  1. Article IV
  2. The Real Khoa shall have the power to reward one dIng daily for the provision of humour, news, knowledge, or unity for yeomen; the creation of insightful, intelligent, creative, or humourous faculties including polls, documents, and images; the contribution of compassion, assistance, or relief to fellow yeomen; or the deliverance of aid toward the Real Khoa.
  3. The Real Khoa shall have the power to bereave one dIng daily for purposeful hate or ignobility.
  4. The Real Khoa may not reward and bereave a dIng to the same yeoman on the same day.

  6. Article V
  7. Each term, the Real Khoa will appoint one yeoman (including eirself) as the Finance Minister of the Lissajous (FML).
  8. The Finance Minister of the Lissajous will preside over the Bank of the Lissajous as well as the Welfare, and manage all loans, deposits, withdrawals, and other financial operations.
  9. The tIla (plural tIla) is hereby defined as the unit of Yeomanic currency.
  10. All yeomen, upon request, will be issued an account at the Bank of the Lissajous and be given 100 tIla.
  11. All transactions between two yeomen shall be public and be documented in the records of the Bank of the Lissajous.
  12. All transactions will be subject to a 5% tax, which will be directed to the Welfare.
  13. On every other Sunday, yeomen in the 50th percentile of wealth will pay 5% of their wealth to the Welfare.
  14. Other yeomen will pay 2% of their wealth to the Welfare.
  15. The funds in the Welfare will be distributed to all yeomen with more than 2 current dIngs.

  17. The Real Khoa will give ten tIla to a yeoman when eir earns a dIng.

  19. Any yeomen may create a business, provided that the operations are done publically and promptly. The owner of a business must achieve approval from the FML, who must record the business in the records of the Bank of the Lissajous. The business' validity may be revoked if found to be conducting business in an unkhoanstitutional manner.
