  8. Dear Ms Šlechtová,
  9. I searched on the internet about this problem and i found some guidelines to make office more ergonomic.
  10. Physical layout our workstation should allow any computer user to work in a neutral, relaxed, ideal typing posture that will minimize the risk of developing any injury.
  11.
  12. Conditions in room, where you work on computer should be adequate fresh-air ventilation and that has adequate heating or cooling so that you feel comfortable when you're working.
  13.
  14. Lighting in our workplace shouldn´t be too bright. You shouldn't see any bright light glare on the computer screen. If you do, move the screen, lower the light level, use a good quality, glass anti-glare screen. Also make sure that the computer monitor screen isn't backed to a bright window or facing a bright window so that there's the screen looks washed.
  15.
  16. For our health is necesary comfortable chair . Some chairs have a mechanical height adjustment, but more often we can see pneumatically adjustable chairs which are in my opinion better.
  17. Having armrests on a chair can be helpful to aid getting into and getting out of the chair.
  18. Movement of the back while you are sitting helps to maintain a healthy spine. We should look for chairs that allow us to easily recline, that provide you with good back support.
  19.
  20. Very important for work on PC is mouse design that can work well to improve our wrist posture. However, it's important to check that you can use these with your upper arm relaxed and as close to your body as possible. An ideal mouse arrangement is for this to be on a flat surface that's 1-2" above the keyboard and moveable over the numeric keypad
  21.
  22. An ideal keyboard arrangement is to place this on a height adjustable negative-tilt tray. If you want a surface at the level of the keyboard base then make sure that this can also be angled downwards slightly to help to keep your hands in wrist neutral while you are mousing, and keep your elbow is as close to the body as possible while you work.
  23.
  24. If your job involves speaking over the phone for a long time, do use a speakerphone.
  25. Ensure that the speakerphone is close to you so that you don’t have to reach it every time, which in turn causes strain.
  26.
  27. I hope if we will obey by these rules, we will be more relaxed after work than now.
  28.
  29. Best regards,
