Temporary Fixes for Paladins Forums (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

TEMPORARY FIX #1 (CHROME BROWSERS ONLY):
1.) run chrome://net-internals/#hsts from a Chrome Browser Tab.  Then enter paladins.com under Delete domain security policies and delete it.
2.) run chrome://settings/clearBrowserData from a Chrome Browser Tab.  Then clear "Cached images and files" for "All Time".
3.) Shut down Chrome and restart it.


TEMPORARY FIX #2 (ALL BROWSERS):
1.) Open Command Prompt and run it as administrator
2.) Type netsh winsock reset catalog and hit Enter
3.) Type ipconfig/flushdns and hit Enter
4.) Restart your computer
5.) Go to your browsing history and clear your cache
6.) Google the forums and click on the link

MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL STEPS (especially clearing cache)
