Greeting: Seems copypasted but I think it was handwritten mostly.
Rules: Copypasted, enough time to read each paste.
Greetings: Copypasted, pasted correctly, enough time to read each paste.
Jacks: All trainees knew jacks so there was no need to explain them. JJs
were done quickly and correctly by all trainees. GJs were done correctly
by all trainees. HJs were done correctly by trainees.
Faces: Trainees knew faces= no need to explain. A trainee got tricked by
the host once. Faces were done properly.
Formations: Trainees studied the formations. Basic formations were trained.
Trainees did them properly.
March: Marched to formations area. Marching rules explained. Marches looked
pretty good.
Obby(short): Obby rules explained. Obby was done well.
Obby(long): New obstacles were explained. Obby was done well by the trainees.
Progression: Copypasted with enough time between pastes.
Side notes: Trainee ages were checked. Dress code was checked. Roman numbers
were used to avoid roblox filters. Has decent grammar.

EVALUATION

Pacing: Greeting-Jacks parts were done swiftly. Faces-March: Done quickly
without delays. Obbies-Progression: Done very quickly in my opinion. Had
a lot of spare time when finishing. FULL AMOUNT OF POINTS FOR PACING.

Conduct: Greeting-Jacks: Host behaved mature and professionally but had
issues due to accidentally copypasting some random stuff which results
in me lowering the grade to 4/5 in conduct. Faces-March: Behaved well and
set a good example. Obbies-Progression: Host acted like a proper officer
aka was a great example. 4/5 POINTS FOR CONDUCT.

Crowd control: During Greeting-Jacks parts trainees caused no trouble.
Faces-March: Trainees behaved correctly without causing trouble. Obbies-
Progression: Trainees behaved mostly properly but there was a rulebreaker,
that rulebreaker was immediately confronted by the host. Due to confronting
the rulebreaker instantly and managing trainees perfectly score wont
be lowered. FULL AMOUNT OF POINTS FOR CROWD CONTROL.

Hosting procedure: Greeted the trainees. Rules stated. Greetings were done.
JJs were done. GJs were done. HJs were done. Faces were done. A march was
conducted. Marching rules were explained. Trainees studied formations.
Basic formations were done. Obbies were done and obby rules explained.
Progression was explained. FULL AMOUNT OF POINTS FOR HOSTING PROCEDURE.
