1. ]Special Containment Procedures: POI-7766 is currently not in Foundation Custody, and due to his properties, achieving proper containment in the future may be difficult. Any personnel who encounter POI-7766 are to report it to the nearest task force member or armed guard, and seek shelter. Under no circumstances should you show POI-7766 hostility unless an armed member of staff is present. Should POI-7766 attempt to make conversation with you, politely excuse yourself from the conversation, and locate the nearest armed task force member or armed guard.
2.
3. Description: POI-7766 is an anomalous creature or entity, with the ability to , among other things, rapidly and wildly change his appearance. His "true" appearance has been described as that of a large arachnid, however few people have actually seen him in this form, and the accounts of these survivors vary, some claiming his form was shrouded by a black fog, while others claim their own vision was clouded by "strands" of an unknown substance. However all known accounts describe him as a large, spider like insect, though he still posses the ability to speak, as he has been shown to converse while in this form, even while hunting.
4.
5. POI-7766 has the ability to change his appearance to any creature that he has witnessed, changing his mass, weight and height to that of the creature. This includes humans, animals, and even designated SCP's, such as SCP-049 and SCP-035, however this change is purely cosmetic, and he does not gain any of the characteristics or abilities of those he disguises as. When asked how he has the ability, POI-7766 simply responded "Why, I simply weave myself some new skin!". There are no reports on the validity of this claim, as no one has seen POI-7766 change his appearance.
6.
7. POI-7766 has been described as polite and amicable, and seemingly understands and appreciates concepts such as art, music, literature, fine dining (although his idea of fine dining vastly contrasts from other the traditional view) and entertainment such as plays, films and television, though he has expressed frustration at the concept of video games, seemingly due to his lack of skill in them. When asked for his name, POI-7766 responded "I am Scransax the Skitter-er, Hunter of Suul-Katrone- Stalker of the Astral Plane, Drinker of Beasts, and Purloin-er of Life!" However, he also answers to the nickname Spider, due to his appearance and hunting methods. He appears to have a vast knowledge of other dimensions, and even universes, and has seemingly gained information on both the Foundation and several GOI's through these alternate universes and dimensions, though his perceived views on both often deviate from the truth (He was expressively confused on viewing a captured GRU member, stating "I thought these people were dedicated to making things redundant? Does GRU not stand for Greatly Reduced Utility?)
8.
9. However, POI-7766 is a dangerous and opportunistic hunter, making use of his claws and web to capture, and ultimately consume all forms of life. However, despite hunting any form of life he deems both worth and rewarding (POI-7766 refuses to hunt most D class, and some personnel, claiming them to be "sour" or "unsavory". Personnel described as such should report for immediate evaluation to attempt to discover what causes this), POI-7766 does not have a hatred for life, comparable to that of SCP 682. In fact, he has yet to show hatred for any living creature he hunts, claiming that his prey provided "A fine show", "good sport" or "put up a jolly good fight". When asked why he hunts and kills people he admires, he stated "There is no greater honor I can show someone then the thrill of the hunt. Is the willingness to kill someone, and relish their unique taste, not the highest form of respect you can give?"
10.
11. POI-7766 rarely kills his victims immediately, preferring to incapacitate them, and dragging them to his "larder", which is usually created in an abandoned, remote area of the facility, often disguising his webbing as handcuffs. He will then proceed to liquefy the internal organs of the victim, killing them, before draining this liquid and storing it for later, however he sometimes feeds on the victim directly. However, one of the Spiders main weakness's (Along with his inability to properly understand or use firearms) is he will always have a lengthy conversation with the victim before feeding, seemingly to calm him down and ready him for his impending death, giving potential rescuers far more time. After a kill is made, he will often make an attempt to store the body, cocooning it in web (which seems to preserve it) It is currently believed these bodies are stored in POI-7766's "Home", which is recorded in the discovery log below. After finishing feeding on a subject, POI-7766 will often enter a more passive state, often not hunting until at least one hour has passed. During this time, he becomes more sociable and amiable, often mingling and even assisting with personnel, and even coercing them into drinking the bottled remains of the previous victim, which in all recorded cases, tasted pleasant and sweet, despite being liquefied organs. Investigations as to whether or not POI-7766 adds extra ingredients to hide the taste, or whether this is a side effect of his digestive venom is currently on-going. However, this may just be him scouting for new prey, and any personnel who come into contact with POI-7766 are to be reminded that he is dangerous and not truly friendly (At least by human definitions).
12.
13. POI-7766 was discovered in 20██ , when an opening to what appears to be his home dimension/reality/universe was spontaneously opened. Seven members of MTF Lambanda-5 ("White Rabbits") were dispatched to enter the anomaly, and find a way to close it. All but one members returned, however two more were taken when POI-7766 emerged shortly after they did. The surviving 4 members were commended for their bravery, and given 2 weeks paid leave. The following log was written by SGT.██████ ████████, one of the four survivors of the expedition.
