Because bored. This isn't explicitly bikeless%, it's just if you went through route 12-14 instead of the bike path.

Ramblings:
- Keeping cerulean as the warp point might be good because you could maybe red bar from boat rival -> koga. You wouldn't run out of tbolts but you would run out of thrashes, so that's an issue. In the scenario of having to fly back to lavender or vermillion after tower, idk which is faster. These would both require an extra fly. You could do silph before route 12-14 and get red bar from there. So there's some route that optimizes red bar, determines if celadon as a hub is viable, if heal pad skip is good, how PP would work, and the order of safari before or after silph.
