Vertex Client PE v1.3 changelog

v1.3:
- Added FastBridge
- Improved performance
- Most images will now download so that they don't have to be included in the Client
- Removed splash screen
- Added a bar to the start screen
- Added 'Normal (no strokes)' button style
- The Account Manager button will now show in the bottom middle
