  1. (1) :
  2. After I purchased the car on June 15 2015 approximately about a week later. I had to take the car back into Experienced Cars for repairs. Which they keep approximately a month to work on repairs. After it came back I continued to have problems with it and took it to several mechanics.
  3. Trying to catch up from getting behind in payments due to the cars mechanical problems I began to have severe communication issues with the Loan Manager (Amanda McIntosh). She also verbally stated that I would be reimbursed for the mechanical repairs as well as she could have paused the payments while the issues were being worked on, this information was not stated tell far later. Communication issues are, but not limited to, misleading contact information and intentionally withholding pertinent information until confronted in person at her office. As well giving a time sensitive task to gather information and set up an appointment, regarding the 2003 volkswagen Beetle, then providing little to no contact afterwards causing the time to exceeded the set date provided by The Loan Manager,
  4. (2):
  5. I would like to bring notice that vehicle in question (2003 Volkswagen New Beetle vin #: 3VWCK21C73M418744) was repossessed on 05/ 23/ 2017. I received notice from Amalgamated Lending Services that it was repossessed on 05/ 25/ 2017. Two days after the repossession occurred and was given a 10 day grace period to try and set an appointment with the loan manager. Before the repossession occurred I made many attempts to Miss McIntosh to try and get a repayment plan and was ignored. My payments, for the original monthly payment, were accepted on 05/18/2017 as well as 05/23/17 for the vehicle and there was no prior notice that repossession would occur. I also requested many times for receipts for payments that were sent in and my requests were ignored.
  6. (3):
  7. Upon repossession of the vehicle I was provided with misleading and misinformation about and how to retrieve my personal belongings. When we met in person with Miss McIntosh I was told my belonging had been destroyed. Which after some hard work and information gathering was proven false. The belonging were returned to me by an employee working at Experienced Cars dealership. At this time Miss McIntosh notified me that the vehicle in question had been put back on the lot for sale. Even though Miss McIntosh had stated that the vehicle would be held.
  8. (4):
  9. After the meeting I had with Miss McIntosh I verbally brought up that I wanted to get a payment plan to finishing pay the $2,500 that I was behind on , which included the repossession fees. Due to how I have been treated and the the constant misinformation I was given that I was not interested in getting my vehicle back. She verbally agreed get payments set up but refused to do so immediately. We were then forced to leave the Amalgamated Lending Services office before I could get my payment plan for the $2,500 that was owed.
  10. (5):
  11. After the meeting with the Loan Manager I received no contact from 06/12/2017 and onward. I left multiple voicemail messages and regave my contact information. After attempting for a couple of months to make contact with the Amalgamated Lending Services I contacted the Better Business Bureau and over the course of 3 months they were unable to get any response from Miss McIntosh. I tried a couple more months of phone call and leaving voice messages but was also still unable to reach Amalgamated Lending Services.
  12.
  13. I would like to end with that I am refusing to pay the amount that has been provided to me by Summit Collection Services which amounts to $14,038.19. Due to my many attempts as well as other parties to reach Amalgamated Lending Services to correct the issues before it got out of hand. I also demand that I receive selling/sold status on the 2003 volkswagen Beetle with the vin number 3VWCK21C73M418744 as to whether or not is has been sold and if it has been sold for how much.
