-Added a full new command: /ticketban <ban/unban/list> <playername/playerid>: takes the spot of /ticketstop and does a ton more. This generates a file in your tshock directory (called "bannedfromtics.txt") with banned player names. When you ban someone from submitting tickets, they will be banned permanently until you unban them (not like ticketstop where they are only banned until they log out).
