[1:57 AM] Rook: And then you see non-abandoned ghetto wound like thread through little store blocks and more abandoned hoods (usually hoods with people in them also have a bunch of broken down houses!) next to abandoned nice-looking houses

[1:58 AM] Rook: They were pretty once but their neighborhoods are empty and filled with crime and nothing of especial commercial value so they just sit there.
