A normal human being living a normal human being life, Neptune (or Radio) is having a fine time just being herself. She's been best friends with Desiree for ten years, meeting the other when she was only 13 and has been building up a great friendship ever since. Of course, she hasn't aged a bit since then, but she'd rather not talk about that. She is perfectly human, she just uses a lot of makeup. Trust her.

 She acts a bit robotic sometimes, even going as far as speaking typos and correcting them herself. Most of the time, though, she's just looking for a good time and won't deal with any negativity in her life. She's very confident and upbeat, and seems to be extremely intelligent, though she won't give away her IQ. She loves to clean, and commonly takes up odd cleaning jobs when she's not working as a bank accountant.

 In reality, she is an android who was formerly owned by a vague German company who sells small robotic companions. She was one of their newest projects, but they seemed to make her a bit too human, giving her the ability to know what she is and to gain new emotions all by herself. She was able to escape due to poor security and their lack of understanding of what they had created. She doesn't really care.
