[13:40] Lemuria sat down under a nearby tree, her eyes shining a spectral blue.

"Spirits are either incredibly difficult or easy to communicate with depending on your own personality. They require a lot of awareness of your own thoughts and feelings, as well as the ability to focus and empty your own thoughts. This does not have to be through meditation, although it is the easiest way; anything that allows you to enter a state of flow will do, like an act of self expression."

"Every kind of spirit influences you in a different way. Nature spirits influence your feelings, human spirits influence your thoughts, and dark spirits do both, influencing them in an overwhelmingly negative way, until you learn to communicate with them. Knowing what thoughts and feelings are foreign and which are not is crucial to my method of spiritual communication, which can be incredibly difficult given how easy it is to confuse feelings inspired by spirits with your own. But it can also be really, really easy if you know what to look for."

[13:45] Tonashi would sit and listen. As the woman spoke of him connecting to the spirits. Tonashi had always done mediation. A way for him to seek his own gods. Saekanis or Asena for advice. Though they never respond he believe it was what kept his power and mind sane.

She would soon see him totally go silent. Breathing or movement nothing was shown. Emptying his other senses to clear way for focusing on the things that made him feel at peace.

He always had this itch that always kept him feral. A side of him that wanted nothing more than carnage. Almost another who made him seek the dark power in the first place.

He then open his eyes.

"How can attune the spirit and my spirit together? Has anyone ever let a spirit control them? Could it be possible for a spirit to already inhabits one body but is unnoticed until certain things occur? I have more but I will save them."

[13:54] Lemuria actually loved questions; she loved explaining things. Her wellspring of knowledge was almost limitless, and every chance to express that knowledge was valued.

"People have indeed allowed spirits to control them. Usually, it is not even consensual; spirits often influence people without them knowing. However, to willingly allow a spirit to control you is as easy as inviting it. And, indeed, allowing a spirit to control you actually gives you more control over what happens, as your desires synchronize and the barrier between you and the spirit fades."

"And yes, a spirit can control people without them knowing. That is how hexing works, actually; you utilize the essence you steal from others to command a dark spirit to enter someone's mind."

[14:04] Tonashi would see as he would think of the situations.

"At times I feel as if another part of me comes out when I allow my anger or desire to harm something. Honestly I never seek to fight in my life. Simply sell things. But once I sat in the cave below the Vale. I felt a different side of me. A different mind enter. My desires begin to rise. My hunger for knowledge and power also. Things I never cared for all of a sudden I wanted. Maybe they were hidden in me. But I always felt something else push them in sight for me to see. Now I am were I am."

He then see.

"Tell me how did you find your spirit? How did you come across the knowledge you gained? You may act as if you terrified of fighting. But you wouldn't stand where you are if that was true. You actually are more dangerous than the others see. Its quite amusing."

He then tap his chin.

[14:16] "I did not find my spirit. My spirit found me."

Lemuria could not give a more vague answer if she tried, but it was pretty clear that it was a question she didn't want to have to give a detailed answer to.

"The same applies to my knowledge; knowledge comes naturally if you have the correct set of base assumptions. They act as a seed that spreads upwards, growing into a tree that has no real limit. From that point, it is experience, understanding, intuition, and thought that generates knowledge. Reading and studying can only get you so far."

"And yes... I prefer not to fight, usually, but I also prefer to be prepared if the situation calls for it. And now for the lesson..."

"You must understand how all kinds of spirits communicate to truly understand them, and once you gain that understanding, your spirit will respond in turn, allowing you to see through its eyes. Today, we will be covering nature spirits, which,as said, impact emotions more than anything."

"What you need to do is to calm down, concentrate, and feel. Observe your own feelings, and do not make any assumptions or draw conclusions as to their source. When an observer empties their mind, they become one with that which they are observing. When this oneness with your own feelings is achieved, you will be able to see rather easily which feelings are truly your own. The ones coming from spirits will feel as if they are bumps in a path, or an off-key musical note in a grand symphony."

"Once you feel the ones that come from nature spirits, you must draw your own understanding as to just how they communicate. It will feel like an epiphany- a realization- and will not be something you will be able to solve like a puzzle. It will not be a thought, simply a clear feeling that you have accomplished your goal."

[14:28] Tonashi could picture everything and simply saw what she meant. Lemuria knowledge was known for how easily no one tend to truly test her. Her ability spoke since Ana pick her like him to be one the ranks of Moonfall.

"I see. Well then."

He would listen on as she spoke. Her words impacted more than she knew. Tonashi took into account everything would seek to apply such a thing to himself As she spoke about not trying to find the source he would see. "Ah so simply walk the path without trying to find where it leads or seek a shortcut is my understanding of what you are applying correct?"

He took a deep breath. So much anger and hatred filled the man's mind. The death of Mylow. The capture of Magnus. Seeking to end Nerin's life. Rain capture. Tonashi had many things that cluttered his mind. He would simply begin to just stop and not think of those things for the time being. Just...find emptiness.

"So to find the spiritI must simply move forward until i feel something is seeking to simply come along with me. To feel as though i understood the purpose for this feeling and understood it."

[14:37] Lemuria nodded, surprised and impressed that Tonashi managed to interpret her words like he did, and came up with a good metaphor to boot. One that she might use later, even...

"A path without a destination. Or, rather, a path where the destination does not matter. Something you do for its own sake, with any goals you can achieve from it as a mere byproduct."

"Nature spirits are about feeling, and as such, your feelings are what is most important. When we get to human and dark spirits, we will focus more on thoughts. But for now? Just feel."

"Do note, however, that the kinds of spirits in the area will determine how they alter your thoughts. Nature spirits often have elements, and the elemental spirits in this area are earthen in nature. As such, you will feel more things that your own spirit associates with the element of earth. Think of that as an important hint."

[14:49] Tonashi honestly always plan things. He was a strategist. The man daily routine was to prepare for kind of work wise or battle wise plans.
He wasn't the best fighter but he knew how to coordinate traps and set ups. Though to simply clear his mind without allowing his thoughts to be judge. He himself had no jury. Simply he was to simply push without using force.

"Feel huh?"

Tonashi would clear his mind once more. Not thinking simply just acting. Almost like a blind man seeking to not worry about what stands before him but to go with what he felt.

The ookami heard. The spirits here were earthen power? Tonashi was one with the winds. How it effect him he wasn't sure.

"Hmm.." He felt something. "It may take time but this has helped." He wouldn't say he get down packed. But she knew Tonashi was a quick learner.
