Dear DHGate-Team,

I saw myself forced to file a complaint against a untrusted seller (name: zizi170301) which acted very fishy, uncooperative and unprofessional. He broke several DHGate rules, which I'll explain further.

I ordered a product (order ID:3121512748) on May 31th of 2019, the product did not receive till this day (19.06.2019), therefore I decided to contact the seller. The seller then told me that my product was wrongly returned by the post office, however he failed to E-Mail and notify me himself, he instead waited for me to E-Mail him. This is a very unprofessional behavior, which made me question the honesty of this "seller". Since, I'd never been informed if I wouldn't have contact him today. This convinced me to fill a dispute.

The Seller contacted me after he saw the dispute and demanded me to close it, since it's "bad for business". He continued and threatened that I wouldn't get my money back anytime soon if I'd keep the dispute open. He said I should either close the dispute immediately or wait a long time to get my money back.

I just followed the rules and used the instruments I have to reach justice and answers, I do not know why this allows the seller to threat me this horribly. I paid the bill already as mentioned above, and would've like to get a refund now. Also I do not find it very good to face a seller like this on DHGate, therefore I wish that you guys can make sure to prevent sitautions like this in future.

I'm a rather young guy that knows how to deal with stuff like this (writing an E-Mail etc.), but an elder person would've just wait for ages and see himself getting scammed.
