Early Boss Rush Implications

So a few days ago, Peppernicus2000 figured out how to "complete" the Lanayru Song of the Hero Quest early. This involves first performing a temporary flag RBM in the Lanayru Gorge Area to complete the Minecart Escort (or really the last 20% of it), and second a scene flag RBM(2x20) for a specific Fi text trigger. This trigger sets the Thunder Dragon to be healed and "completes" the Lanayru Song of the Hero Quest, even though normally these values should be set beforehand. This allows us to then talk to the healed Thunder Dragon and access his Boss Rush minigame.

Now, all of the boss fights in boss rush take place on the same maps as the regular fights. To make this work, the game will deactivate certain story flags which it assume you must've already activated if you've made it far enough to access boss rush normally. So for example, if you fight Imprisoned 1, the game will deactivate the flags corresponding to the player having beaten both the Ancient Cistern and Fire Sanctuary (as well as some others since those would lead to the wrong fight being loaded). But, when the fight is over (either you win or lose) the game will set those flags back to being active, even if they weren't active before (this is what lepelog noticed earlier today). This means that we can load the Imprisoned 1 fight in boss rush, die, and then have the story flags for beating both the Ancient Cistern and Fire Sanctuary, allowing us to skip both of those dungeons.

Any% will also load the Imprisoned 2 fight in boss rush and then lose (losing is faster than winning) because this will ironically set the story flag saying that we've beaten Imprisoned 2 and allow us to open the Gate of Time faster (losing to Imprisoned 1 first is important because Imprisoned 2 needs the "Ancient Cistern is completed" story flag active to not crash). This will save more than 30 minutes as a whole for the Any% category.
