"Huh? Ah, I'm guessing that's a no, then? See, there's something in the lake, constantly moving. We dunno what it is, but it's generating a massive amount of energy, especially for its size. I'm trying to figure out how to harness that. Problem is, whenever we get anywhere near the thing, well, this happens."

The Commander:
He points to his monitor, where there's a single blinking red dot on a sort of sonar screen. It gets closer, and then...vanishes for a second, before reappearing slightly to the left. And then it reappears again, to the right...and then it keeps appearing, all over the screen - hundreds of little red dots, which immediately start to zigzag around the display. "See that? Every single time. And when this finally calms down, there'll be no hits on the screen at all."

Anyway, around that time, the Center doors swing open, and what would be a familiar face had you guys been at all paying attention the past twenty sessions strolls in, "Ah! I knew you'd be here. It's all ready, no--..erm..weren't there more of you?"

"H-hey I remember you. I think the rest of us went t-to go....actually, I'm not sure where they went. Hrm..."

Katherine:
"Hmm, may- Oh, hello there Gyffes! For now, my friends Teagan and Rivi have gone off to their own thing."

"Ah, yes. Could not have said it better myself, Cliona. Now then! This won't do. I spent a lot of time preparing this, you know. Quite a challenge... I believe I know where this 'Commander' is. Do you want to come along?"

"Does the Guardian know anything about it? I overheard you thought it might be contributing to the constant rain outside..."

The Commander:
"I wouldn't know. No one's ever seen that thing before. That, and this thing in the lake, could be one in the same. They showed up roughly the same time, give or take a few days."

"Eh, w-we have nothing to lose really. I'll just take my Pokemon out for now, and we s-should be good..."

"Hey there Rivi! Umm, are you where the Commander is? We're going to go there right now with Gyffes."

The Commander:
"Uh, no, sorry. That was El. Continue your work. And train that Lileep of yours. Get it up to par, and you can come with me. Evolution would be nice..."

"At the bottom of the lake, though, Rivi? I have Innes, but no one else on my team can breathe underwater..."

Rivi:
"A-aww... right... it's underwater..." She taps her chin. "How do you plan on scoping out the place Mr. Commander?"

Jen:
"Y-y-yes! Of course, Commander, sir!" She locks herself back into place and continues furiously clacking away
