  9. Start with the following stats and add +1 to two different stats.

  12. Choose your military organization’s HQ and draw it on the map. Why did they pick this spot? Draw a feature that makes it a good choice. Draw a feature that makes it a poor choice.

  14. Choose one of the following Assets or create your own:
  15. A small fleet of airships. Draw your organization’s airport on the map.
  16. A network of former members in influential military positions. Choose two factions or cities where they are especially prominent.
  17. Forward operating bases in the wilderness. Draw two on the map.

  19. Take one of the following Needs or create your own:
  20. Leadership
  21. Recruits
  22. Land

  24. Draw at least one of the following Landmarks or create your own:
  25. The site of a bloody and painful battle your organization fought recently
  26. The base of a rival or hated foe
  27. A stronghold or dangerous region your organization has never managed to penetrate

  29. Answer at least one of the following or create your own:
  30. You have a tense and bloody history. Your organization went to battle against another player’s. When and why?
  31. Your might is not absolute. Another player’s organization lent yours support at a crucial junction. When and how?
  32. You have a storied history. Your organization has always been steadfastly loyal to another player’s. Why and how did they demonstrate their loyalty?

  34. (Optional) Choose one of the following Class spreads or create your own:
  35. Military Academy: Fortress, Spellblade, Sniper, Tactician
  36. Mercenary Band: Gunslinger, Assassin, Roughneck, Bard
  37. Ancient Sect: Blademaster, Swiftfist, Spellbreaker, Keeper of the Flame

  39. When you create a character in your organization, give them one of the following bonuses:
  40. Choose two of the following Skills and gain +1 rank in them: Athletics, Acrobatics, Command
  41. Gain the Teamwork Trait
  42. Gain the Hardened Trait
  43.  
  44. Teamwork: Once a round when you hit a foe with an attack, all allies gain 1 Boon on Accuracy Rolls against that foe for one full round.
  45. Hardened: You are automatically treated as having taken a Recovery action during each Camp phase.
  46.  
  47. Organization Abilities - Start With 1:
  48. Resilience Training: Characters in this organization have one box of Tenacity they may mark in place of marking any form of Harm. Tenacity is unmarked at the end of an Adventure.
  49. Battle Instincts: At the beginning of each Combat, characters in this organization may pick one foe and automatically succeed on an Analyze action against that foe as a Free Action.
  50. Military Inventory: At the beginning of each adventure, characters in this organization gain 3 of the following items, in any combination: Grenade, Smoke Bomb, Fire Oil, Adrenaline Booster
