  23. [00:21] The demon descended down from the sky, his feet only but an inch off the ground.

  25. "It is Lord Dantalion for you. I am the Suzerain of these lands," he said and stared down Ventus.

  29. [00:24] Mythran Yugao says, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAA."
  30. [00:25] His eyes followed as the Demon literally descended from the sky like a bird, covering his face as he expected a grand impact- Suddenly his feet only stopped an inch above the ground.

  32. "Lord Dantalion? My name is Ventus. Suzerain.." Something sounded really familiar about that name. Like a man before their time. "Want to join this place? You look.." Ventus looked up and down at the Demon's figure, throwing up a thumbs up. "Cool."

  36. [00:29] Kitai had come along only to see Lord Dandelion, the future Archon lord in the presence of Ventus and the other one who had stayed here for abit. Dandelion was a most ferocious demon. One truly worthy of being called the most fierce demon around, a title stolen from him by Tragedy only on account of Dandelion not trying to be a compleye menace just yet. But she had faith in Dandelions future status as Archon lord.

  38. "Dandelion? Here?" She said looking the demon over in confusion, she didn't expect to run into him so soon, nor did she have any expectation of getting to right the wrong she had previously made in letting him solo that one swordsman girl in the caves. Reaching back Kitai took grasp of her staff, having just recently recovered fully she would look to Mythran, waiting to see what he would do after seeing the demon.

  42. [00:31] A mythril hand slapped the face of the Yugao as he listened to Ventus, this one wasn't smart at all. He shook his head looking the demon up and down.

  44. It was him. Dantalion. The Yugao rolled his shoulders staring up to the Kaor narrowing his gaze. "You again... What happened to the one you fought in the caves?" A simple question, the answer didn't matter at all.

  46. His hand rested on his Katana as he looked to Kitai. "You remember my warning correct Demon? I don't plan on letting you leave unharmed-" He paused.
  47.  
  48. "Actually I don't plan on letting you leave this area alive, you better have some new tricks or invisible reinforcements. Because you just strolled to your own grave."

  60. [00:39] His eyes fell first upon Ventus, but only lifted his head higher - proudly. Albeit he felt joyous by the comment, he avoided reacting in such a manner not befitting of a lord. No, he did not even flex his muscles though he was tempted to do so.

  62. "That girl's life is unworthy for my taking. Perhaps in the future she'd grow as a respectable individual, worthy for me to take her life. However, that's something unlikely to happen, she's far too useless," the demon retorted, looking toward Mythran, Setzer, then to Kitai. These are familiar faces he encountered briefly before.

  64. "And is that so?" he asked, looking back at Mythran.

  66. "What gave you that right? When you've claimed the fort for yourself? This is Gaiar territory and you're trespassing. What gave you the right to say that? Answer me, human." said the demon telepathically, his voice inside many.

  73. [00:46] "I thought were a fine Demon for me to accept into our place, but it seems like I was mistaken with your intents. Sadly, I can't make the same mistake the man I look up to made years ago with Demons.." With the stars in the night sky raining down on the people in the area, stardust began to become more visible around the Zheng island.

  75. "I have no choice but to answer you."

  77. Both of his hands pushed outwards with Cosmic magic radiating from it. "Huitzilopochtli, may your sun's rays shine down on me as I bask in your power.." The star dust vibrated at a rapid pace before sparking around the area to empower the Gehennan. "As I stand.."

  79. Ventus drew his katana while moving closer and closer towards Dantalion with Cosmic energy pulsing from his mana circuits. "Begone."

  84. [00:50] Mom always told me that one day I'll be able to do what I want.

  86. "What gave me the right?" He laughs almost falling over listening to the demon rant. "What gave you the right to roam these lands attacking? What gave you the right to spread chaos?
  87.  
  88. I'm taking these lands and if anyone has a problem they can march, and they will be crushed. I refuse to allow chaos to grow, thus I claimed these lands to allow order to spread." He unsheathed his Katana pointing it at the Kaor.

  90. "It find it funny that you came here on your own, why're you so foolish? You get one win and now you think that you're invincible." He laughs. "I could crush you right now- I will crush you right now." Mythran began growing in size body warping his tail and horns literally explode-

  92. He pauses the transformation.

  94. "You aren't even worth transforming on. Silly demon, I'll give you one single chance to leave and go die else where."

  98. [01:03] "A man I met once told me, that we, demon do not care for reason and simply plunge to chaos and destruction," started Dantalion, his lyrical voice pleasantly echoing in their minds.

  100. "I told him otherwise, and he insisted that I am wrong. However, I find it ironic how you all act against the words he spoke. He spoke of honor, nobility, justice - and virtue. But look at you, little one, a living proof that proves me right. You humans act without class. Bloodthirsty, warmongers and by essence, simply disgusting creatures. Although virility is the only thing that you can boast," he told Ventus as a scowl appeared on his countenance.

  102. "And this same man told me that you fight for a just cause. But then again, you are a living proof that I am right," Dantalion then looked at Mythran.

  104. "You and your people came here to steal. You claimed these lands as your own, built your fortresses and your settlements. You claim to do it for what? For a bright future? For justice? To end wars? You claim it for what? Justice? Honor? Virtue? Yes, that's what you do. But here you are, standing before me, a noble of the great Agarthan Empire. A noble, a being rightful to this land. Here you are, an outside, claiming this land, no... stealing this land from us. And chaos? You dare speak with me of chaos, human? You steal this land, and I am here to inform you who this land belongs to and you threaten me?

  106. You're just like Ikkaku. You wage war against us, masking your selfishness with flowery propagandas. But, this... your reasoning is very banal. Very primitive.

  112. [01:08] Arriving after doing some farmwork, her golden gaze would lock onto the presence of a Kaor. Here we go. The Elsyrean thought to herself, leaning against a tree. Though many people's first instinct would be to leap into action, something within her stirred-- as if urging her not to fight.

  114. It was a strange feeling, one she couldn't quite explain. But, arms crossed, Raya would let out one sentence.

  120. [01:11] Standing through all of Dandelion's rant about who was right and who was wrong only served to confuse Kitai. When did the demons become correct in this war they are pushing for more, though thinking on the matter Arya Kaama was killed on heresay, which showed that the demon was correct in some of his rant. She didn't want to kill the demon so much as the rest, for her it was more petty than that. He threatened her and now he was here so she wanted to beat him up as much as possible.

  122. "Your people threaten, maim those who walk the caves, innocent of invading or not. What part of that is just? Neither side is good, and neither side is pure evil. That much I have come to terms with, Tongyishan has done as much wrong as any other, but have they attacked innocents?"

  124. She was speaking honestly here, with little care if the demon had a response to the statement. Holy flames continuing to dance about her armor and skin as she was already ready to fight the demons should the reason come, and Dandelion might give a proper reason eventually should the discussion continue.

  126. "I will stay my hand until Mythran gives the order to strike, thats more then your group has done. Attacking any and all in the caves on spot, unless confirmed aligned with them. I've even seen your side attacking eachother thinking they are of Tongyishan."

  130. [01:15] "You're right, Demon. About everything you just said. No side is truly in the right, in the end we wish to wipe the other side out of it's existence. You have to realize something." Sharp eyes locked on to Dantalion with glitters of stardust falling off his eyelashes.

  134. The Gehennan sheathed his bade while speaking to Dantalion. "Survival. That is the answer to all of your questions. We have no choice but to take this from you for survival. Humans will die. Demons will die. Survival only makes it that we die slower. But.."

  136. Ventus walked closer before pausing four feet away from the Demon. "Once you realize it doesn't matter anymore, you become use to it. Ikkaku's way is making other survive over him. So we're both right. Also.. Are you hungry?" His stomach began to roar, he could use a bite to eat. "Let's all go eat some food now."

  140. [01:17] "You say words like these, you cry and cry about how this land is yours and yet instead of trying anything peaceful you kill and destroy. You preach about how we're in the wrong and how we're warmongers, yet you guys started all of this."

  142. He raised his voice looking up at the kaor.

  144. "You rest in a settlement full of vile evil people who thrive on the misfortune of others, then you all twist and turn everything to make nice normal people hate us and make us look like villains.

  146. Gaiar and the evil people with are selfish, you all do things for gain and to see the good fall and quite frankly I don't like it you and your race have proved enough that you're born evil and need to be purged." He clears his throat looking to his side.

  148. "I'm going to purge you all for the better of the world. Chaos is wrong and nothing you can tell me will prove otherwise." He looks to his left and then to his right.

And do not try to say otherwise, because I’ve had countless humans who threatened to kill me because I am a demon. Long before Gaiar was even founded,” he responded to Raya, before looking at Kitai.

Innocent is such a fickle word, thrown around carelessly as if it will make one's arguments and retorts right. How many demons were killed by a group of your people? Simply for existing? And if we, by any chance, stupidly assume that there are rights and wrongs of war, then is it wrong to threaten people who mine the caves to further their goals on war? Is it wrong to maim magis so that they'll be unable to fight, therefore lessening the strength of an army?

Do not tell me otherwise and make a fool of yourself, human. Speak only when you've truly realized the basis of your existence," the demon responded to Ventus, before finally looking back at Mythran.

  207. "And you speak of us, claiming it was us who started this war? Do you remember how Valmasia, Jianghu and Gehenna killed each other long before Gaiar was founded? And do you remember when it was Ikkaku who raided and began this war, whilst we simply aimed to build a strong foundation for our city, for our coming Empire? You don't even know the history of your own people, the cause of this... tug of war. Yet, you dare speak with confidence and arrogance, of eliminating chaos and darkness. You dare to claim to better this world by eliminating me?

  209. Or, are you simply saying that to comfort yourself for a right to exist? You are lost and you do not know what is it that you must do. You don't know how to better the world. So, you spout order and justice only so that you'll have a reason to fight and to kill. You make these excuses to find a sense of purpose. You purge, not because you want to better this world. You purge so that you will leave a legacy, to be written as a hero. That's what you want. Something banal and simple. That's what you want, you want to feel great and amazing. You wish to feed your ego and pride.

  229. Ventus took one last step with his hand on the hilt of the sheathe. "Do you think I've had a choice I coming here? My people are on a rotting land suffering for survival, so yes.." It took a rather long time for the Gehennan to fully draw his katana, the length of it was six feet tall.

  231. It's already time to act, with them or not. "Myhtran, please notice the results of my training." Through the dark was where Ventus shined the most. Steam emitted from the Gehennan's nostrils as cracks of molten earth layered over his flesh with sparkles of Cosmic magic wrapping around the earth.

  235. What can Ventus as an individual do to make the world a better place? That's honestly an easy question to answer with his followings. "Protect the world from infinite darkness."

  237. The tip of the blade pointed towards the Demon's chest. "I offered you one last meal before your ending, but it seems like you refuse to have lunch with us inside." Streaks of cosmic dust followed every movement of his blade. "Prepare, Demon. This is where I show you the true answer to your question."

  243. [01:56] Mythran began to tremble as the Demon spoke, it'd be a lie to say that his words weren't getting to the Yugao. A deep breath was taken as he focused his eyes on the demon.

  245. "Wrong, you are wrong. We fight for the right of the world, and you aren't right for this world. You can talk for years about what you think our reasonings are, but you're wrong." His eyes close as he looks to the floor and back up.

  247. "You keep talking about 'killing an outnumbered demon' like we will stop at that, Demons are beings of chaos you all will be destroyed. The people who serve you will be saved. Your death will be a stepping stone to a new era of peace.

  249. Demons. Chaos. All of it is fucked up and wrong, so we the good people, will fix it no matter what it takes, sealing a sin, killing a killer, we'll fix it all so that innocent can walk outside and not have to fear."

  251. The fact that this demon was still around was annoying Mythran looked to Kitai and then to the demon. "You said you wanted a hand in beating this guy yea? Well now is your chance." Mythran gripped his katana.

  257. [02:00] It seemed a fight was imminent, this was one of those situations where no matter what a fight must happen and she had a bone to pick with Dandelion anyways. Holyflames continued to enshroud her being as they got closer to the fight happening a cloak to both hide the fear all felt when facing the great lord Dantalion and to assist her in battling such a titanic monster.

  259. Her staff was aimed directly for Dantalion now, the soon to be archon of dandelions held a special place in her heart as an opponent of course. One that must be defeated as she was a holy magi, and one that fought for the other side. Just as he said, the words echoing through her mind still, that this is just how war happened.

  261. "I do want a part to play in the fight against Dandelion. It is something I must help with even if we should somehow lose, Dandelion must be fought here and now. To ease the efforts in the war, right? Dandelion."

  263. She spoke his own words to him. A testament that he had at least changed an opinion she held, one that was positive even concerning demons at first. Now nothing more than a negative thought, all enemies must die, even the innocents on the enemies side need to receive harsh maimings or else the war would never end.

  265. "I really do wish peace could have been an option though, including against you Dandelion. I am ready, lets take him out."

  271. And after you destroy the demons, you will wage war against each others. Just like before. Just like history. Gehenna. Valmasia. Jianghu.

  277. And do not forget this, all of you. Men will fight and kill each other, they will find a reason to do so. Not until a common enemy is found, an enemy foreign to them, then they will cloak themselves with virtue. After that, it will happen again, they will again be against each others' throat. Such as your innate nature," retorted Dantalion as he remained levitated mid-air, summoning upon orbs of darkness and flame that surrounded his being - ready to fight.

  291. [02:38] With the combined effort of the duo, they were able to push the demon back.

  293. The demon gritted his teeth as orbs of flame fell down upon the field, attempting to burn his enemies to ashes. He was desperate as the two easily shredded his defenses, breaking his shield with ease as if it were the most fragile glass.
  294.  
  295. Even the demons he brought with him were massacred, devastated by the flurry of Ventus' blade and drowned in agony by the holy flames of Kitai - just as he suffered the same.
  296.  
  297. He was getting weary as he fell on the ground, grunting as he used his remaining energy to manipulate the space around him. To the outsiders, it was as if he accelerated his movements. However, time simply slowed around him, allowing him to cast upon seas of flaming waves around him as an act of last desperation.

  299. By a hair's breadth, he managed to pushed his opponents back, allowing him for a retreat and prepare for his escape.

  303. [02:44] Kitai had stood not with two, but one. Ventus was her backup in the clash against the titanic beast she still knew as Dandelion. Another who used flames, but not of the holy variant as she had. In complete opposition and likely in the future just that, he used darkness alongside his flames. Burning the field alongside her. The battle was close, and in the end the duo had been defeated.

  305. As the demon went in for his final wave of flames in the direction of the iconic duo now dubbed "Those defeated by Dandelion." Name a more iconic duo, I dare you. Kitai moved her arms up in a shielding manner, blocking the flames which had mostly hit her left side, reddening her arm and burning it. Though not as severe as she had expected from a loss with a Kaor. At this point she simply fell down, unconscious though uncaptured it seemed having allies about had saved her from the doom of being eaten by a Dandelion.

  309. [02:47] Occupied by lessers The Yugao could only watch as they took on the Lord Dantalion. It was nothing honestly, The yugao handled them all with no issue it was tedious though due to the sheer amount.

  311. He looked over to check on the fight with Kitai and Ventus, and to his surprise they were defeated. His size changed for a brief moment as he cleared out a large amount of the lesser demons making his way to Kitai.

  313. He quickly swoops her up looking at the severely injured Ventus. Shrugging. "He can walk."

  317. [02:58] Dantalion's speed had soon overpowered Ventus' slow movements throughout the entire battle, unable to keep up with that Demon's pace before watching him zoom out from his range the second he could land the finishing blow on him. "I have this.. I'll finish this off.."

  319. Too much confident in his skills in battle, way too confident. In fact for the finishing blow, Ventus put everything he had into his attack to bring down the mighty Demon. Stardust poured on Ventus' blade as his muscles expanded to break pass his own body's limitations. Cosmic surged around the Gehennan while pursing Dantalion.

  321. A crater appeared from where Ventus shot forward from to attack Dantlaion at full power. Streaks of Stardust raced behind him like the tail on a meteor. "Let me your wings, Huitz.."

  325. His blade was only an inch away from striking down the Demon before the time around the field slowed his speed. Ventus chewed more than he could eat, allowing Kitai to go down with him. Once time resumed it's natural flow, Ventus ended up in a small wave of flames.

  327. The flames of the Demon caught him at his weakest to scorch his left eye, burning his pupils, melting through deeper down to destroy anything left in his eye socket. Before Ventus knew it the Demon had escaped with victory, looking back at Myhtran. He could practically smell the disappointment from not just the Yugao, but all of them. "..."

  331. [03:04] Through the remnants of Dantalion's flames came a figure in white. Water poured around her, dousing the heat with a gentle coolness. Ventus would feel himself picked up, carried by the Elsyrean. Whatever disappointment-- whatever agony he felt-- would be smoothed over by serenity and quiet.

  333. The world was still around her as she silently walked towards the south. Her soft kimono, baby blue locks, and empathetic smile were all he could see out of his good eye-- the woman almost an angel walking among them.

  335. But-- she wasn't. Raya could not bring back his eye, and she would prefer to perform her healing in private. Taking her time, the 24 year old could easily be followed by Mythran.

  339. [03:08] The Yugao scoops up Kitai off of the floor looking at the fleeing demon his eyes now filled with passion. Dantalion was extremely lucky. A low whisper could be heard if you listened closely.

  341. "I'll destroy you, and all of your kin."

  343. He was upset his hair was all messed up covering his face. He sort of sobbed a little bit. Again he messed up and failed people when they needed him.

  345. He rose up carrying Kitai and following Raya to wherever they were going.

  349. [03:09] The demon closed his eyes and summoned the remaining oasis of mana within him, before vanishing into thin air, on a desperate escape for his life. He barely managed to get away from two magis. How about the others? He definitely wouldn't stand a chance.

  351. "You have three choices. Submit yourselves as a vassal to Gaiar Aetherius and you may claim this fortress as yours. Or leave this place, and never come back. Stay and your numbers will slowly dwindle, slowly and slowly, not until none remains - none but only your ashen remains. Consider this a friendly warning," Dantalion's words hummed softly in their minds as no signs of the demon finally remained in the area.
