Cape can shift into an arthropodal form, with small wings, weak legs, and many-segmented arms without hands or fingers. The legs are not suited for walking, but the insect form can jump around, changing directions in midair with limited flight-like abilities. They have an exoskeleton, but it is lightweight and not very sturdy. The exoskeleton serves as a transmission and amplification system for noises the cape creates. The cape can create a sound so piercing that anyone within earshot must suffer the effects of a lesser shock.
