  1. [02:31] Nasargiel asks, "Do you really want to make me an enemy?"
  2. [02:31] Alastor G. Vishkar asks, "... Is this a threat, Nasargiel?"
  3. [02:31] Nasargiel says, "It's a question."
  4. [02:32] Alastor just... Pulls up a notepad and adds a few more lines.
  5. (Alastor G. Vishkar)
  6. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  7.
  8. [02:32] Nasargiel asks, "What's your answer?"
  9. [02:32] Alastor G. Vishkar asks, "Hmm?"
  10. [02:32] Franziska noticably grows antsy. Her feet bopping up and down.
  11. (Franziska Beck)
  12. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  13.
  14. [02:33] Nasargiel asks, "Do -you- want to make me an enemy of Dawn?"
  15. [02:33] Nasargiel says, "Because you are acting on your own."
  16. [02:33] Franziska Beck says, "He's a Paladin. He can make arrests. Especially on someone who assualted someone of Dawn."
  17. [02:33] Nasargiel says, "Hmm... Maybe it's best to think about that choice for a moment."
  18. [02:34] Nasargiel asks, "Do you. Alastor. Paladin of Dawn, Oscuri and follower of Azrael... Want to make me an enemy of Dawn?"
  19. [02:34] Franziska Beck whispers: Let's. Let's kick his ass.
  20. [02:35] Alastor G. Vishkar says, "... Threatening me isn't going to get you anywhere."
  21. [02:35] Alastor G. Vishkar says, "Franziska, just -- Do your thing."
  22. [02:35] Alastor G. Vishkar says, "He's got to come with us."
  23. [02:35] Nasargiel says, "I don't recall ever putting a threat forwards."
  24. [02:36] Alastor G. Vishkar says, "As far as I can tell, if, in the face of danger... You say "Are you sure you want to make me an enemy?", it is a threat."
  25. [02:36] Alastor G. Vishkar says, "You could be imprisoned and get released, if what you say makes sense."
  26. [02:37] Alastor G. Vishkar says, "Prison is preemptive. Punishment could never be done."
  27. [02:37] Nasargiel says, "I don't feel no danger, I am confident I could probably slip away or atleast make one of you follow me... And that might be a sign of trouble."
  28. [02:37] Nasargiel says, "I just wanted to hear how confident you were with this decision."
  29. [02:37] Nasargiel says, "And so far I don't feel any confidence coming from you."
  30. [02:38] Alastor seems to be... Paying more attention to actually writing on the paper.
  31. (Alastor G. Vishkar)
  32. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  33.
  34. [02:38] Nasargiel says, "I guess you've made that decision."
  35. [02:41] Stepping up, the Witch was quick to grasp at her staff. Pulling it out, the weapon was held, and her occult magic began to burst around her. A swarm of dark powers that created a maddened mist that threatened to engulf all that came in. Violent winds, ones that ripped out nearby plants and small rocks from their resting place encapsulated her form.
  36.
  37. "Do not. Threaten. My dear Alastor. Especially when I have not had something to vent my... my frustrations on." The witch's eyes seemed to grow dark, focused upon Nasargiel with a sort of vindictive glare. The Occult Madness was evident in her visage. Her desire to rip and tear into something caused her body to shake.
  38.
  39. "My poor dear. He just threatened the man you love and your home. Are you going to accept that?" The voice was back. It was in her head but it didn'tstop the warping of her shadow. The shadow that seemed far more alive than it ought to be.
  40. (Franziska Beck)
  41. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  42.
  43. [02:43] Nasargiel wasn't going to stand around, because even after he beats Franziska he would need to combat Alastor soon after. It wasn't the best choice, but at least he learned enough to bring many realizations to light.
  44.
  45. Without much time, as soon as she finishes speaking... Nasargiel flees.
  46. (Nasargiel)
  47. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  48.
  49. [02:44] Look at that. Nasargiel was fleeing. Alastor glances up from the paper only to see this-- And dash quickly behind him.
  50. (Alastor G. Vishkar)
  51. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  52.
  53. [02:45] He didn't even try to defend himself with words. He didn't even try to apologize. Instead... the man attempted to run. To run away from the WItch who desired a hunt. She'd race off on after Nasargiel. A sadistic smirk baring itself upon her lips.
  54. (Franziska Beck)
  55. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  56.
  57. [02:45] Franziska stumbles on something, appearantly. Preventing her from catching Nasargiel.
  58. (Franziska Beck)
  59. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  60.
  61. [02:51] Well, it seemed that Franziska was unfortunately left behind. Seemingly, if Franziska couldn't reach him, the Paladin himself would. Alastor was, for a long while, one of the top military on Dawn's branch.
  62.
  63. But he wasn't all alone. Rieka expanded outwardly, coating the Oscuri's body in more than what seemed to just be the usual surge that a lot of his own fellow chosen had around their body. Nasargiel's magic wasn't all too different from Arthur's very own...
  64.
  65. ... But it didn't mean Alastor would take it easy on them. There was the slightest tinge of lightning itself coming from the purple-headed man's blade, followed suit by a powerful holy energy. When he finally cornered the man, blade at side, he simply let out a barking warning.
  66.
  67. "Surrender before you regret this."
  68. (Alastor G. Vishkar)
  69. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  70.
  71. [02:51] Franziska Beck says, "Get 'im."
  72. [02:55] In his attempts to flee, he was easily able to make distance away from Franziska! Yet someone else was quite fast and able to keep up. Nasargiel didn't care who it was, but as long as he had his chances of simply leaving after-- It made no difference to him.
  73.
  74. Alastor was a stronger fight, it would prove to be more challenging. He did come out the winner at the tournament... But stronger opponents like Ludovic were knocked out by the Vampire he didn't get to fight. It made it hard to really understand his strength, but it must've been reasonably good since he managed to best Un-wol.
  75.
  76. ''Mmm... This is better. Let's see how strong you actually are!''
  77.
  78. A short huff, before his spear, is taken off his back. It spins down to his front, a storm comes to surrounds his body. He had to remember that they could silence his magic, just like he's experienced before.
  79.
  80. ''I don't regret much, so let's continue?''
  81. (Nasargiel)
  82. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  83.
  84. [03:05] ** Alastor G. Vishkar has inflicted an injury upon Nasargiel. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (4 days)") **
  85. [03:14] Alastor's way of combat was as effective as ever. His movements were simple, precise-- One hand was put at his back, and the thin sword pointed towards his opponent. Truly, this Oscuri's way of fighting was one that was enforced through the noblest lineages. Simple, and calculated fencing.
  86.
  87. Even as the thunders and winds of Nasargiel's storm magic came for him, holy magic seemed to deflect most of these away in any shape or form. The rapier acted as a lightning rod if anything, often accumulating the bolts in it, and quickly releasing them in a salvo of strikes against him.
  88.
  89. But his triumphant form came in the form of an elaborate movement. Holy energy substituted Rieka for the faintest of seconds, as Alastor's strikes had nearly cut Nasargiel enough to force him down to the ground...
  90.
  91. The sword's tip moved in a circle at Alastor's side, before charging itself entirely with holy energy. Feet adjusted against the ground, digging into it, preparing to...
  92.
  93. Dash.
  94.
  95. It was a quick, powerful attack that came directly at a failure in Nasargiel's defenses. It was, however, not fully trained -- It was simply a concept, aligning his fast, precise movements, and the strength of a full hit.
  96.
  97. The fencer managed to impale through Nasargiel's stomach, however, leaving a hole in the middle, bleeding. "I. TOLD YOU." Alastor practically yelled, pulling the opponent closer to him. But a powerful punch would release him with a burst of Rieka.
  98.
  99. It was at a safe distance for Alastor to pursue him further, if Nasargiel was knocked out, which the Oscuri thought he was...
  100.
  101. ... But fortunately, he wasn't. That was his opportunity.
  102. (Alastor G. Vishkar)
  103. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  104.
  105. [03:22] The fight raged on and Alastor shows his worth.
  106.
  107. Nasargiel could blame it on clumsy fighting or even the fact he's suffered through many injuries, but he takes in the fact that he's probably just outmatched in this situation.
  108.
  109. Trying his best to avoid the swords, the feeling of his mana being strained and the use of magic stopped was hefty. Like a sitting duck, as Alastor got to commit to each attack he made. Energy magic used to empower each movement he made, which Nasargiel only suffered for.
  110.
  111. Alastor see's the opening to finish, while Nasargiel himself didn't really have much to defend himself against it. The Oscuri dashing in, the technique used isn't as brutal as most Vampires and he couldn't use that against him. But the blade manages to dig into his stomach and cause an open wound, blood dripping onto the grass below. ''Guh...''
  112.
  113. Followed up by a powerful burst of Rieka, Nasargiels body is sent flying back and sliding along the ground. A good distance made between them, a chance at escape?
  114.
  115. Exchanging words would just waste time, which Nasargiel simply didn't want to do. A hand moving over to his wound, he uses this opportunity to slip away from the skirmish. A wound like this in his stomach wasn't going to knock him out, as the young 'Prince' had endured a lot worse during his life time.
  116.
  117. Once Alastor turned to probably check, he was gone.
  118. (Nasargiel)
