Midnight Painting/Remodeling

Hilda remembers waking up one night to loud noise (screaming)
She heads down-stairs tired to ask her Papa to make the loud noises stop. She hears the loud noises which sound like yelling and then her Papa laughing. It's coming from the basement. She opens the door to head downstairs but her father hears the door open and IMMEDIATELY races up.

Hilda looks at her Papa Otto. He is wearing a clear raincoat over his suspenders and suit clothes. (A la American Psycho)The raincoat is covered in red and he is holding a dripping screwdriver in one hand while a few spots of crimson decorate his face too. Otto's eyes get real wide when he sees Hilda. "Papa? What's that loud noise and why are you all messy?"
"I was painting! Just doing a little painting Hilda" he panics and lies to her. He quickly takes of the bloody coat and flings away the screwdriver. He holds his baby close and shushes her."I'm almost done Hilda, then I'll come back up and tuck you in okay?" he carries her back upstairs to her little bed.

Hilda lays curled up and Otto goes back into the basement to the man/changeling that is currently strapped down and being tortured. "You woke up my daughter. Guess we'll have to cut this little session short" he snarls at them before killing them. He hides the body and cleans up before going back upstairs to his tiny sleeping princess.
