, and you feel the energy to shakily stand up.
  939. >A pile of dirt is left on your head, with a single flower hunched over.
  940. >Shaking your head to get off the stylish hat, you step out of the shattered window.
  941. >Your eyes widen as the dragons mouth open, not to eat the colt, but to fire at the building.
  942. >A large fireball fires from its mouth, and you hold up your arms in a futile attempt to protect yourself.
  943. >A purple sparkly force field appears in front of you, dispersing the fire all around you, almost creating a ring of fire.
  944. >BABADABABABABABAAAAA
  945. >You see a pony running it from the sidelines.
  946. >Twilight.
  947. >She appears from nowhere, come to take on the dragon.
  948. >Behind her, Pinkie and Rarity.
  949. >So that's where they went.
  950. >Still doesn't explain the other 3, the lazy cunts.
  951. >A bolt of lightning shoots from her horn into the dragons hand, shocking the dragon into dropping the colt.
  952. >He falls with a thud, but luckily wasn't that high up.
  953. >The colt runs off to the side, where 2 foals, presumably his friends, one colt and one filly, meet him halfway.
  954. >Rarity runs off to the side to try to get them out of the way, to safety, and not in the middle of the fucking fight.
  955. >God you hate kids.
  956. >The dragon charges at Twilight, but Twilight teleports both her and Pinkie out of the way.
  957. >It quickly turns after she vanishes, it's tail swinging and kicking up dirt, smashing into the side of a building, knocking it over.
  958. >The dragon roars in anger, and it turns its attention to Rarity and the foals.
  959. >Twilight and Pinkie appear to your right, or the dragons left, out of its sight.
  960. >Rarity just then gets to the foals, and tries to get them to move, but the dragon is quickly on them.
  961. >He breathes a stream of fire, and Rarity jumps over the foals in protection, unable to act quickly enough for any kind of spell.
  962. >Twilight, from across the way, makes a large shield over the 4 of them, but unlike the fireballs, the dragon is putting all its power into this.
  963. >The fire spreads over the shield, covering the sides. If any of them tried to run, they would be cooked.
  964. >Relentless, the dragon starts to wear Twilight down, and she visibly starts to struggle to keep the shield up against the raging inferno.
  965. >Knowing that this will turn out with four freshly cooked pony steaks soon, you act.
  966. >You sprint towards the back of the dragon, adrenaline pumping, it not noticing you at all with all it's attention used up.
  967. >Pinkie watches you as you reach the base of the dragons tail, and jump on it.
  968. >The dragon's eyes widen at the sudden contact, and shakes a bit, but otherwise keeps focus on the fire.
  969. >This thing must be the world most effective oven with all the fire it's creating.
  970. >Maybe that's what Pinkie's thinking.
  971. >You hope you won't find any dragons chained up in the basement of sugar cube corner.
  972. >You use the protruding back-scales for a stabilizer and hold as you climb the dragons back.
  973. >It's large neck proves to be a challenge to climb, and you stand at the base of its neck looking for a solution.
  974. >You look over at Rarity, who's trying to comfort the 3 terrified foals. They're cornered, unable to escape.
  975. >Twilight is faltering, her shield is flickering.
  976. >NO TIME TO THINK RATIONALLY, JUST ACT!
  977. >You place your foot on the edge of the scale, and push off it for an extra lift.
  978. >You run shortly, and once at the bottom of it's neck, you jump, and reach up for it's head scale.
  979. >Barely, you're able to grab it.
  980. >How the fuck did that work.
  981. >You suppose white guys CAN jump.
  982. >The sudden weight makes the dragons head tilt up, momentarily raising the fire and letting up on the shield, but it brings it down again just as fast, and shakes it lightly to try and remove the excess weight.
  983. >But you're not having any of that.
  984. >The dragon bringing its head down that fast gave you an extra bit of lift.
  985. >With the extra lift and airtime, you leap up, resting your stomach on the head of the dragon, and grab the bottom of its jaw.
  986. >With all your force, you slam it shut.
  987. >A dragon is like an alligator, a lot of force put into keeping its jaw shut will keep its jaw shut.
  988. >But unlike an alligator, dragons tend to breathe fire.
  989. >The jaws of the alligator are red hot, and burns your arms keeping it shut.
  990. >It takes all of your will to hold on, but avoiding screaming in pain is apparently too much for you.
  991. "I IMMEDIATELY REGRET THIS DECISION!"
  992. >The dragon shakes its head wildly, trying to get off the intruder with great haste.
  993. >Somehow, your muscles stay tight, and keep a firm hold on the dragons jaw.
  994. >With this moment of freedom, Rarity and the 3 foals run for the hills.
  995. >Twilight drops her shield, and almost collapses to the floor.
  996. >The dragon reaches up a claw to grab you, but it gets shot away.
  997. >"Aw yeah, direct hit!"
  998. >Looking over, despite the shaking dragon, you can see Pinkie has her party cannon set up, and is taking pot shots at the dragon.
  999. >Several 'fun balls' ram into the dragons side, only infuriating it more.
1000. >The dragon swings its tail at Pinkie, but it's far enough away to only hit the cannon.
1001. >"Pooey, that was my best cannon."
1002. >Twilight motions for Pinkie to run and they head off.
1003. >Leaving you alone with the dragon.
  1004. >What.
1005. "WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOIIIIIING?" You yell as the dragon shakes you around.
1006. >Your body can only take so much, and with your little adrenaline rush running out, the dragon throws you off with a little more shaking.
1007. >You fall uselessly to the ground with a thud, making your body explode with pain.
1008. >The dragon stomps over to you, each step makes your heart skip a beat with it's mighty, powerful crash.
1009. >You reach out for anyone, anything.
1010. >With this action, you grab you your last hope.
  1011. >Your satchel.
1012. >Lotta fucking good that is.
  1013. >...
  1014. >Actually...
1015. >You reach out into the saddlebag and pull out the box.
  1016. >Plan X.
1017. >Opening the box, it reveals a single blue cupcake, with white frosting and colourful sprinkles.
1018. >You look over your shoulder.
1019. >The dragon's mouth is open, and you bet it's hoping its meal is tasty.
1020. "Sorry, but you're getting fuck sandwiches today!"
1021. >With your last bit of energy, you grab the cupcake and chuck it into the dragons mouth.
1022. >The dragon chomps down on it, and swallows.
1023. >It looks confused for a moment, before dismissing it and coming at you again.
1024. >Dammit, was the dosage not enough?
1025. >The dragon opens its mouth again, but stops as its mouth comes over you.
1026. >You see its pupils dilate, and it noticeably increases in saliva.
  1027. >Which leaks onto you.
  1028. >Sticky.
1029. >It backs up, slowly closes its mouth, and it seems to calm down for a moment.
1030. >The dragon raises its head high into the air, still watching you.
1031. >Seeing if it had all the effects, you look down at its crotch.
  1032. >You see visible drippage.
  1033. >Well, it's a female.
  1034. >You look up again.
1035. >She has a hungry look in her eyes.
  1036. >She isn't thinking of...
  1037. >With you...
  1038. "Oh no."
1039. >You try to crawl back, but your muscles fail you.
  1040. >She steps over you.
1041. >If there was anyway to die, you suppose being crushed during dragon sex is the best way.
1042. >You await you fate, but the dragon keeps on walking.
1043. >The dragon walks completely over you, luckily missing you with her copious amounts of wetness.
1044. >She appears to now be looking over the skies.
  1045. >Target spotted, she's locked on.
1046. >Another dragon flying around in the distance.
1047. >With a great flap of her wings, the wind pushes you slightly, she takes off towards the dragon.
1048. >You watch in a mix of awe and confusion as it tackles the presumably male dragon and they both go plummeting into the earth, somewhere into the Everfree forest.
1049. >For the next little while, hardcore dragon sex could be heard faintly in the background.
1050. And with that sentence, I became the best writer ever.
1051. >Poor dragon, he won't be getting out of that for a LONG time.
  1052. >You're... somehow alive.
1053. >You let yourself fall completely back, looking like you're about to make a snow angel.
1054. >Closing your eyes, you just focus on breathing and controlling your heart rate.
1055. >It's your moment of relaxing after everything that has transpired.
1056. >You wish you had the moment up on the mountain side back.
1057. >Too bad you won't ever have a spot that good again.
1058. >You lay for nearly a minute, before someone's voice stirs you.
  1059. >"Anon!"
1060. >You keep your eyes closed, you wouldn't trade this rest for anything in the world.
  1061. >"Anon, are you okay?"
1062. >You're getting shaken by a pair of soft, fluffy hooves.
1063. >It would be kinda nice if your body wasn't in so much pain.
1064. >You groan, and open your eyes.
1065. "I would appreciate it if you didn't stab me with your hooves Twilight."
1066. >She goes from worrying to smiling brightly.
  1067. >"Anon, thank goodness you're okay."
  1068. "I'm alive, at least that's something."
1069. >Twilight helps you sit up.
1070. >"Did you take care of the dragon all by yourself?"
1071. "Something like that. Did you abandon me?"
1072. >"Of course not, but I was useless as I was. I was going to get more help."
1073. "Bit of a poor idea."
1074. >"Hardly, it seems you're more than capable of taking care of yourself."
  1075. >"Nonny!"
1076. >Pinkie runs towards you with a great amount of glee on her face, Rarity casually trotting behind with the same amount of happiness, only somewhat hidden.
1077. "Twilight, if you let Pinkie tackle hug me, I might actually die."
  1078. >"Good to know."
1079. >Pinkie jumps towards you, only to get bounced back by Twilight's magic.
1080. >She lands on stomach, sits up and rubs her muzzle in slight pain.
1081. >"Nonny, I think the dragon cursed you, I can't hug you anymore!"
1082. >You slide towards her and pull her into a hug.
  1083. "No issues here."
1084. >Pinkie nuzzles into your chest, making you wince slightly.
1085. >"How'd you survive? I was so worried."
1086. "A large string of lucky events tied together by my love for all of you."
  1087. >"So cheesy Nonny."
1088. >She playfully bats her hoof against your chest.
1089. >All the does is make you break the hug, huddling over and groaning in pain.
1090. >Must... resist... urge to scream.
1091. >Pinkie worriedly tries to pick you up, but you hold her back.
1092. "I'm a bit sore, no play-fighting or tackle hugs for a while, okay?"
  1093. >"Okay..." She pouts.
1094. >Once Rarity comes over, you all have a moment of celebration.
  1095. "Hey, where's Maud?"
1096. >"I think she's still at the mountain." Rarity says.
1097. >"Oh no, she got caught in that terrible mountain destruction?" Twilight says.
  1098. >Yeah, something like that.
1099. >"I'll ask a guard to go over right away!
1100. >Noticing the dragon is gone, the ponies start coming over to investigate the damage.
1101. >After finding out you and Twilight are the main forces behind stopping the dragon, you both get praised.
1102. >They treat you like some sort of hero.
1103. >You don't have the heart to tell them how you really stopped the dragon.
1104. >After all the celebration, the ponies get to work on repairing the damages.
1105. >Say what you want about them, they rebuild destruction faster and better than the Amish.
1106. >Maybe because shit gets destroyed so often.
1107. >You suppose it helps that the dragon didn't actually kill anyone, just injured a few people.
  1108. >What a useless bitch.
1109. >Twilight takes you to her library along with Pinkie and Rarity, where she heals most of your wounds.
1110. >Apparently you had a broken rib, and she mended that.
1111. >How you didn't fair worse than you did with a broken rib, you'll never know.
1112. >Humans can do crazy things under pressure after all.
1113. >After being put in a still painful but manageable condition, you head home leaving Rarity and Pinkie behind, not wanting to reveal their servant positions.
1114. >Once you get home, you take a warm bath, and relax.
1115. >It soothes your pains, and your worries melt away.
1116. >The ponies show back up at your house, including Maud, a while after your bath was finished.
1117. >"My hero!" Rarity says, swooning when she sees you.
1118. >"You're so great Nonny!" Pinkie says, bouncing right in front of you out of excitement.
1119. >You're not that great, but you won't spoil their fun.
1120. "By the way, what happened after I left?"
1121. >"Oh, nothing important." Rarity says.
1122. >You choose to believe them because you're too tired to do otherwise.
1123. >Maud was worn out, and apparently had completely flattened the mountain, ruining your special view forever.
1124. >At least it'll make a good place for a shopping mall or something.
1125. >Speaking of Maud, you supposedly took care of the dragon, and she's still unfazed.
1126. >You're about ready to give up on her.
  1127. >You notice the time.
  1128. >2pm.
1129. >No, there's still plenty of time left.
1130. >Really, the only question is...
1131. >What can top what has happened so far?
