- "Oh, this?" Fall held up a plain looking canteen. "Magic flask. Put something in it, and it'll pour out infinitely." She took a deep swig and sighed appreciatively. "Right now it's Red Bull. This is the cool one, though." She handed Carolina a compass, but when she flipped it open, the inside bore a polished mechanical mouth full of skeletal teeth. "That's a demon compass. Feed it a part of someone- skin, hair, blood, whatever- and it'll track them to the ends of the earth. …What'd you bring?"
