- >It is a bright a sunny Monday morning
- >Your alarm clock rings merrily
- >Far to merrily
- >You reach over and knock it off the wooden chair that serves as your night stand
- >In the process you also manage to knock over your glasses
- "Fuc-"
- >"Anon! Are you up yet?"
- >Oh great, its your mom
- >Like you need one more annoyance this morning
- "Yes mother, I'm up..."
- >That seemed to have sated her for now
- >You pull yourself out of your tiny bed with a grunt and step onto the cold wood floor of your tiny room and look up at your tiny ceiling fan.
- >You really can not wait to move out
- >You stumble half awake into your bathroom and fumble for your toothbrush. You finally find it and clean your teeth to the best of your ability
- >You might be lazy and dirt poor, but that doesn't mean you have to smell like an ogre all the time
- >You turn the shower on in step inside, only to be greeted with frigid water
- "A-argghh!" You scream, hoping back out and slipping on your previously discarded clothes
- >You then proceed to fall flat on your face
- >As you reach for the counter everything starts to fade to black and swirl around you
- >Guess it's going to be one of those Mondays
- >When you finally come to you are propped up in hospital bed. Glancing around you see several machines and a large window that looks out onto your high school.
- >You look down and see yourself dressed in one of those comfy skirt things
- >"Anon.. Are you alright?"
- >You look up and see none other than Twilight Sparkle, your close friend and President of the Student Body. She has a very concerned look on her face
- "Twilight? W-what are you doing here!? Shouldn't you be at school?"
- >She blushes and shrugs, causing her long locks of hair to swirl around her head
- >You have always loved her hair
- "Well.. Is my mother here?"
- >Oh, real smooth
- >"No, she left earlier. She said something about work?"
- >You nod knowingly. Sure, your mother was annoying at times but she worked hard to support you.
- "Well listen Twi, I appreciate you being here for me, I really do. But you should head back to school so you don't fall behind. I know how important grades are to you."
- >She blushes even deeper now.
- >"W-well.. Yes. But.. You are more important than grades Anon.. After all, we have known each other for at least ten years now!"
- >Its true. You went to the same elementary school and everything. You stuck together for all those years. And even now she still cares enough to visit you in the hospital.
- "I.. Thats awesome Twi. That really means a lot to me.."
- >You open your arms in the universal gesture of "Come here so I can hug you"
- >She approaches quickly and you wrap your arms around her, pulling her close
- >Oddly enough, her hair smells of strawberries. As she continues to hug you, you take the rest of her in.
- >Her hair is gorgeous as always, and her milky skin contrasts perfectly with her outfit for today; a white top covered with a purple jacket (unbuttoned, you happily note) and a simple matching skirt.
- >She really is adorable
- >She finally pulls away after what seems like forever and is still blushing deeply
- "Everything okay?"
- >She nods and starts playing with her hair, a sure sign that she's lying. You have known her long enough that you can pick up on her various habits
- "Are you sure..?"
- >She shrugs this time, shifting awkwardly on her feet
