- Covet: -Eli walked into the ktichen from out of the bedroom. He was freshly showered and was looking for a snack. He walked to the fridge and pulled out a bag of lefter turkey so that he could make a sandwhich.-
- Tsaaq: Bliss came into the apartment, closing the door behind her as she practically stormed around. "Good evening." She said hurried before moving towards the couch and getting down on the floor to look under it.
- Covet: Oh, Hello My Dear... Uh... have you lost something? -He asked as she bustled about, then moved to the floor to look underneath them. He stopped mid sandwich making and walked over.- Bliss?
- Tsaaq: "I can't find my text book." She finally replied and went to stand up. " I didn't mean to intrude or anything." She put her hand on her hip as she passed him slowly.
- Covet: You're not intruding. This is still your place too. -Eli said with a soft smile, then went back to his sandwich.- I haven't seen it out here at all, Maybe it's back in the bedroom? Did you bring it with you over to my Parent's place?
- Tsaaq: She pursed her lips. "I'm not sure." She sighed. "I just want to sit down." She whined as she pulled off her sneakers and went towards the bedroom and sat down on the edge of the bed.
- Covet: -Eli finished his sandwich and put the ingredients away, then cut it in half on a plate, before walking back to he bedroom to sit next to her- Leftover sandwich. I'm happy to share with you. -He offered to her, looking over at her- You alright?
- Tsaaq: "I'm not hungry." She mumured, crossing one leg over the other. "I'm fine Eli." Bliss answered quickly. "I'm just annoyed."
- Covet: -He sat the plate down when he rested his arms on his knees- Alright. Is there anything I can do to help? -He asked, before taking a bite out of one of the halves of sandwich.-
- Tsaaq: She stared at him a moment. "No." She replied softly. "You're the one who said I was selfish and self preserving, remember?" She asked a little irately before loweing her head.
- Covet: I do... Okay then. I suppose I deserve that. -Eli said, with a sigh, getting up from the bed with his plate to go sit at the kitchen table. Staring out the window while he took another bite-
- Tsaaq: "So when is it a good time to talk about what was said?" She asked loudly but didn't move from the bed.
- Covet: We can talk right now -Eli said from the dining room table- It's not like we're doing anything else at the moment. -He said in a calm tone, then got up leaving his sandwich behind, leaning against the door- What's on your mind?
- Tsaaq: Bliss furrowed her eyebrows, crossing her arms. "You know what's on my mind. I just told you. I made it very apparent." She said with an angry scoff.
- Covet: Okay, what do you want me to say about it? Yes, I said those things... I was there. -Eli said trying not to sound like an ass but clearly failing-
- Tsaaq: "Alright but every time I tried to talk about it you avoided the topic saying it was the wrong time and place so now we're by ourselves so let's talk about it." Bliss retorted with her arms crossed.
- Covet: Well, I'm not exactly fond of fighting in public. It doesn't make for a good image, especially when in one place I'm the manager and you're an employee, and the other you're the president and I'm a member of the SGA. It wasn't anything I was intentionally trying to avoid... And last I checked, you avoided me the first time I brought it up, downstairs. -He looked back at her staying relaxed- My feelings haven't changed since either of those conversations.
- Tsaaq: She furrowed her eyebrows as she forced herself to stand. "Fine." She said in a whisper. "I'm selfish, then I'm selfish. I don't have to prove you wrong. I disagree but obviously you've made up your mind so it's only a matter of time that this will be over so I'm going to just treat it as such." Bliss said as she went to slip her sneakers back on.
- Covet: I understand that you disagree. You've made that rather clear. -He said, still acting calm- And where I would love if you proved me wrong... wait... what do you mean over? This arguement?
- Tsaaq: "Eli, you said I was a selfish person. One day you're going to wake up and just say you don't like me as a person at all. Then the love will be gone. And you'll either leave or find somebody else behind my back. So let's stop kidding ourselves." Bliss said hurriedly as she went through the dresser to grab whatever lingering clothes she had left.
- Covet: I did, but that doesn't mean you can't change it. Just because I'm not fond of your selfish moment's doesn't mean, that I don't still love you. -Eli said furrowing his brows as he crossed his arms, watching her with a frown on his face- Why do you assume I'd do either of those things. Is this really what you think of me?
- Tsaaq: She lowered her head. "I don't have to change anything because I'm not being selfish." Bliss said quickly. "And it's what happens to me." She whispered. "So it's neccesarily you, just the fact that I'm obviously a pill and people get tired of it eventually. But it's fine. I'm good at not depending on others. Or I would like to think I am." Bliss rambled.
- Covet: Are you really that blind to your own actions? Hayley's been in the hospital, and you couldn't care less. But what was she doing through most of your time in your wheelchair? Everything you do, if something goes wrong with it you take it personally, and I'm sure you'd gladly take all the credit if you were asked about it. -Eli said to her, standing in the door- How is that not being selfish? I'm not asking you to depend on me, I'm asking you to compromise and at least stop and think about what I'm seeing. I didn't leave you when you'd gotten in your accident, why would I leave you over something as little as having a few too many selfish moments? -He asked her narrowing his gaze at her-
- Tsaaq: "Well maybe if she didn't say she didn't have any friends then I would feel bad!" Bliss shouted before frowning. "But she can ask to use my stuff right? Like my pool... But I ask how she's doing and she croons about how nobody likes her, and how she has no one. Then what am I? Chopped liver? And maybe it's petty but that hurt my feelings." She began to shout. "And it's not that I don't care. But she said she wasn't my friend. So why bother?" She asked. "So now I'm focused and it's just so terrible. I'm sorry that I'm ready to be successful and refine my craft." She turned back towards the dresser. "Every time I care about something important to me you try to make me feel like it's not important at all. But people are different."
- Covet: I'm not invalidating the things that are important to you. I'm asking you to open up to more than just that. It's not a one or the other. I'm sorry that's what she said to you, but to not care at all, even when it could be something serious? -He threw up his hands- What do you mean everytime? I'm always there supporting you... This is one of the first things I've had this big of an issue with. Am I not allowed to expect more of you? When I know you're capable of not being a complete ice queen?
- Tsaaq: Bliss pouted and crossed her arms. "I said I know it was petty! But why would she say that to me?" She yelled before staring angrily at him and shifting from foot to foot. Her eyes widened as her mouth fell open. "What type of microagressive misogynist description is that!?" She shouted, her voice cracking a little as she teared up. "I do care alright? But nobody cares about the things I care about. And after a while that becomes frustrating." Bliss said, trying to storm past him.
- Covet: You would know all about micro agressions. And Misogyny.-He groaned I can't even disagree with you without you calling me out for being cisgendered or a misogynist, or something about the both.- Fine, I know you're capable of not being that cold to people. Is that better? -He asked as she pushed back, dropping his hands- People do care, but when you give them the cold shoulder, and completely shut them out without trying to see their side of it, They see that and feel that. It doesn't make them exactly want continue to care. -He said with a sigh, walking over to take his sandwich and dump the plate in the trash- Maybe you're right. Maybe a break would be good for both of us. All these arguements had to of impacted your productivity, holding you back from your goals, and that's something I said I would never do.
- Tsaaq: Her eyes widened. "Oh it's so easy to get mad about when I call you out on your problematic behaviour instead of trying to educate yourself!" Bliss sighed, going towards the living room. "Oh? So because I'm not some type of welcoming, benign stereotype I deserve to have the things I believe in to be cut down and made unimportant?" She asked. "This is ridiculous. I don't have to change, everyone else should. I'm not doing anything wrong. If anything I'm usually the only one who knows how to do the right thing around here." She argued before following him. "So you do want to end it." She whispered. "Fine." Bliss said softly. "You know, you and Lucius, James, You're all the same. You just want to cut me down and make me docile. You don't care about me. And you lie and tell me you love me and that you'll never leave but the minute you feel undermined you're ready to just say goodbye." Bliss said as she went back towards the bedroom.
- Covet: No... I already told you I didn't want to. I still don't want to. I still love you, But I also know when you've set your mind on something there's little I or anyone can do to change your mind. I just hate that you throw those words at me like insults, I'm sorry that's how I am. It's generally what makes me a nice guy. But a few slip ups here and there, and I'm crucified. I'm not saying goodbye, I'm saying maybe we just need some space. It's putting things on pause. -He said following her towards the bedroom-
- Tsaaq: "I don't throw them at you as insults, the purpose to help you see how problematic you're being regardless of it's innocence. I'm not trying to personally attack you." She said, her voice quavering a bit. Bliss bit the inside of her cheek. "No, we don't need 'space'." Bliss said with air quotes. "Either it's over or it's not." She told him sternly. "I need to know so I can make arrangements. I don't have time for you to wait around, pretending that you don't want to break up." Bliss exhlaed and rubbed the temples of her head.
- Covet: Well it really feels like insults when you're snapping them at me, or only use them in an arguement. -Eli said in a serious tone, before he rolled his eyes- Would you stop it. You were the one who brought it up in the first place. I could say the same about you. So what do you want? Because I've already told you how I feel. -He said crossing his arms-
- Tsaaq: Bliss furrowed her eyebrows. "Well they're not insults! Now you know." She told him huffily. "I know what I want. Obviously." Bliss said. "You're just dancing around the question." She began to breath hard. "Why aren't you just doing what I want you to do!?" She shouted, storming over to him and getting on her tippy toes while she fussed at him.
- Covet: -Eli watched her and raised his eyebrows- What do you want me to do? I'm not dancing around the question. I want to be with you. That's all I've said this entire night. -He told her standing strong- Just know that I expect better of you. I'll just keep my thoughts on the matter to myself, but you'll have to forgive me, because I'm going to continue to care about people. That includes you. That's why I'm having such a hard time seeing you like this. -He said looking down at her, than took her face in his hands and pressed a kiss to her lips-
- Tsaaq: She continued to breathe hard while she glared up at him. "I care..." She trailed off softly but kept a hardened expression as she kept her eyes on him. Bliss squeaked a moment before pressing her body up against him and reciprocating the kiss.
- Covet: -He pulled her closer in a hug as he kept kissing her, finally breaking it after a long moment, looking back at her- Then can you show it better, please? Cause right now it doesn't feel like that. -He said, then picked her up taking her over to the bed, kissing her harder, because now he's all riled up and feeling passionate at a stupid level-
- Tsaaq: Bliss pursed her lips at him and nodded with a stubborn pout. "Fine." Bliss whispered. "Now make love to me." She demanded, returning the nasty passionate kisses and such while they probably had hot nasty angry sex.
- Covet: [XD The end!]
- Tsaaq: ((Yes lmao.))
