Jason: I just got into the customs thing as a way to break the rust off before the new games. Was attempting to play Garry's new BTBAM chart in GH3 PC. Halfway through the chart, all the HOPOs turned into strummed notes. Is this because the chart was written for RB and I'm trying to play it in GH? Any reasoning you can think of?

Jason: Garry had no idea on the GH side of things are thought you might have an idea.

Me: It probably has something to do with how the MIDI file is read by GH3. GH3's engine, If I recall correctly, did away with HOPOs being linked to note denominations. 8ths, 16ths, etc.

Me: SO the answer is probably yes. Since it was written for RB and I'm fairly certain reaper has  a on/off flag for whether or not a note is a HOPO or not
lemme check with Grinnz, he's the real expert on how charts work.
