  5. The Lawkeepers shift the tide between justice and corruption. If your guild is holding the political status of lawkeepers you can change as a free action one of the policies on the 3 punishment laws that are established in the city by the end of your turn(after all members have done their actions/went idle).

  10. Action 1: Change breaking alliance punishment policy

  12. you can change the current alliance law policy to one of the followings:
  13. 1)'Meaningless alliance policy' guilds can break alliances with each other for no penatly.
  14. 2)'Political alliance policy' if a guild breaks an alliance with another guild it has to pay 30 influence
  15. 3)'Blood-pact alliance policy' if a guild breaks an alliance with another guild it has to pay 80 influence

  19. Action 2: Deny a migration wagon

  21. You can rule out entrance to the city for one migration wagon of your choice and cause them to leave the city immediately. No guild will be able to invite them in afterwards.

  24. Action 3: Change crime punishment policy

  26. you can change the current crime law policy to one of the followings:
  27. 1)'Punishment by execution policy' - If a guild is caught committing crimes against another guild then one of the members from the criminal guild will be executed.
  28. 2)'Punishment by excommunication policy' -If a guild is caught committing crimes against another guild then the guild will be excommunicated and lose fame (-2 fame).
  29. 3)'No punishment policy' - There will be no punishment for committing crimes against another guild. Each guild has to care for its own.

  32. Action 4: Banish a guild from the council

  34. Choose a guild with an notorious integrity or less to ban from the council and pay an amount of influence equal to the target guild fame score.
  35. That guild will be banished from the city council and lose all of its current political positions.
