Why do you want staff: I love the server and helping people out. I don't pass up on an opportunity to give new players a boost to succeed and I enjoy supporting my buddies whenever I can. It's irritating seeing new players leave because of a player or because of a bias admin.

What makes you a qualified staff candidate: I have been a staff before on QIG when I was maybe 13-14 and now here I am a few years later with even more experience and wisdom of PERP. Me, being a player on the server from launch and watching other staff, has given me insight on what to do in situations, the rules, and knowing if a player is trolling vs. a new player that in unaware of the rules.

What kind of goals would you have in mind if you got this position: Obviously the cliche answer of "to make the server a better place" but I'd like to expand. Enforcing the rules keeps people on but my real goal would to influence the future staff. Stuff like giving players what they lost out of my own pocket or making sure everything is safe and sound after they have been killed or raided with an unjust cause. I don't care about moving up through the ranks as much as I do supporting the new players and making sure they chose us anytime they think of G-mod. With time, I'd love to see the server max out its available space, forcing a upgrade in player slots.

How will a lack of evidence influence the decisions you make; how will you handle a situation when there is no evidence to prove anything: No evidence means no punishment (for the most part). I would use eye witnesses but not for the deciding factor. Usually, if there are any eye witnesses, i'd use their word to get the person to confess what they did. Sounds hard but once they think they have "lost" the sit, they will cave in and just admit it.
