Rebels

Rebels.

Rebels are a faction that has been created in order to oppose the imposing tyranny of H.A.T, or at least so they see it. Rebels don't really have requirements to join, but one must have to find them, and be considered loyal enough to join. And of course, prove they are not a H.A.T agent in disguise.

Rebels don't have a requirement for weapons or abilities. Former H.A.T agents or officials may have some sort of Special Weapon on them, but depending on its level of power, this tends to make them, or anyone who isn't a former H.A.T agent and possesses said powerful weapons wanted. Very wanted.

Rebels usually take hiding into old H.A.T underground bases that only have a metal dome above ground, the rest of it being situated underneath.
