- Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar
- June Marriage Notes
- [Updated 7 Sep 2025]
- When to set birthday?
- MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS
- - 8 hearts
- - Relevant family member affection (depends on candidate)
- - All requests completed (three total; check heart levels)
- - Big bed (purchased at bazaar for 10,000G, unlocked at rank 4 bazaar)
- - Rank 4 (City Bazaar): 251,000G in sales and 5 added stalls
- - Blue Feather is given by Stuart/Sonia automatically at some point (8 hearts?)
- - Not sure if any romance cutscenes are required, or the confession
- JUNE'S REQUIREMENTS
- - Requests:
- > First request (1 heart): Find missing item (by the blue windmill I think); first trigger cutscene outside blue windmill at 9am, then her request becomes available on any subsequent day (doesn't matter where you talk), and the item is just above Lloyd's house (reward is Moonstone)
- > Second request: 2 or 3 yarn (requires wool, thus requires sheep, which you can choose as your first "free" animal)
- > Third request: 4-star green, purple, or sparkly bracelet (will require leveling up the forage sprite to 4 stars, and the blue windmill, which unlocks at rank 3 bazaar)
- - Erik's affection: Not sure the heart level, but may require one or two of his requests (doublecheck what they are)
- POSSIBLE GIFTS/AFFECTION STRATS
- - Blue Magic Flower: Available in spring and summer
- - Black Tea: Available for purchase for ???G or cooked manually (Black Tea Tin, produced in yellow windmill with two Autumn Tea Leaves)
- - Cherry Tea: Her favorite gift (or one of them); requires 1 Cherry and 1 Autumn Tea Leaf (cherry has to be grown; cherry tree produces in spring but not sure if the seedling is easily available without higher bazaar level)
- - Erik seems to love Black Tea, so that's another good reason to use it
- - Use easily available/purchasable convo affection boosting foods (can be bought at cafe, but requires waiting until 9am)
- - Cafe Madeleine:
- > Starting Menu: Tomato Juice (cheapest chat boost), Strawberry Juice, Warm Milk, Chamomile Tea, Honey Juice, Soy Milk
- > Need to see when higher-level chat boosts become available, as well as Black Tea
- - June's better gifts should all produce the text "You have surprisingly good taste."
- MONEY STRATS
- - Check if year 1 trends are always the same (they probably are)
- - Tea might be a good investment in general, because Tea Tins seem to be trending in fall, by which point you will have the yellow windmill (I think), and it's also a renewable crop
- - You could sell accessories, but they aren't available until you have blue windmill
- BAZAAR RANKS
- - 2 (Village Bazaar): 1,000G
- - 3 (Town Bazaar): 50,000G and 2 stalls
- - 4 (City Bazaar): 200,000G and 3 stalls
- - Stall requests:
- > Kat: Chicken hunt (under yellow windmill waterfall, ???, ???)
- > Karina: 1 accessory, 15 dyes (need blue windmill for accessory)
- > Rebecca: 10 iron, 10 stone, 10 lumber (so early mining is a good idea)
- > Since Karina needs blue windmill (seemingly), you want to target Kat and Rebecca first
- ROUGH PLAYTHROUGH NOTES
- - Have to agree to Felix in the first cutscene (so bazaar tutorial is required)
- - Bazaar tutorial earns 4596G, so that's your starting money
- - After bazaar tutorial, you're teleported straight home
- - Next morning is Felix farming tutorial; decline with second option, then first option, then skip
- - You start with hoe, watering can, 9 turnip seeds, and 9 fertilizer (mail contains 9 radish seeds in a letter from Felix; you get 9 potato seeds the next day (or the day after?))
- - Spring Y1 trends are Sweet Crops, Tea (not Tea Tins!), Red Crops, and Butterflies & Ladybugs
- - You can super water/super till using the starter tools, so farming might not be THAT terribly slow?
- - You don't have access to sickle from day 1, so you can't even gather flowers
- - Rain is impossible for almost the entire first week (if not more), so it might be worth waiting to plant until later, and combining that with the day you buy drinks (for chat boost), seeds, and gather flowers
- - Possibly skip the whole first week, then plant turnips, radishes, and potatoes on Sunday, Spring 9 (then hope for rain)
- - At some point, you will need to start gathering forageables to give to the sprite, but you don't even have access to the sprites right away
- - Spring cutscenes:
- > Spring 2: Hoe+Watering Can
- > Spring 3: Sickle (access to Sophie's request: 20 weeds in exchange for 9 radish seeds); could be worth gathering any blue flowers you see, even if you don't go out
- > Spring 4: Hatchet (access to Lloyd's request: 2 iron and 20 rocks in exchange for 1 fluorite)
- > Spring 5: Chicken and Brush+Milker+Clippers (decline tutorial with second option, then first option)
- > Spring 6: Isaac red windmill request (10 stone and 10 wood--REQUIRED); clock set to 10am after cutscene (shop at cafe?)
- > Spring 7: Fishing rod from Wilbur (access to Wilbur's request; 3 small fish in exchange for 10 bait); clock set to 10am
- > Spring 8: Felix reminding you of the bazaar
- > Spring 9 appears to be the first day with no cutscene, although I don't think you can get rain this day either
- > Spring 11: Flower Festival reminder
- > Spring 12: Flower Festival
- > Spring 13: Sprites cutscene
- ROUGH ROUTE
- - Sleep until Spring 9
- - Spring 9:
- > Plant/water potato, radish, and turnip, gather some blue flowers, then chop the 10 wood/rock for Isaac (can't access mountain yet)
- > Buy 3 Tomato Juice; drink 1
- > Talk+gift June, then give Isaac the rock/wood (teleports you back to the farm)
- - Consider gathering weeds/rocks/wood/minerals on days when you need to re-up on Tomato Juice (thus waiting until 9am)
- - Cafe Madeleine is closed on Thu/Sat
- - Talk to Erik whenever you catch June inside early morning
- - Possibly gather nuts as well (can be processed in the red windmill for reasonable profits)
- - Skip Flower Festival
- - Probably want to just barely meet the requirement for rank 2; first bazaar is extremely slow and you're unlikely to sell out quickly, so this could mean also saving crops until later in the season when rain is more likely
- - You could literally just sell walnuts at the first bazaar (or ground walnuts)
- - Probably want to buy a sheep at the first bazaar too (yarn for June's request)
- - Arata unlocks the mountains after first successful bazaar review board (Sunday after first bazaar); cutscene triggers when you re-enter the farm
- - Need to figure out when you first get access to sprites for raising item levels; after their first cutscene, they just kinda walk around
