There's possibility that Frisk is another creation however Kris is your creation and being alternate version of Chara which is also Chara was able to took over Kris therefore sequel of genocide Undertale. There's possibility of more than one players at the same time thus Pacifist and Genocide timelines existed alongside Delta Rune's worldline. But to quote ARE WE CONNECTED? Whose dialogue is this? I think it seems mysterious person was talking to the player, asking your vessel's personality, your blood preference (not your vessel) and your thoughts about your creation. Again to quote YOUR CHOOSE DON'T MATTER therefore the game make you choose what you feel about own creation seems contradictory. Hmm... From quote HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR CREATION (IT WILL NOT HEAR) There's possibility the game knows your choose dishonest, there might be secret when you choose no before yes... I dunno just possible, there'll be major consequences of your feelings about your creation but if it doesn't matter then YOU both feel love, hope, disgusted and fear about creation... love and hope come from pacifist, this is 2, and disgusted and fear stems from genocide, this is 2, 2/2 = 50/50 which would mean the player is uncertain about what it feel for creation? Possibly.

But what about Delta Rune's lore takes place?

3. It is about prequel about Gaster
4. Chara move to the next world

6. It takes place similar to first human the point of time

5th and 6th clarifies DR and UT takes place
7th since it's not possible for only one timeline exist to be mutually connected with lore of linear game like Delta Rune, and seems Genocide Undertale is likely takes place from prequel event of Delta Rune because the player from DR is same as player of genocide timeline which would mean to quote ARE YOU THERE? was dialogue from Chara. In conclusion Pacifist player exist different worldline apart from Genocide player and Frisk will likely meet Suzy an alternate version of Susie.

Delta Rune was implied both being prequel from Toby Fox twitter and Chara appeared at the end of the game so assuming it's sequel which is causes confusion. I just need chapter 2 if mine is correct for confirmation of my theory that Genocide Player is completely different worldline from Pacifist Frisk. There's evidence Chara was talking to the Player at the beginning of the game.


(PS. Chara destroys the universe and time wouldn't exist so delta rune was sequel of genocide timeline makes sense.)

Both universes runs differently in time. Space-Time traveling disregard past or future especially alternate world. So regardless of 201X year of the UT with the space-time traveling is possible to move to year 202X. Remember Frisk/Chara and Asriel were immune to Time paradox. "This is not related to UT at all" he says, despite most of the cast from UT, and the clear hint that Chara has power over the body. This is simply an Alternate Universe of Undertale. The development began soon after UT release, as mentioned in one of Toby's tweets. It has been in development for 3 years. Nowhere near 2012/2013. Sure there might've been IDEAS but there sure wasn't anything dedicated to it. Deltarune only uses some of the concepts. It is however, most likely true that Chara is planning on ending this world too.
