SUMMARY :
From Start to Mensis it's pretty much the same than Any% with the new skip, then warp back to Yahargul
Kill Paarl then BSB with +8, then get Upper Cathedral Key, then level up
Do Mico-Nurse as normal, then get +9 and kill Amygdala then level up
Kill Cleric Beast andgrab summon+chord in Clinic
Ebrietas – Ladder Warp – Abandonned Workshop – Amelia – Witches – Logarius (all with +9)
Get +10, eventually level up (should be a couple more levels than current route), DLC + Gherman/Moon Presence as usual

TIMESAVES :
Skip almost entirely the run to Old Yarhnam and BSB
Skip the run from Amelia to the Woods
Much faster Amelia and BSB + Don't have to wait for Amelia Cutscene
TIMELOSSES :
Grabbing shards
Run to Shadows a bit longer
Longer Shadows and Rom fights
Minor timewastes on Wet Nurse-Logarius

Need to test :
-Paarl and BSB with +5 instead of +8 and an extra warp
-Central Yharnam shortcut for eventual better shard
