It has four arms.  Two are raised high as if beckoning, two are raised low like Baphomet.
The torso and head are clearly human shaped before it becomes gritty skulls.  He retains his outfit though it's more damaged the lower down you get.  It's a giant machine-man.  It has no lower body, and the skulls lead to the giant boiler core that supports its weight.  You can see two more of this thing in the distant background.
There's pillars in the background that Sonny is attached to, and there are an elaborate fence the size of Sonny made from interlocked robot arms. This mechanical messiah is old and rusted, and the background is a vaguely doomed city in the distance, but it's too dark to properly make out the city
