Experience: I have multiple experiences with leading packs and groups. Not only on the server and in roleplay. Aswell as being a Community leader and a Head Admin. I understand that staff isn't fully considered experience for being a commander, and that's why I have been in a officer position in the marines for a while now. Leading through occupations, raids, missions, debriefs, and training. I was one of the biggest advocates for training and making sure that the Marines are well taught and caught up to date with information they need to know.


Why should you be commander?: I should be a command for numorus of reasons. One major factor being leadership (Odviously what a commander needs) I'm very organized with documents implementing structure, making sure my marines are doing their job correctly. Other commodities that I can contribute to the Marines being, Making the documents/roster well organized and fully functional, Making sure that my starting officers have deserved the rank and are well trusted with having a respected tag such as an officer. Giving the right people in command of special ops as well.


What will you do to your branch (Branches if applying for Bgen) if given commander?: First of all I will provide a updated roster, training, structure, socialism, teamwork. I joined KAIROS to be apart of a community that cares for its players, as commander I will care for my marines and put everything they say into consideration making sure that they are informed on every change that happens and weekly meetings.
