Patient Name:: Display name of patient
Account:: Visit number
Resident/APP:: Resident or mid-level provider last signed up for patient care. This is the provider identified in ``CP`` column on the status board.
Document:: Incomplete ED general notes
Authors:: Providers identified as co-signer for the general note
Date of Service:: Admit date/time of the visit

== Requirements

A patient encounter would appear in the list if _all_ the below criteria are met:

* At some point of patient care, patient had/has assgined location in either Chandler ED or Good Samaritan ED
* There is not a completed ED Generate Note on chart
* Include links to open document entry/edit window only if it the document is incomplete
* Ability to filter and sort visit lists
