What is your experience in BEST? *
List the experiences you have in BEST, that you find relevant to your application for bePROUD

The three experiences that developed me most were
- attending a Spring RM in 2019, which prompted me to try to become a Full Member in my LBG.
- Being a Full Member since early May 2019 (one of about 10 on average)
- and right now I've been marketing responsible for our career event , JobShop, for over 4 months.

Also, some other bigger experiences I've had in BEST, were being IT department Secretary and being Participants Responsible for our last Summer Course, organized in July this year, but I haven't learned as much as I did in regards to being a Full Member and Marketing Responsible.





Give us an example of your past experiences where you were in a leadership position that you are proud at. Why did you choose this one? *
I'd say my last position - Marketing Responsible can qualify as one. .











I'm genuinely proud of this experience because I have had a lot of room to embrace creativity and outside of the box thinking.
I've done my research properly which led to me being a lot of independence in the way I did thigns and organized myself and other people in my LBG

During this responsibility I've been implementing new methods of managing my PR team that ended up streamlining communication and knowledge.
We also don't have a VP 4 PR right now, so I also worked with my lbg to increase awareness about our general PR issues, to organize workshopsto analyze why and how we do PR from the top down, and hopefully to revitalize the whole way we do PR the next year, after we're gonna do the post-event follow-ups.

Basically, being able to guide my peers and to see them growing more and more interested by something I'm also passionate about while also growing alongside them is something truly special.






What are your future plans in BEST? Tell us something about your plans for the next 2 years in BEST if you have any. *

Right now my biggest goal and focus point is being a boardie next year.










Other than that, I'll focus on experiencing the International side of things two years from now, as I know i've not taken advantage of it as much as I could.

And, if time permits it, I want to attempt being part of the International CRD team until my mandate starts.
