buy 11 x specials, 31 repels, remaining in super potions

teach cut to zigzagoon

save before gym leader, beat gym leader (spam psybeam and hope that zangoose is dumb, then boom on delcatty)
go back to petalburg
heal at kit
go to oldale center
take hm03 from karp, teach to zig
deposit karp + egg
go to route 103 water

repelling for qwilfish:
	turn to get encounters
	catch any higher level encounter although wingull has trouble weakening qwilfish and pelipper is hard to catch
	repel with that higher level encounter
	repeat process until you encounter a L35 qwilfish
	pray for ok nature
	you thought L50 magikarp repel was bad? have fun
	must exit with:
	wingull/pelipper
	L35 qwilfish
	a second qwilfish (for dive)
teach surf to qwilfish over some useless move
surf to dewford, avoiding all water trainers
fight black belt for exp
go inside house near center, get silk scarf from nerd

some important notes:
possibly pick up leppa berries to skip centers?
pick up dive balls during the first boat scenario (for use later)
can skip the last inquisition member on r110 by using surf
buy your x attacks/speeds/reduct reduces/accuracy pluses in mauville
	you'll need 3 x accs and 2 reduct reduces. amount of x attacks can be whatever, just needs to be a high number. speeds are rarely used, so don't buy a lot
teach shock wave when you receive it
get blizzard tm in the frigid way
buy medicine herbs in lavaridge (don't buy a lot of revival herbs, can buy revives later + cheaper)
there's an alternate entrance to the frigid way accesible through r112 that you must visit for tm06 toxic
buy x specials and super repels in fallabodor (must do during inquisition scenario)
during the second boat scenario, catch magnemite for the elevator and ditto for the key (there should be a PC on the boat where you can deposit baltoy and extra mons)
talk to the scientist on r118 to get cologne. this is important for later
you enter mt pyre from the right side
possibly pick up shadow ball in mt pyre? (not sure when to teach, can teach over shock wave)
on the 2nd trip to fortree, there's a looter that sells max repels on the leftmost part of the upper level of fortree (also buy full restores and revives)

when you get the badge for fly (on the dragon retreat) and you return to the main island, walk a few steps down until you hit a phone call trigger before flying
fly to dewford and enter the trendy house. talk to the guy guarding the poke ball to give him cologne. teach the poke ball tm36 sludge bomb over poison slash
before champion, teach toxic to magnemite to use on kingmadio (yes champion has a kingmadio). use guard spec on champion
after credits, exit league and walk down to get phone trigger
go to aqua base (lilycove sewers)
when in pacifidilog, go into one of the houses for chikuwa. fly to lilycove and go inside the center. buy red stew from the chef (required to access the gym leader)
use guard spec on the final senex fight.
