58. A group of friends who meet regularly for game nights find themselves entangled in a real-life mystery when the shady brother of one of them is seemingly kidnapped by dangerous gangsters.
 59. Six close friends meet each week for a game night involving board games, charades and pop culture trivia quizzes. Being the most competitive of the bunch, Max and his wife Annie, who seem to be a perfect match in every way, usually win every time. However, their marriage is on rocky ground as Annie fears that Max doesn't want to have children. When Max's shady brother Brooks reappears after a long mysterious absence and suggests that they have their next gathering at his place, no one expects that their weekly game night is about to go to the next level as Brooks organizes a full blown murder mystery party complete with actors as criminals and cops for them. However, when Brooks is violently kidnapped in front of everyone, it turns out that the game is all too real. Now, Max, Annie, their womanizing dimwitted friend Ryan, his domineering Irish date Sarah, and their childhood friends Michelle and her husband Kevin, who's obsessed with finding out with which mysterious celebrity Michelle cheated him on once, must join forces and their wits to rescue Brooks from two dangerous rival criminals who seemingly want his head. Unfortunately, they'll also need help from their creepy introverted next door neighbor Gary, a grieving divorcee cop who desperately wants to be their friend.
 60. This revolves around a competitive couple who host a weekly game night with friends, but without the creepy cop neighbour!. One evening we see three couples arrive and the host's older successful brother, each couple have their own back story and great chemistry with each other and in the group.

All goes well and the brother decides to host his own murder mystery night next time at his lavish 'Tony Stark' type pad. But this time something goes violently wrong, it turns out real kidnappers arrive (not actors) and he's abducted. The group need to rescue him, and so the adventure begins. At this point we're not sure what's real and what's the game, we see plenty of twists as the plot develops.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this film, it's really funny with some laugh out loud moments and lots of chuckles, whereas so many recent so called comedies have been disappointing, such as 'Girl's Trip', 'Bad Moms' and 'Sausage Party'.

This film is adult humour but didn't rely on swearing or vulgar humour.
 61. This movie was meant to be a comedy however I don't know when and how did boring & ridiculously stupid characters make up for a solid humor.

Every single character here was either stupid, unrealistic or just plain boring. None of them can be relatable, for something to be funny it has to be relatable and I cannot for the life of me believe that anyone over the age of 14 is going to find any of these "adults" relatable. In fact the punch lines are so bad, the creepy neighbor was legitimately creepy. Every other scene was cringe worthy.

This movie made me "cringe" more and laugh less. It also made my blood boil at times, thanks to how stupid and sleazy the characters and the plot were.

Skip this...
 62. Way too much of Game Night is given away in the trailer, the violence is a bit much and truth be told — the folding in on itself plot gets in its own way, especially in the third act. But Bateman makes the big bucks for being the best put-upon “hero” in comedy. And McAdams, doing an epic Amanda Plummer (“Pulp You Know What,” remember?) absolutely steals the picture.
